The house was satisfactory. We didn't appreciate the cameras by the hottub. Nor the last minute communication of payment details when we had taken care of things months in advance.

We stayed here for an event at New Life Church. It was only 15 minutes from the church and centrally located to everything we needed like groceries, Dutch Bros, and Walgreens. It had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views while we were there. The home is exactly like the pictures. Communication with the host was excellent.

This property is located in a great area with easy access to major city arteries. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was ideal for our 4 person group. It is equipped with linens, kitchen utensils and cookware. It has attractive decor, internet access, Netflix and Ruko. On the downside, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property. The draperies, overhead fans, and baseboards appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. Also, there were crumbs and dust on the coffee table and in the corners of the living room. There was also cereal pieces in the corner of the living room from a previous guest. The hot tub also had not been cleaned at any time during our 6 night stay - that combined with the 94 degree temp (according to the on-site book) with outside temps in the 40's, rendered it unusable. If this property received the proper care, it would be first rate.

We truly enjoyed our time in this very comfortable home. The neighborhood is very quiet. The views of the mountains were beautiful! This home is very spacious with upstairs and downstairs living that provided for additional privacy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with most toiletries. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We booked this property for a family vacation. We travel a lot both in and outside the US and always rely on reviews to help make the decision of where to stay. Based on reviews, I thought this would be great for a short trip to Colorado Springs with our 3 daughters. We arrived around 10pm and as we did our walk through, we noticed the carpets were extremely dirty. Hair balls on floor by bathroom, several dead bugs/spiders on bedroom floors and overall debris and spots. We vacuumed all the bedrooms before moving any of our stuff in. After getting all our belongings in, and as we got ready for bed, my girls went to their rooms, pulled back the covers and found very large, distinct spots in the middle of 2 beds. It was very obvious what they were from. The other 2 beds appeared wrinkled and slept in. Then, my husband found used contacts sitting on the nightstand beside the bed. The place obviously was not cleaned. I contacted the host a few times by email with all these concerns. Since it was now late and I had not heard back from the host, we left and went to a hotel. Host got back to me and said cleaning people had been there. I sent him the pics of the above listed items and he said he would check and get back to me. I did not hear back from him so emailed again late morning the following day. Again, he said the place had been cleaned and I said I disagreed and pictures to prove otherwise. Since it was clear he was not doing anything, and we were trying to enjoy our family vacation, we booked other accommodations and I asked for a refund. He finally agreed the pics I sent did not match those from his cleaning people. He offered to change the sheets. I explained we had already moved on since he had not done anything to remedy the situation and again asked for the refund. He said he would check on that and get back to me. I never hear back from him and made several additional attempts to contact him. Even going as far as filing a report with VRBO and getting a phone number to call. Still no response. We are now out of the money from this property, had to pay more than double for last minute accommodations and I have lost some confidence with booking through VRBO. This was a lovely home, perfect for our overnight needs (5 adults attending memorial services). Ryan communicated regularly and efficiently and let us know what to take care of the morning our stay was ending. Spectacular view of the peaks. Spacious home and well appointed.

The property was amazing! We loved the location, there were many stores and restaurants close. The view of Pikes Peak was amazing, especially from the hot tub. The owners were so easy to work with and communicate with. They even checked in to make sure we were all checked and enjoying our vacation. If staying in Colorado Springs, I would recommend the property. If we are vacationing in the spring again, we will stay here!
