Beds weren’t very comfortable and we excepted to listen to more italian music

Great experience in total. Stayed for 5 nights, and had a variety of activities to explore. Private lodge facilities were better including, lodging, bar, as well as the restaurant. Great jungle walk towards the private beach, and was fun to enjoy canoeing sessions with the watersports guys near the beach. Special mention to Felipo (the bbq expert chef in the private lodge restaurant), as well as Anna Maria in the private lodge pool bar.

There were a lot of activities going around, however, it was a little bit confusing to find out about enrollment. Therefore, maybe a good idea to notify and encourage participation, specially in side the private lodge area. Maybe an option to pre enroll residents in some activities. The spa was all pre booked, and we couldn't get to reserve a session.

Le séjour dans ce club était génial. Parc magnifique , soigné et entretenu. Le personnel était d'un gentillesse incroyable , toujours souriant , avenant . Franco , Antonio et les dames qui nous servaient étaient au top. Private lodge et restaurant associé tout simplement exceptionnel. Très bon rapport qualité prix en cette saison.

Matelas et oreillers un peu trop durs.

Beautiful resort with a lot of green and activities all day for 16+. Fantastic pinewood towards the beachside. Good food variety and full of equipment to use for free. Shows in the night at high level. We loved it!

We'd have preferred more activity for our 7 year boy to give us more freedom to do our one. Sunbeds at the pool often full Not enough tennis courses for tennis lovers

Extremely clean and curated environment. Beautiful gardens and green everywhere. Very friendly and available staff at all levels. Superb organization and availability of high quality activities.

Great facilities (beach, beautiful football ground, quiet adult area, very nice pools).

Staff were very variable. At reception, several staff members were haughty to boorish. One seemed very driven to say "no" to questions. Service in the restaurants was chaos -- it was often a very long wait for your drinks. Then again, the monitors and cleaning staff were great -- the cleaning staff spoke better English through the band that the service in the restaurants.

Beautiful grounds (flowers, greenery) and the pool at Private Lodge. Bus into Pizzo town. Resort cata and dog! Great location for my need to be near Lamezia Airport.

Smart TV did not work; impossible to get into archery class; grounds are expansive, difficult for my mobility impaired husband to navigate — suggest golf cart rental as an option

Some fixtures and fittings needed attention. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent.

Entertainment was outstanding! Great music!

Maybe explain a bit better what is free and what is extra to pay for.

Great facilities and activities, we particularly enjoyed the Watersports and the whole Watersports team of Steffi, Dany, Cyprian and Aoife were so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the hour long catamaran boat trip with Aoife and would recommend this to all to try. We were delighted with the food in the private lodge as well as the Trattoria and the Magico restaurant and want to say thank you to all the staff and waiters in the restaurant, with a special mention for Jonathon in Magico. Staff in reception were very helpful to organise a taxi for us to the airport. We enjoyed a pleasant trip to Pizzo facilitated by a shuttle bus operating from the hotel. The evening entertainment provided by the entertainment team was equally fantastic with special thanks to Antonia for entertaining conversation and company and Annika for the dancing. Private lodge was lovely and secluded with a separate pool and rooms very comfortable.

The forest area is so beautiful with a lovely chill out zone on hammocks. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The room is very clean with an amazing view and a very quiet atmosphere. Special thanks to Ella. She is so kind and helped a lot to my 10 years old daughter throughout all childrens programs.

Food is not tasty, very few assortments compared to other all-inclusive hotels

Quality of Buffet

Check-in at Reception was extremely unfriendly, non-smiling and unprofessional. Other staff have been nice but unfortunately first impression counts and therefore we cannot recommend this place. All inclusive not very transparent - paying for “the drink of the day” (and for icecream as I’ve seen as well!) is a joke!

Swimming pool, grounds and cleanliness. Mimma the woman who decorates the tables is very welcoming, pleasant and helpful in giving decoration suggestions.

Very hard pillows, had difficulty sleeping. Dislike the fact you need to stay 1 week for reserving a specialty restaurant especially as they were not full and you make your clients feel excluded. Someone who stays 6 days has less privileges than one who stays 7??? They are paying $ restaurants, you stand to make more money if you open to reservations up to a limited number but don't exclude some clients versus others based on the number of nights they stay. It gave me a sour taste. I had an issue with reception not answering my email about train or airport transfers at the airport. Please advise at time of booking that all transfers are your own responsibility. As I arrived at 15.45 had to wait in line 15 minutes to check in, by the time I got to my room and got my suitcase, ran to the tennis court as I love tennis but the pro/teacher wouldn't accept me saying I needed to reserve first! I just arrived I told him, it's a resort, what difference if I just join in? He explained that I could only reserve for the next day through the app! I felt like I was in an army boot camp and stringent rules! It's vacation, leisure, tennis, supposed to be inclusive and fun activity! How was I to know after just arriving? I expected more flexibility and being included in that activity. Spoke to client representative and Olga offered us complimentary supper at a speciality restaurant, that we enjoyed. So it ended better than the start!

Swimming pools. There were 3 swimming pools for kids.

Food and drinks were not good. All inclusive drinks were cheap and horrible ones served in a plastic glass. Mid day snack at coffee bar - vending machine and stale cakes. Cheap shampoo/bodysoap. Not a 4 stars quality. Won't go back.

Very clean and well maintained hotel…excellent service. Excellent Italian cuisine🥰 We simply loved it.

No negative experience

Everything was great. Nice and helpful staff, beautiful nature - flowers, trees. Our kids enjoyed the splash park and heated pool. During our stay it was too cold for us to use the main swimming pool. There was so much food to choose from During the meal times - nice fresh pizza, lots of fish and seafood - very good choice of Everything. The rooms are basic but we didn't spent much time there as there was so much to do outside.

Very nice and clean structure. A lot of sport options all day long, and evening entertainment.

The room was spacious and clean , loved the green area and the way to the beach . the beach was beautiful. the kids entertainment was great . both girls were amazing . staff is very helpful and professional

The adult entertainment twice per week and very poor . it was the first resort that I went that didn’t had propel shows in the evening. also the gap between kids disco and the music was to big . They totally need a improvement . Food quality was good but was almost the same thing every day . Between lunch and evening just sandwiches were available. the cocktails are water with bit alcohol and sugar. It seems that the resort is made for germen taste and people. I prefer something more Italian .

DJ nightly was bad. Left many guests unsatisfied. Pork was undercooked.
