Great location and pool at top has awesome views but mostly the value for money was incomparable.

Very small apartments but suited us fine as we only used it to shower and sleep. Would recommend staying elsewhere if you're planning on spending more time at your hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was really clean, the hotel is in Bangsar so it's quite convenient to go anywhere, it's near LRT Universiti as well but need to grab to the LRT station.

It would be appreciated if the hotel provided a few eating utensils and also hair shampoo, instead of just body wash and conditioner. It would be nice if they gave us a rubbish bin as well... Housekeeping doesn't take away the rubbish as well, they just make the bed, they don't provide new towels as well... or even toothbrush/toothpaste, basically the hotel was empty, there was nothing else. The aircond also not too cold eventhough it's at 10'C but i still swest in the middle of the night. I've brought my TnG card to the counter to waive my parking fees, they said they waived it but when i exit from the hotel carpark, they still charged me RM10.

Great accomodation for reasonable price. Amazing night view from the swimming pool. Modern and clean. I also appreciate automat for drinking water in every floor. Only few minutes by walk from station - red line (easy connection to KL central). We ordered breakfast buffet (5 RM for person/day) and it was fine (local food, fresh omeletes).

The direction from station Universiti to hotel was confusing. You have to cross through mall center and walk on the road for a while. It is not comfortable with heavy baggage. It is better to use Grab from Airport. Next to the hotel is an area, where poor people live and sometimes they are burning something - it creates a smell. There were no kitchen equipment - plates, cutlery, only 2 mugs. Poor wifi connection.

I missed reading lights beside bed. And in the bathroom there it would have nice to have more shells for stuff. And hooks. Like where put your wet swimming suit to dry.

Clean, quiet polite staff great buffet for the money !!! indoor Starbucks machine nearby Starbucks and across the street food court with a small local convenience store on-the-floor hot and cold water dispenser!!! good PAID parking it’s better to pay for your breakfast at the restaurant (only 28 MR) rather then overpay by at least twice choosing the room with breakfast included LRT (sky train) station is about 10 min walk through a winding road/ same distance to the mall.

a) cold pool. How come the roof pool that stay under the scorching sun (+37-40°C) is ice cold !?! b) not a good location. Evening time it’s a dead area. Nothing around. Few decent roads to walk. As it’s incredibly hot and humid (feels like 50°C in January-February), as a westerner you’d be exhausted in 5 min walking anywhere under the sun c) Studio Suit 2 - which is an upgrade from 1 - was a literal shoebox, even my suitcase couldn’t be put anywhere and it had to stand on its side - just a double bed instead of a single d) fridge was leaking e) shower drain had hair and all the other gunk. I think it’s good sometime to lift the filter and clean there too f) small gym - it looks big, but it’s just a mirror g) rooms have literally nothing - no plates, no cutlery, not even a free bottle of water or coffee packets h) the “ass washer” ☺️😊😉 is a bit outdated. It’s a two hands operation that make you leak water everywhere - it’s a good idea to get a new one with a press to wash handle

Just a minor thing. The wifi. While there is a wifi network in rooms, there is no password available and no instructions how to obtain it. So, if you need to use a wifi, you need to go downstairs to meet the receptionist who will tell you how to connect to the hotel wifi.

There's food across the street from the hotel, convenient transportation and close to where we're going.

The room light is dim, if the toilet is white light is better.

No 3in1 drink available in the unit. At least should have provide the minimum nescafe sachet. And the wardrobe got some smell too. Otherwise othes are okay

An affordable hotel to choose for a short trip to KL. The AC was working alright, also it was super clean. Since the taxis are relatively cheap, the location is not a deal breaker if you want to do some sight-seeing

The check-in procedure is long and exhausting, flagging a lack of professionalism from the stuff, they looked friendly but very lost with each step of the procedure. Cherry on top of the cake - upon arriving we were charged for the tourism tax (took ages to process the card payment) and then upon check out the stuff figured that this tax was already included in Booking com rate so they handed me this sum back in cash. When I argued that we're leaving the country and would prefer to get the money back to my card, the stuff responded that it's not technically possible. Luckily we had some extra time in the airport and the sum was not that big. Another issue - the room had a kitchenette, however there was no cutlery at all (no knives/forks/plates), which is not really reasonable to me. So we had to buy some single use cutlery to peel fruits and it was a misery.

24 Hour Vending Machine, having a nice convenience store just across the road. Near the Train Station. Room was neat and has most of the important stuff like watchable tv, hangers, bath towels, hair dryer and fridge. Also there's filtered water near the elevator that u can fill up your mug and water flask with.

TV channels options are quite underwhelming, have decent selection but would have been better if i could use it to access YT or Netflix which would have made my experience better, bath showers drain can take time for water to go down which makes the shower experience slightly unpleasant.

Very comfortable room and clean. Fridge and kettle were a great addition. Swimming pool, gym and games room were superb and used every. Excellent facilities.

The place itself is beautiful, very modern with facilities such as a game room and infinity pool. The hotel is at a prime location. They also allow very late check-ins, past midnight.

The place is not the cleanest. Our floor had some liquid spilled there for almost a whole day and the room seemed clean but on closer inspection, it wasn't. The place doesn't provide any amenities that hotels usually do. The staff was quite rude in general. We booked breakfast for four people and at breakfast time, they kept insisiting (quite rudely), it was only for two people. And the breakfast itself was barely passable.

the pool and game room were nice.

we checked out the communal kitchen but it didnt seem to be in use. the rooms were tinier than we thought it would be. the wifi was really slow, we couldn’t even connect to it and the tv was quite outdated. the breakfast choices weren’t much.

Worst checkin. I'll arrived at 5pm but the room still not ready. Need to wait almost 1 hour, even though have self checkin machine. Room a bit small.

The location, customer service from the staff, quietness of the room at night (they granted my request for a high floor).

The breakfast didn't have enough protein and fiber options, too many carbs in the dishes.

95% of the property I like it.

Bathroom is connected to washroom without a door, thus the washroom’s floor is wet. The way to open the door of cabinet and refrigerator is quite unique, all not in same way.
