We waren met een grote groep in dit geweldig verblijf. Rust en ruimte met een geweldige gastvrouw. Ideaal voor Disney, Parijs, Provins Winkels in de buurt. Voor een groep echt een aanrader.

Fijne schone en ruime woning

Voor ons bezoek aan Disneyland Parijs hebben gekozen voor deze prachtige woning. We waren met 12 personen. Voor ieder stel een slaapkamer, 2 badkamers en ruime woonkamer. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. De heer en mevrouw Aube zijn gezellige mensen. Zij voorzagen ons van alle informatie zowel van het huis als de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader om de omgeving te verkennen of Disney te bezoeken. Pour notre visite à Disneyland, Paris a opté pour cette belle maison. Nous étions 12 personnes. Pour chaque couple, une chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bain et un salon spacieux. La cuisine était entièrement équipée. M. et Mme Aubé sont des gens sympathiques. Ils nous ont fourni toutes les informations sur la maison et l'environnement. Fortement recommandé d'explorer la région ou de visiter Disney

We zijn een aantal dagen naar Disneyland Parijs geweest met 12 personen. Deze woning ligt op een half uurtje rijden van Disney. Daarom een prachtige locatie voor genoemd bezoek. Het is een prachtig huis, mooie kamers en 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van alle belangrijke apparaten. De heer en mevrouw Aube zijn gezellige mensen. Ze voorzien je van alle informatie over het huis en over de omgeving. .

This house is PERFECT for a large group. We were 9 adults meeting for a weekend at Disney. This house accommodated us perfectly and is extremely inexpensive! Plenty of parking, space, dishes, towels, outlets, seating, everything you need! The 4 bedrooms with double beds provided privacy and space for those who desired it while the 1 bedroom with 5 twin beds was perfect for a fun "Slumber Party" themed weekend. The grounds keeper and owner were incredibly accommodating as we all arrived at different times, me being the last to arrive and first to leave, yet the one who booked the house. The drive to Disney is peaceful and very easy. It took about 20 minutes w/out traffic, with the Disney Gate Traffic it was about 35 minutes. We had space to sleep and space to enjoy each other as friends in the large open family room. Such precious moments spent together as we ate breakfast every morning at the large dining room table and spent Saturday evening and a "lazy" Sunday morning on the couches in the family room just talking comfortably cozied up with blankets by the fireplace. If you are looking for the perfect house to accommodate a large group THIS IS IT! I can't BELIEVE it was available for us on such short notice! So grateful and would book it again in a heartbeat!

We were a Group of 10 people youngest one at 3 months to mum who was 73 years old. One of the amazing and well equipped place we have stayed fullfiles a need of a large family. Very peaceful place yet close to all the local activities. On arrival at the gite we were blown away by the beautiful garden and seating area. It epitomises everything we imagine a French gite to be. The house was very roomy with four good size, pretty double bedrooms and a huge family room. Comfortable beds and attention to detail with luggage racks etc. Beautiful modern walk in shower room and an additional family bathroom with extra large tub (hairdryer supplied too).The house is all on one level but it is an upstairs property which was fine for us. There is a big utility room downstairs with washer, dryer, iron, racks etc great when travelling with infants. There was also a selection of board games and outside games etc. in the next room and a bar-b-que with a bag of charcoal. We wish we had spent more time in the gite as it really was relaxing, lovely large, soft sofas and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything that was needed including a dishwasher. Two large dining tables and an outside dining table leave plenty of room to eat. A high chair was provided although it was a little dated ( quite normal in France as various restaurants had the same one) there was also a travel cot although we had our own. The nearby town (6km) had shopping facilities and the train into Paris with trains every hour. Euro Disney is a ten minute drive away. All in all an excellent location and stunning property great for large family holidays, we hope to go back one day and explore more of the area and maybe light that bar-b- que. Patricia the owner was delightful, very helpful and knowledgable about the local area. She speaks English. We didn’t have any issues but she was available to call if we’d had had.

We stayed from 28th May for 6nights, our stay was great, when we arrived Patricia took us around to show us where everything was, their was some toilet roll, washing up stuff, dishwasher tablets and stuff for the washing machine that comes in handy! The rooms are a great size with beds all made on arrival, it was clean and welcoming, a lovely cottage type feel! The weather was great so we didn't use the fire but would be lovely on a cold night! The only problem we had was ants but Patricia did offer to bring some ant powder over. The children had plenty of space to play and there were board games and outdoor games there which which we enjoyed. I did think maybe there could be a cleaner come half way through the stay but wasn't a massive problem for us. Overall our stay was brilliant and we really enjoyed it thank you so much!!

