We really enjoyed our stay. Sarah was awesome. Unfortunately we were not able to check in early due to the house being rented the night before, but Sarah was kind enough to let us drop our things off early. We really appreciate that! Thank you!

Overall, this property had everything we needed and was located close to everywhere we needed to be. The property owner reached out to us prior to us arriving to ensure we had everything we needed. She was responsive and very professional. The neighborhood was not the best but access to the garage added that little piece of mind we needed to feel secure. The house is older and the windows are thin so it does get a bit loud at night. Not excessive but noticeable. The only issue we had was the walkway between the garage and back door was a bit overgrown and stays wet days after a rain. That was a minor thing for us however as it provided some privacy. Really, the place was about perfect for us. Would definitely recommend/stay here again.

We loved staying here! We came in Memorial Day weekend for the Indy. It was the perfect location for our entrance to the Southern area. With Indy traffic it was just about 20 minutes to drive in, and 13 minutes to get back to the rental after the race. The house itself has everything. It's really nice. Perfect for race weekend! The inside is all new and done very nicely. The beds were all super comfortable. We got this as a last minute rental (about 4 weeks out from Indy), but it was perfect! The kitchen is great. We had so much fun playing games around the kitchen table. There's a ton of places to eat within 2 miles of downtown. The host was very nice and sent us a text, in case we needed anything, which we didn't. Everything was taken care of for us. We had plenty of parking on the street, and there's also a connected garage out the back. We are already planning to come back next year! It was a last minute choice, but a really pleasant surprise for sure.

The house is really great. Everything on the inside is so comfortable and updated. The game room has a pool table and a closet filled with games and books! The kitchen table has plenty of seats and the kitchen itself is so well appointed. The bathrooms are all new and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of fans in each room to be able to create a comfortable sleeping environment. It's so close to downtown and restaurants. We came in for Indy and the location was perfect for our seats in the Southwest View. It was about 20 minutes there and 13 minutes to get home. There was plenty of street parking and the garage is attached to the house and property for easy access. We loved it and we really appreciated the text message from the host the day of our travel so we knew who to contact if anything came up, but nothing came up. It was so smooth and we had a great vacation!

We fully enjoyed our stay. The house has great character and many updated features. We've never seen so many thoughtful amenities at a rental.

"Communication with Property Manager" would be a 10 out of 5, if I was able to rate it higher! Had a small problem (light bulb burned out, no big deal) and the Property Manager had lightbulbs and a snack delivered to our house within an hour! Exemplary service and support! Also, we spent hours in the pool table room.

Our group of 8 had an excellent time here. The house is very cool with every detail in place. Sarah offered great recommendations in her welcome folder and the sleeping accommodations were wonderful. The game room is just the best, with everything you could want from Spotify on the Roku TV with auxiliary speakers to board games galore. Thanks for making our road trip weekend an enjoyable one!

House is beautiful - clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Even the little extras in case we forgot anything. Our host was incredible! Checked in with us well before the trip, then again on check-in day and while we were there. She made sure we had everything we needed and was going to fix anything that might be wrong. Nothing was wrong though. Great stay in Indy!

Two families of 4 stayed here for a volleyball tournament, which worked perfectly with the number of beds and bathrooms.It was great to be able to walk to the convention center where the girls played And not have to pay for parking. The house has a garage a private backyard and and was very comfortable and quiet even though the neighborhood was the neighborhood was very active due to it being the 4th of July weekendIt was great to eat our meals in the home watch TV together play board games darts and pool. The house is beautiful on the inside. Very clean. And amazing

This is the second time my family has stayed. The location has easy access to the interstate and is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home has every detail covered right down to shaving gel. If you have forgotten anything, they have you covered. And the game room is perfect with a pool table, bar tables, and loads of games. A great place for a large or small family. We just figured out this theme that there is also a sleeper sofa. We will be back!

We came to Indianapolis to take in the Monster Jam event held at Lucas Stadium. Brought my 2 sons and their families including ages 4 & under kids. The neighborhood is old and sketchy. I was really worried as we approached the home and found our way around to the alley to access the house. The fence is in poor shape and the space between the garage and the home is really run down. Once inside the home we were all pleasantly surprised. The home felt very nice inside, each room had very clean finishes. Starting in the kitchen there was a lot of "extras" provided such as a wide variety of coffee and cooking supplies. The pantry had crock pots, a very nice blender, pressure cooker and a lot of other supplies one might need to put on family meals. The laundry room was completely stocked. Both of the bathrooms had supplies you might have forgotten at home such as new toothbrushes, toothpaste and first aid kits. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The game room with the pool table had a well stocked supply closet for board games, cards and toys the kids really got a kick out of. The bedrooms and living room space all had nice tv's. I did communicate to the owner a couple of issues we encountered including one shower temp being extremely hot, the master bedroom heat not keeping up and lose nails on the stair rail area. The house is within eyesight from Lucas Stadium. Since this was our first overnight to the city we didn't know about the parking situation and we did get stuck in a parking garage for an hour after the event Saturday night. We did also take in the Children's Museum and the Zoo and found them both to be nice. Overall we appreciated the full amenities inside the home. I would recommend the home to other families.

But I had to cancel my trip but the other 3 that were staying said it was FANTASTIC! We were racing at Indy and the location was great - quick and easy drive for everyone. I had a great phone conversation with the owner and she was gracious and very accommodating - said to call if there were an issues and she'd take care of it. Location - perfect. Accommodations - Fantastic. Next time we race at Indy, I'll definitely want to stay here... and hopefully next time I won't miss the fun! This was my first time using Evolve but it won't be my last!

We were in town for a family wedding. This house is as pictured, and we enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked; toddler dishes in the kitchen, bathroom drawer with items in case you forget toothpaste etc., game closet which included some items for toddlers as well. The variety of Keurig cups for the coffee maker were appreciated. The house is in an older neighborhood on a narrow street. At night there are parked cars lining the street, so having the garage was great. This just made getting in a little more difficult since we arrived after dark and had no where to park in front of the house. A keypad on the exterior garage door for entry into the house would have made arrival easier. We would stay here again!

This home was amazing, to say the least. We booked this home for our team while we were in town for an event. Needless to say, we will book this place every time we are back in indy. I will admit that I was skeptical about the area at first, but we quickly found out how perfect of a spot this was. The streets are small, but I was still able to park my lifted truck without any problems. The neighbors are friendly and wave, it was like we just moved in. The amenities are everything you see in the pictures and then some. every inch of this house was clean and ready for just about anything. We quickly had to do a walk through to see who got which room and we were surprised to see so many TV's just about 1 in every room! Air throughout the house along with fans everywhere made it so comfortable. Every TV is setup with all streaming services. The bathrooms WITH HEATED floors were spacious and very well done. The kitchen has everything you need, all you need to do is bring the food. The game room was definately a good time from the hundreds of board games, pool table and dartboard to the patio out back, we had more fun at the house then at the show! The communication during our stay was so easy and friendly, I felt like I was texting one of my lifelong friends! 5 stars all day long and we can honestly say that we can't wait to come back soon! If you are staying in indy and are looking for place, do yourself a favor and book here, you can thank us later ;)

We’ve stayed in many properties over the years and always seem to forget something. There are always additional trips to the store for this and that. This property was not only wonderfully decorated, it also had everything you could possibly need. Laundry detergent, a first aid kit, a good iron and ironing board... they even had charcoal for the grill. The heated floors in the bathroom were appreciated along with the bath gel. And it was situated where it was easy to get anywhere. Love, love, loved our stay.
