Our window was facing some air ventilation system that was noisy during the night. We didn’t have any problem to sleep but sensitive people could be bothered.

Would not recommend LGBT couples to stay here. We booked a double room. On arrival the male receptionist insisted we be ‘upgraded’ to two single beds. I politely said no but he said we were being upgraded to two beds and that’s that. I would not feel comfortable staying here again

During the reservation (7 days in advance) I asked for a quiet room because I had to work in the room. Upon arrival, I emphasized this once again and the lady at the reception told me that there would be no problem. However, upon entering the room, I was confronted with something I had never seen before in over 1,000 hotels. On the table I found earplugs which clearly indicated that the hotel is fully aware that the insulation in their rooms is terrible, which was fully demonstrated throughout the night. However, at 5 am in the morning the DISCO started in the adjacent rooms with very loud music and shouting. I immediately called the reception and asked them to regulate it. After they promised me that they would send hotel security, nothing happened during the next 20 minutes because the teenagers continued with loud music and shouting. Since nothing had changed, I went to the reception desk to check why the security didn't come: one of the young ladies just answered me that she couldn't find the hotel security, although it was clear that she simply ignored my request. Provoked by such indolence, I asked for a new room, and then another shock: she told me to wait until 12 o'clock to see if she could find me a new room. I couldn't resist, I raised my voice so that the other guests could hear me and asked for a new room right away. I guess I startled her and she just said: oops I found you a new room - we'll give you an upgrade. And, can you imagine, when I went to the new room clearly, I did not get any upgrade, but the same type of room. What kind of malpractice! In many of the world's leading hotels, if you stay 4 nights, you will get an extended check-out at no extra charge, but at CORE, they charged me $40 for a 4-hour extension.

Suite rumorosa con arredi di bassa qualità. Bagno con lavandino sbeccato. Colazione a buffet pessima (immangiabile) in un’area bruttissima. Strada molto brutta.

They offer a room with 2 queen-sized beds (not common for hotels) and rooms are spacious enough.

It has a strong smell from the entrance to the hallway of rooms. I got sensitive nose.

es gibt nur Deckenduschen und keine Handbrausen - sehr umständlich, wenn man nicht tgl Haare waschen will. Housekeeping wird nicht automatisch ausgeführt- nur wenn man das dezidiert angibt. Abends laut aber das weiß man, wenn man sich die Lage anschaut

- nettes Personal - top Frühstück - Zimmer waren erste Klasse - Toilette + Dusche 1A - Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert - wurde jeden Tag gründlich geputzt

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nos iban a dar otra habitación diferente a la reservada, que la única diferencia era que tenía 2 camas grandes en vez de 1. Esto nos extrañó pero aceptamos. La habitación estaba bien a excepción de que nos separaba una puerta de la habitación de al lado. No dormimos nada por la noche porque nuestros queridos vecinos estuvieron gritando desde las 4-5 a.m. hasta las 10-11 a.m. Además, fumaban en la habitación y el olor entraba a la nuestra. Quizá porque nadie quería esta habitación nos la encasquetaron a nosotros. Horrible por esa parte. Queríamos descansar antes de nuestro largo vuelo y no pudimos. La ducha hubiera estado mejor si hubiera tenido alcachofa o algo para regularla mejor, si no te quieres lavar el pelo mejor no te duches.

Comfortable bed, clean, spacious, very well equiped, a lot of goodies. Good athmosphere. Fancy and luxurious. Chilled. The swimming pool in the terrace is very cool. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. There are a lot of good restaurants and nightlife nearby.

No direct light. The window of my room opened to a very small and high courtyard where you had no view and almost no light. It didn't affect me because I stayed only one night but it's not very nice if you're there during the day. Just a detail but the shower should have a door because you end up wetting the rest of the toilet.

I am quite pleased with the room that has been allocated to me during my stay at this establishment. It is both spacious and comfortable, making it an excellent space for relaxation. Furthermore, the staff members exhibit kindness and provide commendable service.