The property is in a perfect location for exploring Dinetbatba more relaxed pace, than staying in the Disney hotels, a 10 minute drive? We hired the house with my sister and her 3 children and our parents and there was plenty of room for everyone, and all the 6 children got to share a bedroom together which they loved. The living area layout is perfect to all be together in the evenings and there is plenty of dining space, although I have to admit we did only eat breakfast in the house as we ate out the whole time, we wished we'd have made use of the house more and took advantage of the BBQ and sat in the beautiful outside space, so typically French, and a real sun trap. We would definitely recommend staying at the gite and would love to come again and explore this region of France better.

We have just returned from a superb 3 night stay at Limodin just after Christmas. We were 4 adults and 5 children (aged between 3yrs and 8 yrs). We were provided with extremely detailed directions to the farmhouse prior to our arrival and met the lovely owner Patricia when we arrived. The fridge had milk, butter, jams in it and bread, tea and coffee were also provided for us. Fresh croissants awaited us on the doorstep the following morning!! The 5 children stayed in the lovely and spacious 'dormatory end' to the farmhouse that had 5 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. They also had their own bathroom and WC. The bright and airy open plan lounge and dining area seperates the two blocks of bedrooms, us adults enjoyed the quiet 4 beautifully decorated double bedrooms at the opposite end to the kids dorm, with our own walk in shower room and wc. All wood for the original open fireplace was provided for us which was a lovely treat. As an added extra we had arranged with Patricia for a 'local' 3 course dinner to be catered and served for us on the first night. We could not recommend this enough, wines, local froie gras, beef bourguignon and cheeses meant we started off the break as a stress free one. The farmhouse really is one of a kind, set in the beautiful grounds of the 17th century chateau, off road parking and very private grounds for the little ones to run around in. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy and nothing was too much bother for the owner to assist us with, even providing us with some tonics for our gin!! We did spend a fantastic day at Provins about a 40 minute drive away and I would suggest if youre not dragged to Euro Disney for the entire duration of your stay, you pay it a visit. Funnily (and luckily!) enough our little ones didnt even ask to go to see Mickey, they had so much to entertain themselves with. Clean, tidy, warm, restored to its original standard with some beautiful features. We really look forward to returning to Limodin, thank you once again Patricia x

The owner greeted us on arrival and showed us all the facilities as well as provided us with additional information about catching the train from Tournan to Paris (30 mins direct). Her English was amazing and both her and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The gite itself was beautiful, well heated and full of character - certainly big enough for our 2 families! We were also very happy with the location as we drove to Disney within 15 mins, caught the train to Paris, visited Provins and even had a day trip to Versailles (a long way but worth it!). I would be more than willing to recommend this gite to anyone that needed a lovely, large property near to Paris.

This was an ideal location for our three families with 8 children (21 to 1) to stay on our recent visit to Disneyland. The owners made sure we were settled in and knew what we needed to know about facilities in the surrounding area. We arrived on a Sunday to find all supermarkets closed, but the owners told us of the little shop in the village that had all we required till later on the Monday. Although the door lock was broken on arrival, it was repaired the next day. The gite was well equipped, all that was missing were tea towels in the kitchen and hand towels in the bathrooms. The property was clean on arrival. It is a short drive to Disneyland which is easily accessible, and the train form Tournan has you in Paris in around 30 mins, but don't try to park at the station on a weekday, but the surrounding side streets have adequate areas to park. A very enjoyable holiday in a charming location that I would recommend to any large family or families.

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren (14 persons!) to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We found everything as advertised and the host was very friendly and helful. From La Houssay we visited Disneyland (by car) as well as Paris (by train). The nearby station at Tournan-en-Brie takes you to the centre of Paris in 45 minutes. This is a place we can recommend!

A most enjoyable time was spent her to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday! The photos of the garden and main rooms really do not do the gite justice. Was very clean and the owners were always keen to offer assistance. It was very close to Disneyland Paris which we visited twice by car but for anyone without a vehicle it would be very difficult to have access to the gite. Would highly reccommend the property and hope to do it all again.....maybe for his 40th!!!!

This is a beautiful gite in the french countryside ideal for large families as it is all on one level. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down and very light and spacious. We had a wonderful week even though the weather wasn't too good, it was lovely to come back to a warm and welcoming holiday home. Access to Disney was only a short drive away and the train station nearby gave good access to Paris. Supermarkets were close by with good selection of food and drink. We would recommend this property for large families and friends.
