A very nice home in a lovely part of Cape Cod.

The property was perfect for us. Very clean and it seemed like it had just been updated. Just wish the weather was better for the beach.

This house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was brand new and perfectly thought out. We loved the back deck and gazebo. Any minor glitches were solved immediately by the owner. My teenagers loved the proximity to Mashpee commons and my husband and I loved the privacy and beauty of the neighborhood.

This is like a dream vacation spot for a family getaway. It is located in a quiet, quaint, beautiful neighborhood that looks like it came right out of a decorator's magazine. The home is immaculate, and the owner has provided many amenities in the kitchen and for the beach (sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler and a cart to haul it all!) that made our stay all the more enjoyable. The kitchen has all that you need to cook and serve a very nice meal at home. There are basic seasonings, condiments, summery placemats, a gas grill, new appliances, cooking utensils, cookware, enough glasses, dishes and silverware to host a nice gathering. The layout of the property is perfect for families that want to be able to have some quiet time for kids and adults. The gazebo is just a few steps away from the main house and gives the kids a place to be independent, but, still in view of the adults. There is a loft with a place to relax on a couch, or, sit at a table to play games. There is a wildlife sanctuary within a few minute ride that has a beach area for the kids to enjoy. Our grandchildren spent hours looking for hermit crabs, shells, clams and simply playing in the sand. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off before entering the house and we were able to launder our clothes before leaving, as well as, the beach towels that we used. The owner provided a handbook with everything that we may have had a question for. We also took the owner's recommendations for several restaurants and were very pleased with the suggestions. Overall, the owner displayed a true desire to make our stay a pleasant one...and it was! Since we have several family members with severe allergy issues, it was important for us to find a "no-pet", no-smoking property that had minimal opportunities for dust to gather. The flooring and decor make the perfect environment for those that have sensitivities to dust/dander. We really hated to leave and hope to return again next season! This is a five star "plus" property!

Great weekend would love to come again

This was our first time in Cape Cod and we weren’t sure where to stay. This was a great location for us! The house was beautiful and had more than we expected! If I had one recommendation it would be that the house would be even better with curtains/shades. I loved looking out at the beautiful surroundings but 6 am sun was a little too early for me. Even so, I would definitely stay here again!

This home was in brand new condition and had all the comforts needed for a great vacation. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was just a 10 minute walk to a lovely small bay beach. Mashpee is a quaint upscale Cape area with great shopping and conveniences. We had a wonderful stay!
