Large apartment complex, looks great, swimming pools, varied good breakfast. Quick early check-in (12 noon). Staff responded quickly to requests for towels and bedding for the child. Cool pools on the roof, but a lot of trash in the area. Acceptable for 4 nights, not worth more.

The room was for three people, but 3rd set of towels, water and the bed were not prepared in advance. Room = studio, absolutely not meant to accommodate 2+1 or more, incredibly cramped with the sofa constantly spread out. Lots of extra furniture, tables, table chairs, kitchen! Closet in the bathroom = everything is constantly damp. The air conditioning did not work well and the phone did not work, to which I was told try tomorrow may be it will suddenly work) I had to call at 6am to check out from the corridor. Disgusting coffee for breakfast. Inattentive and sometimes poor English speaking reception staff. Requests were fulfilled but they took a long time to explain. You can not do anything in this hotel without transportation, the beach is far away, the driveway is very long and hilly. The garbage on the hotel grounds is selectively removed. Both the apartment residents and the hotel residents throw away garbage wherever they like. There were glasses of the vaunted Starbucks in the elevator lobby 4 out of 4 days.

Alles. Es ist eine Touristenfalle, ich bin sprachlos. Buchen Sie auf keinen Fall einen Raum hier. Schlimmste Erfahrung die ich mit einem 'Hotel' je gemacht habe. Einfach nur unverschämt.

Не понравилось что персонал плохо убирает в номере,не меняют постельное,на вопрос о продлении номера отвечают что не знают цены и не могут сказать

We stayed in a ocean view 2BR apt as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apt was very clean and somewhat spacious. We had a good view of the ocean, and even better view of the NYE fireworks on Surin Beach. The facilities at the resort was good with a rooftop pool and a ground level pool. The gym was a tad limited in terms of equipment but can be worked around by going in early. The staff were fantastic. Location was also great with a short walk to the shops and beach, though it is a very steep hike from the entrance to all the residential blocks.

For an apartment, there was a very limited supply of kitchen utensils. Even basic stuff like dishwashing liquid was absent. We had a constant battle with widespread ants.

The suite was a bit tight

The Hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast selection was small however we had Halal option available. The Hotel has several buildings, and each has a pool that was accessible to us. Kids pool wad nice with a small sliding/playing area.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite through booking and choose the 4 beds option, however instead we got 2 double beds. For 2 adults and 4 kids, the room was quite small. We had to let my 6 year old son sleep on the couch. Kids club was very small and whenever we visited, there wasn't any staff to attend the children.

it was good experience to stay in this charm hotel as it was a quite and has got alternative choices from its buffet and wellcome staff. l would like to repeat staying again in the future.

but there is a little bit awaited at collect zoom in front of all dropping points by electric cars and it should be more fleet of it.

We had a fantastic time during our stay here. The hotel location is excellent and the room is comfortable and elegantly designed. We had a great sunset time at the rooftop pool with beautiful ocean view and we enjoyed the starbucks coffee too.

When I booked and decided to stay at Mida Grand Phuket Resort was nothing short of spectacular compared to my previous stay hotel. But after I first arrived at the hotel, The hotel’s elegant design and supremacy, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel  is located in a Quiet-neighborhood of Surin Beach, near famously CBD of Patong Beach and just walking distance an easy access beach
