The flat was very clean and modern, spacious and you have all the utilities needed if you want to cook. It actually looks exactly if not better than the pictures. It's close to La Spezia Milarina train station, bare in mind that the main station is La Spezia Centrale but you have good service on trains until very late. I must say that Silvietta was so nice and helpfull to us, any questions we had she replied straight away to our texts. We even broke the moca coffee maker and she didn't ask for extra money. Lovely place to stay!

Great apartment. Excellent beds and all the equipement are new. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this flat.

The location is a bit far from the city center (30+ walking distance), but to be fair the ratio price to quality of this flat is perfect, so...

The appartment is located nearby the train station which was perfect for us who wanted to visit 5-Terre. Given it is located near the street and other buildings you should set your expectations with regards to the noise accordingly. However in the evenings the area is quite empty and silent. Grocery stores, coffee place or ice cream right next to the appartment. The reasonable restaurants are quite distant though. The check in process was very smooth and we obtained all the necesarry information to make our stay nice and comfortable.

The owner is very-very helpful, was very flexible during our late check-in time. She was welcoming us with tea/coffee/cold water in the flat.

Comfort level of bed's matress, but could live with it. Challenge to find parking place in the evening.
