My family stayed at this house for a family wedding that was taking place at the Sandia Resort. The location was great and the accommodations very fitting for our group. There was a nice space for reading that was separate from those who watched TV, and the outdoor patio area was great. My only criticism is that there were only 2 wine glasses for a group of 5 adults.

Was a good location for the balloon fiesta. From the balcony there’s a decent view of the ascension with binoculars. Was a comfortable property for our party of 8. The property owner responded quickly after leaving a voicemail, I’m not sure he saw my messages I sent using the VRBO app.He was very thoughtful leaving us glasses for the eclipse. There are towels for the jacuzzi and there is a coffee pot and a Kurig

My husband and I stayed with our four girls, my daughter’s boyfriend and dog. The home was as posted. The bedroom situation met our need perfectly! The master was large enough that our two younger girls stayed, one on the floor on a sleeping bag and the other on the futon at the end of the bed. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, bathroom and indoor trash can. There were a couple minor upkeep issues; toilet paper holder coming out of the wall in master and some lights and fans not working. There is a Keurig but no pods, only ground coffee but no coffee maker. The location was wonderful, a quiet suburban neighborhood that was great for walking the dog.

This was a great place to stay for a short visit. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is lovely. The kitchen has the basic necessities.

The home was very spacious and clean. We didn’t get to use the hot tub due to not working two days before our stay which was one of the reason we booked but the owner was very nice about telling us ahead of time.

Excellent location as well as nice neighborhood, very responsive property manager! Close to Tram way and scenic spots!

We had a great time at this property and appreciated that the house was clean, spacious, and convenient to everything we did during our stay. The house is listed as accommodating up to 10 people. However, there were limited supplies. It would be great for the owner/property manager to add more towels (including for hot tub), glasses/wine glasses, plastic cups for outdoor use, pillows, blankets, soap/shower gel. This home is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. I appreciate a dust-free, clutter-free home but my favorite part of this stay was the sweet yard and the neighborhood. I loved taking early morning walks in this very sweet community. The people are warm and friendly and the gardens are lovely. Watching the sun come up over the mountains is a positive way to start the day. This morning walk was the highlight of my stay here. The house is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The manager is very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed this home very much.

We stayed with 6 adults in our party. The home is really nice and is just as it looks online. It is nicely equipped with kitchen utensils and other things. The location is in one of the best parts of Albuquerque. My only complaint is that the 4th bedroom has two pull out futons that are not comfortable for an adult. I highly recommend this home for a family.

This property is just a few hours away from being ideal, a few hours of work would make a top notch. The water feature in the backyard did not work. Some of the bedroom lights and fans did not work. The kitchen is slightly understocked. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

Did not work. Missed that in the morning

The house is beautiful and clean. However the upstairs was 91 degrees when we got there because the AC was completely turned off. It took a good while to get the upstairs cool. The remotes for the fans in the 2 smaller bedrooms weren’t working due to dead batteries. Just small details that are easily remedied, but kept us from giving the highest rating.

This property was advertised as a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 baths, but the fourth bedroom was a space converted into a room and my children had to sleep for 3 nights on hard and uncomfortable fouton beds. Also, there were not enough blankets, no soap in the downstairs bathroom, and no scrub sponge in the kitchen. Other than that, this house was amazing, the veiw and back yard were really nice (especially the hot tub) and the sofa was very comfortable. We had fun 👍

My only complaint would be dog/cat hair in the living room carpet and on the floors. I'm not sure if the previous travelers had dogs or the owners of the house had dogs. When my 10 month old twins would crawl around on the floor, they would have pet fur and dander all over them and their binkies/bottles/blankets. That would be the only downfall. Otherwise, this was perfect!!

The Hot Tub cover was broken, which we knew per previous reviews. The Hot Tub had rain water/sprinkler water leaking into it (puddle on the broken cover) and bits of the cover floating in the Hot Tub. We were hoping to use it, but it wasn't clean. The Ice Maker was leaving black substance (mold?) in our cups. So we opt'd to buy water from the store. Some cups required us to wash before use. The towels may be 15+ years old. They were very seasoned. They did dry us... But they were not what I would expect or have ever run into with a rental. I messaged the owner twice om VBRO about an early check-in option and received no response. It wasn't a huge deal, but even a "sorry that won't work" acknowledgement would have been nice. With that being said. We had a place to sleep and all of our needs were met for a house. The things listed above are minor, but I wanted any future renters to be aware. I don't think the house was bad by any means. The neighborhood was nice. Plenty of parking space. Close to the mountain and plenty of places to eat. Had the things listed above not been an issue it was an easy 5/5.

Great location for us and perfect set up for grandparents - grown kids and grandkids. House was well stocked and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed everything about this home. My mom and 3 sisters came with me for a great get away and the house was perfect for us.
