This stay was absolutely wonderful ! We enjoyed the cottage very much. It's location was exactly where we wanted/needed to be....the proximity to the beach was beyond what we expected . When they say location location location... It is at
124A 119th St. !!!! Thank You For all that it was to us. I would recommend this renter to anyone

Treasure Island Bungalow Awesome Experience
Herman was an amazing rental manager If I contacted him he answered every time and was always friendly and whatever I needed he provided it for me.. His bungalow was perfect for me. It was a 4 minute walk to the Treasure Island beach. The bungalow had the right amount of space and it was fully furnished. I enjoyed my 2 month stay there and would rent it again. Thanks Again Herman!!!!

Was close to beach, had to drive to restaurants. Was a good location for day trips. Could have been cleaner.

The house was perfect..clean and we'll stocked all I needed to bring was myself and cloths.
The location is perfect...walking distance to the beach.
The owner communicated very well and made himself available when and if I need assistance

Stay at Treasure Island
Herman's house was perfect for 2 people. Just the right size. 5 minute walk to beach. Easy access to everything you need such as shopping, restaurants and groceries. Herman was the most accommodating owner we have ever had. Called to check on us during the week and worked with us on a later check out when our plane was delayed. Definitely recommend.

Cozy and cute little cottage close to the beach and the canal for fishing.
Enjoyed our experience and Herman was very helpful and even left a fishing pole for my son to use. The cottage was cozy and perfect for three of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage in a great location near the beach and close to shopping and other attractions
The A unit at Treasure Island was perfect for me and my friend. It was spacious and fairly well appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and floaties! It was also great to have Wi-Fi, a large TV, and a washer and drier. The location was great: near the beach and close to many tourist activities. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area.

I really enjoyed the experience here. It is just a short walk away from the beach. Herman was quick in his responses and very welcoming. We are planning on staying here again.

Perfect beach cottage
I loved my time at this cottage. Herman was a great host. He gave me some invaluable tips on the area in advance of the trip and called to check in just before I left. The cottage is simple but was more room than I needed for myself and had all of the amenities I needed. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay at this property or Herman's other properties, again.

Very cute and close to beach
Love our stay and rebooked for next year. Gave this 4 instead of 5 because it would be nice to see all blinds fully functioning and the area rug shampooed.

The house was warm and inviting and cozy for a weekend getaway
We stayed for a nice weekend, I couldn't believe how quiet it was there. The cottage has such a sweet charm to it. It is an older home with some quirks to it, but that to me just gives it it's charm. Herman Was so nice, he checked to make sure we arrived safely and checked if we needed anything, he was very kind and thoughtful. Definitely will stay here again!!

Great Affordable Little Beach House - Great Locatio
This house is centrally located on Treasure Island, FL. You are only a 15 minute walk from bars and restaurants in both directions down the beach. And, the beach is literally across the street (3min walk). John's Pass is just over the bridge and has tons of activities to do. You are also only a short drive (or Uber) from Downtown St. Petes which is fantastic and has plenty of eateries and breweries. The house is a little older, and would be a little tight for 4 people, but with the price and location, you can't beat it. Plus, the owner is extremely helpful and polite. It was a great find and we would happily return.

Rental
Clean and efficient. It is in a great location with easy access to everything. It obviously had been recently renovated, and it was very sloppily done as there is paint splattered everywhere, so it's far from fancy. The floors are also warped so I would not recommend it to anyone who is older with balance problems. The AC keeps the main living room cold but the bedroom was a little warm at night. Overall though we enjoyed our stay there and would do it again.

Perfect for a beach get away!
This quaint little cottage was perfectly located in Treasure Island and just a quick walk over the bridge or a more leisurely walk on the beach will take you to John's Pass.
The house is a one bedroom cottage that is very spacious! A cute kitchen with a few amenities. If you plan on cooking there's just a basic set of pots. Nothing for baking. I bought a disposable aluminum pan to make brownies. A grill would be nice.
The house was very clean and had two outdoor seating areas that we really enjoyed. There is only one air conditioning unit and we ended up buying a fan to channel the cooler air into the bedroom. The washer and dryer were a plus.
Overall we would be happy to go there again!

Great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was as described and very clean. Herman was extremely helpful and friendly, recommending things to do during our visit, and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. And the location was perfect!
