We went as a girls trip to celebrate a couple birthdays. The cabin was perfect. We had an amazing time.

We will not be staying here again. Too many problems.

Very nice

The cleanliness of the cabin was ok. There were a few issues. It was 100 degrees out, and when we got to the cabin to cool off, it was over 80 degrees inside. It started cooling off after 10pm and by morning it would hit the set temperature but then during day would go back over 80. Couch was broke, washer did not work, and both arcade games did not work. If we were aware of this before we booked, we would not have. We found our about washer and 1 arcade game right at check in. As far as space for a large family, it was great. We came for granddaughters birthday, which they had balloons and cookie cake for her which was a nice surprise for her. She loved the pool too!! Overall, it was a nice stay, it's just when you pay that kind of money, you expect to get all you pay for. Communication with manager was great and they took care of things when needed. They offered us $300 off our next stay within a year. We thought it would have been nice to get that off our current bill!!!

When we first arrived there was no air but management hurried and got someone to come and fix it. Communication was great and when things were wrong they came made it right.

Overall this is the perfect place to stay. There is nothin absolutely nothin wrong with cabin. I’d book it again. We definitely needed this peace of mind back.

Very nice cabin! Cleaning could be a little better. Lots of food under the theater seats. Some seats were broken. But bedding and bathrooms were great! Clean kitchen! The living room couches are the most uncomfortable but we were not in there that much.

We came to town for a volleyball tournament and stayed with a couple other families. We had a ton of room, a lot of fun things for the kids to do and all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again without a doubt!

We took a family trip to the mountains with 7 adults and 2 toddlers! We enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was clean and very spacious! We loved the 3 TVs in the living room for some Saturday night SEC football. Stay Minty was very responsive anytime I reached out to them.

No view at least in the summer. Also, please take pictures of everything and make note's of anything that may be missing or broken. Per the wonderful contract. I got charged almost 200 bucks because a glass lamp shade was missing. Even though it was missing when we checked in!!

Roof leaked, cockroaches, refrigerator didn’t work, pool was ice cold, hot tub stunk, water in shower heads barely came out

Your cleaning crew needs some improvements

We had a 3-day retreat with family at this property. It was our Christmas present to everyone. The pool was a huge hit! The theater room was fun and we enjoyed the arcade games. The only problems we had were a couple of child safety concerns. The ledge going down the stairs to the lower level really should have a wedge or something to prevent children from climbing/falling. The top floor has a daybed that is pushed right up to the high drop off to the main level. We moved that bed for the duration of our stay. The property was very clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much🤓

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. This home is immaculate. There was a surprise waiting for my husband since we were there for his birthday which was so thoughtful. We enjoyed every minute there and did not want for anything. The hot tub and pool were very nice and the theater room recliners lay all the way back! We could have not asked for anything better and we will definitely book again.

I was very disappointed that you have it listed under Holiday Collections and there were no decorations... This was the reason I paid more to stay there I thought it was decorated and that is very misleading.. Also, every time we cooked w smelled the dead rat... There was a rats nest under the over door I sent photos as well as other message and never heard back from anyone so I guess this didnt matter to you.

The cabin was very accommodating for our family. We liked the cabin's openness. It was decorated for Christmas which was nice since we were celebrating Christmas with our children and grandchildren. Parking was limited, but we managed. The property management came by to answer questions we had. They were very helpful and kind. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

The stay was good not to far from everything but the hot tub had a button Broken and one of the 2 arcade games would not come on

The place was everything it said it would be very nice very clean only thing I’d recommend is a new arcade game(one there didn’t work) & Mini Fridge down stairs 🤙🏾

Ok, overall the house was nice. Plenty of room and entertainment, however the kitchen is MINIMALLY stocked. Also the floors were filthy, which were promptly addressed and cleaned by the "Stay Minty" cleaning crew. We were not a fan of Stay Minty's registration and check in process. To completely honest we questioned our privacy in the house and personal information shared online. 👀

Easy and convenient

Loved everything about this house. Great location. Near the tourist areas but far enough away to be private and quiet. Very clean house and fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Plenty of games throughout the house. The lowest level of the house was the kid’s favorite…movie theater, video games and a pool. We definitely will stay here again.

The adults in our group were not so pleased that the TVs in the basement don’t actually work with Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, or any of the newer apps and they are not connected to cable. We had issues with the WiFi not working and not being able to log into those TVs for a few days until the manager finally sent someone out to log into them and plug certain hubs around the house in which are required for it to work. The tech setup was pretty bad, so don’t count on watching movies in the theater room. I think all we could watch was YouTubeTV in there which is pretty bad. Upstairs TV worked okay though. The floors were dirty (my feet turned black on the bottoms from walking around one evening) and there was hair on the rugs in various rooms. The view is of the bottom of a gulley and the backs of other cabins and a zip line, which also makes noise from other cabins echo. We turned on the bathroom fan to drown out the noise and we were ok. The kitchen utensils for prepping meals are pretty cheap and plastic and sparse, so people may want to bring their own. The kids loved the pool and the arcade games. That was really the reason we booked this cabin even though we saw reviews that it was not the best. They spent hours in the little pool and we enjoyed the hot tub, though the controls don’t appear to work on the keypad. At least the water stayed hot and the jets worked most of the time. The pool was also heated. It could use a bit of maintenance, as it looks like some of the decor and some kind of sensor in the pool are starting to rust. Nothing that stopped anyone from having fun though. The arcade games were really nice. My husband enjoyed some of the classic games and the kids had a blast. The location was good in that it was just a bit out of town. It was not a bad stay, but not a fantastic place. I think it would be good if you were just looking for a place to bring kids and meet up with another family, but not the best place to relax and enjoy nature or views or high end furnishings and amenities.

It was a very nice cabin to enjoy our relaxing weekend.

We had a great weekend . Kids loved the pool and hot tub. The games and movie room were a hit also. The kids didn’t wanna leave the cabin.

It was nice but did not have a view we were expecting.
