The place was awesome! It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The Island Club had our golf carts ready and waiting for us to arrive. Checkout was a breeze. Thank you for a great weekend.

Had a great time staying at the cottage. It was a fun neighborhood. It was easy to get downtown with a taxi. It was clean and the check in process was easy. Wifi and AC worked great. Will definitely stay in the neighborhood next time I am on the island.

Found the rental quickly which was across from the airport about A block and a half. away . The houses all look almost alike . We rented a 4 seater golf cart, which was at the driveway when we pulled up. Had to enter the house through the back door with a code. Had a small laundry room nice size kitchen big living room, two bedrooms in a full bath on the right side on the left side was a master bedroom master bath. The bed itself or bunkbeds not very comfortable. The bed in the master was comfortable the shower was great . In the kitchen they left toilet paper , paper towels and garbage bags. We talk paper plates napkins plastic silverware plastic cups. Everything else was supplies. There was a grill on the front porch but had no propane tank. They brought that the following day in the afternoon. We never used it. There were a few coffee cups in the cupboard that were dirty which is the girls wash them before they had coffee. The couches in the living room not so comfortable. But overall we had a great time and we can’t wait to go back.

Our place was great, we had a few issues when checking in with our cabin but they moved us to another and it worked out great. I recommend staying there. Very nice, clean and it worked out great.

Worth the golf cart rides to get to the town area because the entire community felt like a town with all the houses of other people. The house was clean and comfy. 2 bathrooms were a must!

Propert just has the "used" appearance. Patio screen was broken, burn whole in chair. End tables were all scratched up. No broom in unit or vacuum cleaner to clean floors like lease agree states.

But for the price I think The Island Club needs to figure out how to get cell service and Wi-Fi more than just at the pool. I wish I would've brought some CD's and a CD player because nobody in my group was able to play music from their phones because of poor service. I love the Island Clib, but next year I' gonna look around a bit more for where to stay instead.

We were SO pleased with our stay, we want to come back in a few short weeks already! Our manager, Dottie was so responsive and helpful, and answers our calls right away. The campground layout is private but social at the same time with other campers. The cabins themselves are well kept, spacious and have everything you need. We also loved the club golf cart rental deals and the taxis into town as well. We are absolutely booking with them all the time now!!

There was a giant fan blowing on the couch on arrival and took 3 phone calls and 3 hours to remove. There were dead bugs piled in every corner and hanging from the ceilings. The hard floors were filthy and when water hit them we could see the dirt separate. Someone showed up to blow some of the dead bugs off the porch at 7 pm, then another guy showed up at 8:30 pm to clean the grill. The guy to clean the grill was dirty with no way of knowing who he was, plus just walked up on the porch and was on his cell phone yelling at someone right outside the window where the baby was sleeping. Check-in was 4 pm so I don't know why these workers were so late on a Sunday. Tried to wash the dishes and all the water poured onto the floor from the pipe under the sink. Maintenance did fix it quick, but there was so much water that it made the house stink from the dampness under the sink. They did not do anything to dry it while we were there. The lock box for the door broke and we had to leave the sliding door unlocked while we were gone. It again took three phone calls and a day for someone to come and replace it. We asked for some sort of discount and the person at Island Rentals was very short on the phone, said she would call us back, then never did. There is a phone number posted in the house for "Dottie" who you are supposed to call with issues, but her mailbox is full and she does not answer, so we had to call the reservation line. We have never been to PIB before and thought this place got good ratings, so I don't know if we just got an extreme dud of a house or if other people have very low standards.
