Great location, few mins walk to local pub and 10 minutes Shirt stroll into town where shops and more pubs, restaurants are. The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of 1&.

Great period property in lovely location.

We were amazed at the size of the property upon arrival but quickly adjusted to the luxurious surroundings. So close to the village. And loved the proximity to the black prince.

We had a lovely stay at this house, general all very good. Couple of negatives, there were an awful lot of woodlice seen around the house and could have perhaps done with an 11 o'clock checkout.

We stayed here for my Mum’s 80th birthday celebrations and it ticked all the boxes for us. So much character, ideally located in Woodstock and close to Blenheim Palace.

We stayed for a hen party and had a fab time in the house, everyone commented how nice it was. Woodstock is a charming little town and the Black Prince pub next door were very accommodating to our large party!

The house was perfect for what we needed, lots of space for the children to play and lots of space in the bedrooms for cots etc. The house was sparkling clean and all the amenities provided were excellent. The location is perfect for walking the estate grounds and wandering round the town. A brilliant house for a large group where we will be returning to!

Katie and team were communicative throughout the lead up to the event and made me feel confident even ahead of arrival that we’d have the best time. We all CANNOT wait to visit again!

The space was large, very quiet, and every possible detail felt thorough and thoughtful for our stay. Near all amenities, pubs (lots of them in Woodstock!), restaurants, an Indian and Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop. Local coop very well stocked. Great area to walk from and too with lots of options for short or long walks. If you plan carefully you will be able to fit a pub in for lunch. The Black Prince pub next door is very friendly and food is reasonable, it’s also very dog friendly. Our one negative comment on the house is that there is quite a lot of road noise if you stay in the rooms on the main road. We also could not get the windows open in these rooms. If it’s hot it would need fans! Overall a great stay would definitely book again.

Excellent location with period house and garden. Swimming pool was good as was the staff. Garden furniture needs updating. We had a great time, all14 of us!

The entire experience was incredible, the house was beautifully clean and extremely well stocked, every tiny detail had been thought of and carefully executed. I would love to stay again with a bigger group when restrictions lift. Location was perfect, everything walking distance, palace, shops restaurants and bars. The only comment I would like to add is to maybe have some small portable fans as the loft room where I slept was very hot. And obviously they can’t control the weather but I do feel a small fan would have helped significantly. Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you to everyone on the team who made it possible.

very impressive

The house is very lovely. Comfortable and very clean. The management team is helpful. It is across the street form Blenheim so the access to the gardens is amazing. Only one question is why don’t they have a clothes dryer in a house that large. We would love to go back.

Our stay at Woodstock was arranged very last minute after another booking/landlord met us down. The property manager could not have been more sympathetic and helpful! Upon arrival everything was seamless and the property is both beautiful and of a high standard with some really nice touches. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked.