Although the location may be considered distant from the airport, it should not pose any significant inconvenience, particularly when time is of the essence. It is worth noting, however, that I did not observe the presence of a ramp for transporting heavy and cumbersome items from the drop-off area to the lobby. Consequently, either myself or a member of the staff was required to personally carry such items.

Couldn’t open windows and room slightly smaller

Nothing, because we did not even get to stay there for the 2 nights we had previously paid for and booked in advance. We even received a confirmation email.

Lack of capacity and problem solving. They couldn't even give us an answer on what to do, after almost 30 minutes they offered us to stay in another hotel which was also fully booked, so at that point we just wanted to get our money back and go.

El hotel es maravilloso, tanto decoración de hall como la habitación, habían enchufes al lado de la cama, el baño es grande y con todo el aseo que necesitas, tiene una zona de cocina con lo necesario, y zona de armario con pesa. Habitación en la 15 planta sin ruidos, ubicación excelente en el centro de Makati, súper seguros dando paseo por la zona y con vigilancia las 24h. Las zonas comunes piscina, gimnasio, restaurantes, spa son preciosas y muy limpias, las vistas a los rascacielos son muy bonitas. El personal amable. Lo recomiendo calidad precio muy muy bien

No me gusto que te hacen dejar fianza, en mi caso deje euros porque no tenia pesos filipinos, pero te los devuelven al revisar la habitación. El wifi no se conectaba y tuve que ir 2 veces y me lo resetearon y luego ya funciono. Los servicios que pagas son caros pero de calidad. Había poco sitio para tumbarse en la piscina y no había máquina de agua en zonas comunes como si ocurre en el resto de filipinas. Fuimos a comer al bar piscina y estuvimos casi 20 minutos sentados para que nos atendieran y al final no vino nadie así que nos levantamos y nos fuimos. Salimos a comer fuera y darnos un masaje y súper bien más barato que dentro del hotel y mejor.

تم تاخيري من قبل الموظفه في الاستقبال علما اني جيت من الساعه 12 وتركتني في اللوبي اكثر من3 ساعات وانا انتظر وجميع الزوار يجون ويطلعون وانا جالس وكلما كلمتها وزميلتها يضحكون بشده بلغتهم ولا افهم ولم يجابون وتم ادخالي بعد شكوى لبوكنق وكان تعامل سئ اتمنى من الاداره معاقبتها لسوء التعامل كان المكان سىء للامانه للعرب انصح عدم زيارته كل المكان اللوبي المسيح الممرات كلاب اكرمك الله وشعرها في كل مكان لا تقدر تجلس ولا تسبح ولاتشم الا ريحه 🤢 والمكان وموقعه سي للامانه لاينصح به

Très jolie chambre. Un petit déjeuner en supplément très copieux Un rooftop sympa avec une piscine. En plein quartier de Makati.

La musique très très forte au bar du rooftop n a pas été de notre goût notemment quand on est à la recherche de calme en fin de journée après 25 heures de trajet. La smoking area pour les fumeurs est décevante.

Staff were very helpful and always had a smile. Room was surprisingly spacious and clean. There are a lot of self laundry shops around the hotel which is very convenient. Ample food shops and a mall nearby. Excellent location.

During bfast buffet food was not replenished timely. Have to be early to enjoy. Pool is very small.

TV was a letdown

Die Lage des Hotels war top. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Rooftop Pool war sauber und man hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Die Massage im SPA war preislich im Rahmen und hervorragend. Das SPA Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Essen im Rooftop Restaurant entsprach nicht der Preis-Leistung. Teile der Möbelstück im Zimmer waren bereits sehr abgenützt.

Food at the pool-bar is terrible! Do not order anything here! We ordered a churros which was meant to come with chocolate sauce and mango crepe which was mean to come with ice cream. When the waiter brought our order, we were told sorry no chocolate sauce and no ice cream available which if we were told initially we would have never ordered. How can you eat plain churros with NO sauce?! Very disappointing!
