Our stay was fantastic! Place is really big and we were able to laugh, eat, drink as a large group. Less than a mile to beach, had bikes so that was a lot of fun! Badges for the beach and pool made it perfect! Thanks John!

We booked the house for three nights for a last minute family get away to the beach. The property was very clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 8. John was very helpful with recommendations. We were provided linens and towels. Also use of beach tags, beach chairs and bikes. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location - Would definitely come back.

We do very much enjoyed our week in Spring Lake! The house was beyond our expectations: well-equipped kitchen, great bedrooms, lots of space to spread out, fun backyard, bikes…John, the owner was super easy to reach with our questions. I highly recommend this property!!

It was a great house in a beautiful town! Lots of room and beds and was very clean. House was well stocked with so many essentials. John was very attentive and answered all questions very quickly!

I had my family stay and the groomsmen got ready there and picture taking. The master bedroom was used for the groomsmen. So Big. The house was PERFECT! The kids enjoyed the hockey game. All the beds that we used were extremely comfortable. John is a very organized with a binder with all kinds of information that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend this home. We enjoyed tge beach chairs, bicycles and basketball. Beach badges were an added benefit.

Outstanding property and location.

I haven’t seen such a well stocked house for years! Every little thing was carefully thought of. John was quick in corresponding and pleasure to talk with. The house is spacious, furnished with wooden vintage furniture. The mattresses are super comfy. One thing surprised me a little is proximity of train rails, you can hear trains are passing by from time to time. Not disturbing at all, though. I would recommend this house to anyone and be happy to come back!

The property was perfect for my family. Many bedrooms with comfortable beds. The furniture was also comfortable. Plenty of dishes. Overall, excellent for our large family!

Family came from near and far this house had plenty of room, great accommodations and close to the venues we needed to get to and from. Loved the location and the house.

The entire experience - from booking through post-checkout - was smooth and seamless. John was incredibly easy to work with and very communicative. He called me in advance of our stay to communicate check-in procedures, and upon arrival there was an extremely helpful guidebook telling us everything we could have needed to know about the house and the surrounding areas. In my view, everything about the house itself is undersold by the listing. The size, space, cleanliness, location, neighborhood, etc., are all better than advertised. John was professional, prompt, accessible when needed. Home included many of the things needed for a shore experience (bikes, beach and pool access, boogie boards, towels, chairs, ping pong, pool table, basketball)

I really don’t want to give this rental the 5 stars it deserves, but only because I want to keep it as a secret for myself. This place was surprisingly spacious. I’ve never found a house with 6 bedrooms that included 3 king beds! It was clean, close to town and the beach, and the owner was easy to talk to/ work with. My older kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the hockey table, pool table, ping pong table, and games! I will definitely be returning here!

The house was fantastic, location perfect, and John was a wonderful host!

It rained and was cool the week we stayed which limited our shore and pool time but with all the games, (especially the hockey game) and out door basketball court we were never bored. It was cold in the house but John called us up the first night and gave us instructions on how to work the heat and AC and we never had a problem. The furniture was beautiful and the three stories gave us plenty of room. Overall had a great week and I would stay there again.

We spent a few days at this beautiful and spacious house. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the back porch was lovely! There are so many places to go and we took multiple walks that had beautiful views, including a lake at the corner. All in all a great experience!

We stayed with our three children and another relative. Tons of room, very clean, and enough toys, games, and entertainment options to keep everyone happy. The owner is responsive and accommodating. Hands down the most well-stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We just got back from a week long stay at this beautiful house, and the owner was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely be going back!!

My wife recently retired and our family came to Spring Lake to celebrate. The location was great and the house couldn’t have been any better for our celebration getaway. The communication with John was perfect. The amenities were spot on and we love the hockey game and basketball net. We’ll definitely be returning.

When my husband and I walked into this lovely, large, air-conditioned home on a very hot summer day, we were so very, very pleased! This house was exactly what we needed for my adult children, grandchildren, my husband and I to stay in while visiting the Jersey shore for a family reunion. Hope we can visit again and stay longer next time.

Great week at the beach- plenty of room on the house and everything so close by

The property was beautiful and the house was clean. John was very helpful and left very detailed instructions which made the stay easy and stress-free.

Lovely, large, spacious house. Meticulously cared for, with more than everything one needs. Multiple places to sit , eat, and sleep inside and out. Kids loved bubble hockey and ping pong too. Off street parking made overnights easy. Communication with John was terrific, as he's had a lot of experience with all possible glitches and clearly wants to make everything smooth for all. The location is great. Spring Lake is a generally great vacation spot! Small lakes, big ocean, classic boardwalk, town that retains all charm. The house is 4 blocks to beach/boardwalk. Plus comes with beach/pool tags and a locker if you want to leave beach chairs etc. We walked, but there were also numerous bikes of all sizes, including one with giant back basket. Most needed a little TLC, easily accomplished before setting out. Note: no food allowed on the beach, but easy to pop home for lunch. Food rec for town: Excellent fish and chips at St Stephen's Green Publick House. Absolutely Do NOT miss The Scone Pony !

I happily recommend John's house to anyone considering a stay at a Jersey beach. The house is large and clean. It would easily accommodate a large group. The house is in a nice neighborhood and within a short (and easy) walk to the beach. The house has a lot of usable outdoor space, including a basketball hoop, patio, and grill, and also includes beach chairs for use. John is responsive and a very accommodating host. Highly recommend.

We rented this property for the weekend with 11 friends and we had an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of amenities (game room, bikes, outdoor patio, lawn games, etc.) and a spacious backyard that allowed for a secluded and fun place to hang out. The beach is a short walk away, and the house came with beach passes which was very generous of the owner. The landlord is extremely kind and easy-going - he even stopped by to drop off an umbrella for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

Couldn’t have been better for a beach (or any) getaway!! Spacious bedrooms...well-stocked kitchen...balconies outside every bedroom...nice deck....basketball hoop in driveway, several bikes in garage...comfortable living/common areas...very responsive owner...close to town, close to beach...would stay at this house again in a heartbeat!!! A winner in all aspects!!!
