Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Full of all the amenities you would need for a week.

Great location

The condo was fabulous! Plenty of room. Kitchen was beyond well stocked with anything you might need to cook. Beds comfy. Air Conditioning was great especially considering the August heat. Views were gorgeous. Complex super nice with pool, bathrooms and work out room. Able to uber or drive everywhere easily. Rented mopeds and that was great to get around/parking and just FUN! Ate seafood nonstop and took two excursions through Sunset Watersports! Departures close to condo and very good employees! Half shell Raw Bar had awesome oysters on the half shell! Enjoyed live music and history at Captain Tony’s. Hemingway House had a cool tour and tons of history!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! We spent so much time on the wrap around deck. Every single window has a beautiful view. The condo was very well stocked with everything that you might possibly need and then some. We had such a great week together.

We had a wonderful laid back vacation. The only problem concerned the smell on the beach from the seaweed migration. Kitchen set-up is wonderful. Would go again but have many other trips in mind..

They need to have the wash machine replaced! It sounded like it was on its last leg. The property manager was really good to us. The toaster broke and within a hour we had a new one.

The condo was a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen is set up for cooking, the condo is spacious, quiet and beautiful, and the location is prime!

We would rent again in a heartbeat. It was quite but close to everything. Balconies provided a wonderful view. Lots of room with fantastic views from every room. Used the grill facilities also

We had an amazing visit to Key West! We arrived a few days after Tropical Storm Ian. The streets of Key West had some storm damage, but once we opened the door to 1800 Atlantic, paradise awaited us! The pictures on VRBO of the condo didn't compare to the tropical beauty that awaited us. The condo was brilliantly decorated, impeccably clean and the scenery from every window was of a Caribbean retreat. We were supplied all the beach towels, beach toys, pots, pans etc.. that we needed for our two-week stay. We and our sons and their families loved the wrap around porch. We all delighted in the morning sunrises, evening sunsets and listening to the waves as they belted upon the rocks. We all loved the pool, weight room, barbeque area and surprisingly a library. We visit Key West yearly and we plan to book the condo again.

We’ve been to Key West 4x now and this was by far our favorite condo in 1800 Atlantic. Each bedroom had amazing views. The property was clean, well stocked and well furnished. The only item I’d call out is all 3 tubs are very tall entry. It was a bit difficult for 2 of us - 1 with recent knee replacement and 1 with hip replacement over the last year. It would be wonderful to have 1 low entry shower for seniors or those with issues. Brad was wonderful to work with and even accommodated our Amazon delivery ahead of our visit.

Beautiful condo with 3 ocean front bedroom views! Very spacious for 6 adults. Easy access to the pool area. The pool and foliage around the condo was gorgeous! Very close to Higgs Beach and Smathers Beach. I highly recommend!

Everything as advertised, nice property/pool/spa. Nice quite location, but a short scooter ride to restaurants and bars. A few free beaches close by.

overall was a good place to stay. Views from the deck are fantastic and overall living space is good. Recommendations would be more pots/pans in kitchen, better mattresses for bedrooms. Didn't appreciate the maximum AC setting could only be 72 degrees.

The location is amazing, the owners were extremely helpful when we ran in to a hiccup with our return flight.

Some properties advertise ocean view, but it’s still far away. This place is truly on the beach. Very modern accommodation, excellent place for the 3 couples to gather and stay.

Bottom drawer of Armoire in North bedroom is broken so it cannot be opened. Each bathroom could use one more roll of TP. Had to juggle TP back & forth between 3 bathrooms to make it through a week.

Location of this condo was great, about a block from Smathers Beach. Very nice first floor corner unit right on the beach with great ocean views. Quiet property with a nice pool. Loved that we were far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk to Duval Street, the Southernmost Point and just about anywhere else we wanted to go. Feels like you are no more than 2 miles from any destination. We would definitely stay here again.
