What a wonderful property! Steps away from the beach and playground. Having been to South Haven before we knew we wanted to be in this area, and this property had it all. We had plenty of space and large common room allowed us to all be together during meals. We would happily stay at this property and with this host group again!

The check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with high-quality amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, with a lovely patio and scenic views. Conveniently located near local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood, it was the ideal getaway. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.

Our friends and family truly enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, very spacious, and accommodating. There was a working grill, hot tub, appliances etc. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy and accessible and they even had a two car garage to store your vehicles. The only downside was they were not able to accommodate a checked out past 10am due to their tight cleaning schedule. We would highly recommend this place for your stay.!

Beautiful home in the perfect location. Be mindful of how many cars you bring as the driveway is tough to fit the number of cars the diagram shows unless you have really small vehicles. There is street parking though! The host was great and we loved being so close to everything! Would rent again for sure!

Perfect family vacation
The house was perfect for our family of ten adults and six children aged two to six. There was plenty of space and everything we needed. The location was amazing-we walked to the park, the beach and town.
The car was only needed to go to the grocery store. We plan on returning!

This is a great home with nice clean rooms and is located in a great neighborhood. It is within walking/biking distance of downtown and the beach. Everyone in the group loved the big great room and kitchen.

Amazing place to stay for our group of 10! Very roomy with comfortable and up to date amenities. So glad we were able to stay there for a getaway weekend. Also enjoyed being so close to the lake (even if it was too cold to swim), the view was lovely

A great get away for couples!
This property was very clean and a great amount of space for 5 couples. So close to the South Haven beach and downtown. Would definitely stay again!
A little bit confusing finding the unit. The building says Retreat 1 and 2. We were looking for 5. We figured out it was inside.

Amazing home
When we arrived at the property, I literally thought I was going to get lost finding everything. There was so much. The spacious layout the up to date and very clean accommodations, it was wonderful. The guest I had were also very in awe of the property. it was close to everything and we enjoyed our stay so much. The outdoor patio was great. We rented for my daughters wedding and we could not have been more pleased. Thank you

Girls Weekend
Annual girls weekend getaway. 11 women stayed on both levels. More than enough space and amazingly close to the beach! Perfect walk for sunset. Upstairs space was more spacious for visiting and cooking. Loved the hot tub and deck. The ONLY negative is we ran very low on toilet paper. Thank goodness we brought 3 extra rolls but we barely made it through the weekend (yikes!) Highly recommended for larger groups. Quiet neighborhood and very comfy couches and beds!

Awesome, clean stay!
Great location within walking distance to adorable downtown South Haven. Plenty of space for our group of 15 to sleep. Air conditioner broke while there, and it was fixed within an hour. Hot tub was perfect temperature and rooms were spotless! We will be back!

Great Location Between Beach and Town
Loved this house for a large/extended family getaway. Toddlers had ample room to play and when baby needed naps there was sufficient distance between living areas and bedrooms as to avoid excessive noise whilst sleeping. Only complaint was that the gas grill propane tank was completely empty so we had to change that out ourselves but the plus side was that there were a couple spare tanks available close by! Thanks!!!

Great location for family fun in South Haven
We loved the location of the property -- easy walking distance to South Beach, Kids Corner park, and downtown. The space accommodated our large group and was well-equipped. We did wish the upper deck had a sunshade or umbrella, as the space was un-usable in the hot afternoons.

perfect location, great sunsets
The property is just a few blocks from the water and few blocks from town, on a quiet street and near the kids corner playground. We could see the sunset over Lake Michigan from the patio. The hot tub, grill, and firepit were all wonderful. The home is great for groups, with plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely recommend this location and are even looking at buying a cottage in south haven ourselves!

Absolutely wonderful weekend!
We stayed here with 3 families including a 2 year old and an infant! The home was perfect. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the multiple common rooms based on where the kids were sleeping, hot tub was wonderful and home came with many items you would need for a wonderful weekend getaway! The property management company was extremely responsive and accessible. Honestly a wonderful stay. I would recommend this home time and time again!

Great House close to the beach
We loved our stay at this South Haven home. Close walk to the beach, close walk to downtown where the restaurants and shops were. Plenty of space for our group and very clean. We love the deck off of the 2nd floor. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!
