Gregory is a great host. The condo is in a great location and had thoughtful extras ( ie room humidifiers) that helped make the stay very nice. I had a question during check-in and he was very prompt to respond. We will definitely return for another stay.

Location was great for skiing. Property owner was helpful and very available.

Gregory was one step ahead of us on all our questions and needs. The unit is clean, very close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the mountain and a nice covered garage to keep everything dry and clean.

This is our second stay in this unit. Just like last time the communication with the owner was great. He made sure everything was going well and was quick to answer any questions. We like having the laundry in the unit to cut down on what we have to pack and there are other nice things like vacuum, fans, and boot dryers.

We have a family of 5 stay for a week in Winter park. The location is excellent with just a few hundred yard walk to the gondola. Great space in the condo and nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice. We liked the quick walk to the ski lifts. The parking process was a little difficult Our QR code would not always work.

This condo is great, views are awesome and it’s so close to everything. The kids loved it, especially the massage chair and watching trains.

Just take the elevator down to P1, grab all the skis from the ski locker and head across the street to the gondola or Arrow lift. The condo is quite large for being at the base of WP. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and the balcony looks to be 4x the size of balconies at other lodges across the street. Great communication with the owners topped off an excellent ski trip.

Our family of 4 traveled for a summer getaway and this condo was perfect for our stay. Located directly across the street from the Village, it is a prime location and has the biggest balcony of any of the properties nearby. Very clean, the owner even checked on us to make sure we arrived okay and asked if we had any questions. The posting does not do the condo justice; the master has a king bed (not queen), full relaxation tub and separate shower and each bathroom has a very large vanity. If we go back to this area, we will most definitely rent the same unit again! We were very satisfied with our stay!

We just returned yesterday. Unfortunately had to shorten the trip due tothe scare of vivid-19. However, even with the Winter Park resort closing down, we have everything we needed in this condo. It is cozy. He has all the amenities that you need to stay in. We will definitely come back to enjoy the skiing and stay in this condo. Greg was wonderful, we got all the information we needed for a smooth stay, even with the inconvenience of the ski resort closing.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back again! Perfect location to the slopes. Top notch condo!

We really enjoyed this property - plenty of space for our family to spread out, massage chair, washer & dryer, elevator, ski storage locker near parking garage/lobby, large hot tub at the facility, great view off balcony and master suite, AND super close access to the gondola lift, Starbucks, etc. Highly recommend!

This condo at Winter Park has a great location, underground parking, a stocked kitchen (with not only basics for cooking but the little things like Ketchup, mustard, etc that you hate to buy for a short trip). The massage chair was a HUGE bonus after a full day of skiing. I had to have something delivered while there, and Gregory made sure the maintenance people knew and they were even kind enough to call me when it arrived. The location is across the street from the Gondola so it's an easy walk. The condo had lots of blankets, comfortable beds and we loved the layout. If we were to visit Winterpark again, we would rent again! Thanks so much :).

Thanks for a wonderful Ski Week for our family with a 14yo, 12yo, and 9yo children. The communication and check in were seamless. The condo was amazing, with a master bedroom for mom and dad with its own bathroom, a second bedroom for the little ones, and a sofa bed for the oldest child. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus, next time we wont pack as much clothes! The location can't be beat, each morning we walked across the street to get on the slopes. Rentals were close by, lift ticket office was right there, and the logistics were perfect. The village area was fine for food, and we honestly only ventured out once in the car for groceries. Highly recommended for a family with young skiiers! We'll come back for sure!

This property is location central for winter park village. Faces the slopes a very short walk to the gondola, owner was great, easy check in and out process. Clean condo. Will definitely look to rent again.

The condo was perfect! It is steps from the gondola and has a fantastic view of the slopes. The rooms are comfortable and that massage chair got tons of post ski use! Kitchen was well stocked as well. Excellent rental.

This was a great condo and one of the best that we've stayed at on our visits to WP. Great amenities including the pull-out couch, an air mattress, in addition to the two beds. Great location with a quick walk to the lifts each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean with all necessary amenities for a family of 6. The location is fantastic - just steps away from the Gondola, kids ski school, and other bars/restaurants that are on the base of Winter Park ski resort. Parking is additional, but well worth it as the underground parking is very convenient.

We would do it again. Which parking for the second car was more easy to use and understandable

We loved everything about this condo! It was very well appointed- comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and steps away from Center Village - the lifts, the restaurants, the shops. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo in January. The location is super convenient. Essentially across the street from the gondola. Building is well kept but you have to purchase parking ($16/day) and access the garage by using a code on your cellphones with each entry and exit. We were comfortable as 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived we had trouble adjusting the thermostat to a higher temp. Owner was very responsive and made corrections but shortly thereafter the fridge squeaked (all night long). Again owner very accommodating. And fixed the next day. Quite a few dust bunnies as I suspect the place had not been rented in awhile. All other aspects of our stay were great. Massage chair was a great perk for EVERYONE! Overall would rent again if in winter Park.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this premium-view, 2-story, 5th-floor mountain condominium in Fraser Crossing, right at the base of the ski village. We were there for summer vacation, and the convenience, view and luxury of the unit were all outstanding. The washer and dryer were an extra bonus. It was great to just walk across the street, enjoy the beautiful mountain river, and shop in the village. The town was close by, where we attended a concert in the park, an incredible venue. Winter Park is beautiful! We would recommend this unit for a summer break from the heat of Florida to anyone. There are great hiking trails nearby. We rented a boat at Highland Marina on Lake Granby and had a fantastic time boating on one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. We drove up the challenging road to Rollins Pass and spent time in the snow and reading the history of that spectacular area. We're glad we stayed at this unit at Fraser Crossing. We had a wonderful time in Winter Park. Brad T.

This is a great comfortable 2 bedroom on the 5th floor with nice views and convenient to everything. Will be back.
