The location of the home was perfect! It was within walking distance to both the beach, Mission Bay, restaurants, and stores.

We loved the location on Mission Beach. It is just a few hundred steps from the sand. If you walk the other way, it is just a few more steps to the bay. It is a nice walk to the pier to the north and the rollercoaster to the south. We had a lot of fun playing on the beach with all the provided sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. The beach felt safe, and lifeguard tower 21 is near. There is a warm outside shower at the back door and a hose to wash off sandy feet at the front door. We also enjoyed the outside patio and ate meals and BBQ'ed out there. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed to cook. The gas range was nice and it was good to have a microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. Overall everything was comfortable and in good repair. Onsite parking was limited to two vehicles. We managed to squeeze a Honda Odyssey and Toyota Highlander into the two spots, but it was tight! There is no ac (which is probably typical here), but with the windows open and ceiling fans we slept very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best location to the beach close to restaurants and shopping

We stay at this house to celebrate my 40th birthday, everything was great and just as described. Literally you go right you are on the bayside go to your left you on the beach side. I loved that about the property. The weather was a little cool. Communication with owner was no problem. Thanks for the lifetime of memories ❤️

Comfortable beds and furniture. Close to the beach. Surprisingly quiet since we are so close to the road (one house away). Amenities were great. Host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot VERY close to the beach! My family and I had a wonderful Christmas trip here. The host was quick to respond and asked if we needed anything throughout our stay. Cute beach house and great location.

Overall we had a great trip but it's unlikely we would rent this property again. The pros: beach house is the perfect proximity to the beach as we don't like being right on the boardwalk, property managers are very responsive and the patio makes for a perfect hangout after a day at the beach. The cons: we failed to notice in the listing that this property has no central air, if we had, we wouldn't have rented to begin with. It also didn't help that we were there during an excessively hot weekend. The Beach house is very dated and dirty, property managers should look into their cleaning company as they did a horrible job. The listing also needs to be updated as there are no longer any bikes included, for us, that wasn't a big deal as we brought our own but one ended up getting stolen during the night. You can only chain your bikes to a wooden fence since there is no garage, but if thieves want something bad enough they will get it. As I said, overall we had a great time making memories at the beach!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying here. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great patio to sit outside. The host was responsive and quick with any questions we had.

This house is good for a getaway to Mission Beach with friends or family. Living room furniture has been upgraded since the posted pictures were taken and the house has been painted different color on the outside. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs with another bathroom downstairs. This setup works perfectly fine with family or good friends. Everything was clean and communication with the property manager was excellent.

We loved this rental...the location was great and everything was very clean! It was very easily walkable to Mission and Pacific Beaches with lots of beach time and restaurants and shopping! We would definitely recommend this for a family and even with small kids, having the courtyard was awesome!

We spent a weekend here for a girls trip. We enjoyed the location being so close to the beach. It was very convenient having beach towels and beach equipment to use as well. Neighbors were friendly. Enjoyed sitting outside relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, convenient to everything.

Our family has been threatened with violence, by these thugs and thieves, that now attempt to steal our entire security deposit. These people are a scam to steal you money and slumlords, the property is unsafe and uninhabitable, and location is junk, with no view and way too much noise and pollution. Do Not Rent Here, from these criminals, or even from this site. they are a scam, sold us fake insurance, refused to clean the entire stay or before, and now we have to pay our attorney to sue for injury and illness we have endured due to their hostile living environment.

Listing accurate. But, the house seemed cluttered. The front porch was cluttered. There were two space heaters down stairs that took up space and it was summer. The front room furniture and dining table area felt cluttered as it was inconvenient to walk around. The knives were dull and utensils seemed old. These were all minor inconveniences, that if changed could significantly improve the experience.

The house was conveniently located between the beach and the bay. The beach was beautiful and never really crowded. The house was very comfortable and well represented with the pictures posted. Everything we needed was provided and the owners were very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would gladly return.

Unfortunately construction right in front of property was super loud and dusty. Jack hammer at 7:00 daily.Accommodation smaller than anticipated and the flies were bad. Location to beach was excellent and management did a good job! I think it was just bad timing.

This rental was amazing. It was very close to the beach and very clean. The amenities were perfect. It was more than we expected. The owners did a wonderful job in communicating with me prior to and after our rental. I would refer my family and friends to this rental property.

We had a great time! We were just steps from the beach and loved the quiet walkway. The bedrooms were great with great breeze at night. We loved it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog as well. Thanks for a great weekend and I’m sure we will be back!

This house was perfect for the six of us on a guys trip. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was easy access to all the bars, restaurants, super close to the beach, and the ocean front walk. The communication was great with the host and didn’t have any issues. Thanks to Eddie and Marv!

My family really enjoys San Diego and we have rented several times on mission beach and this was by far our best experience. Nice clean property with plenty of room for our family of 6. The owners have thought of everything... beach supplies for the entire group (toys, chairs, etc). The renters guide that was put together we helpful... loved the restaurant recommendations!! We will be staying again. Thank you!

Property was just as expected. The property manager was very responsive ti the couple little things I needed. We did damage a ceiling fan during the stay and she worked hard to find the right part and make it as painless as possible. There is a gas grill outside that was great for cooking our own meals.

Perfect location! The house was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. There are no large public parking lots close by so that makes this part of the beach was crowded . We loved that! Can’t wait to come back!
