I am a repeat customer of TR Davis and its homes like this that explain why. The property has every detail covered. From a massive kitchen with every tool needed (including spices) to cook for 4 or 14 guests, to large spread out cozy bedrooms allowing privacy when needed. It boasts two large living areas, both with fireplaces and entertainment from billiards to every popular board game for kids and adults. An excellent ski room for all of your things to dry, stay warm & organized. Great home for multiple families. And the TR Davis staff is just as classy as there homes! Thanks guys

Probably our favorite place we have stayed in Park City in the past 10 years. Great location with hiking trails directly behind and easy access to all the ski areas. Plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen.

We stayed in this beautiful home and can't say enough good things about it. The home has an open floor plan but at the same time feels very cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the fireplace, cozy living room, hot tub, comfortable beds and plenty of space for our guests. It was important to us to be close to the main street for dining and shopping. Great restaurants up and down Main Street! The owner/property management company was very attentive and personable and ensured our stay went smoothly. We will be back!

This owner did us a great favor by making this home available to our family of 7 adults (ages from 27 to 68) after another owner cancelled on us, and we already had our plane tickets. The description and photos were definitely not accurate--the home was much nicer, more "homey", with better views than pictures and words could possibly describe--we loved it--close to all the resorts, downtown, in a quite upscale neighborhood, spectacular mountain views, and great in-home eating facilities. We had each couple cook-in a favorite meal for three evenings instead of going out--great family fun with all the needed utensils and cookware. Even the pool table was actually nice (so many times pool tables look good in the pictures only to find they should have been replaced years ago). My sons and daughter-in-laws used the hot tub nightly-very relaxing. The fireplaces added a special "mountain feel" especially coming from Florida. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to enjoy our winter ski vacation in Park City. One of the rules of the house is to not where outdoor shoes in the house (my wife and the girls brought slippers), but they failed to mention that the house has a great "mud" room to keep all your outdoor clothes and shoes organized and ready to go (we kept our ski boots in the rental Suburban), making it easy to comply and keep the house clean. At one point, I asked one of my daughters-in-law how she rated the house from 1-10. She replied, "Are you kidding, it's a 15!!" By the way, we have stayed in Park City 5-6 times over the years and enjoyed the amenities of this home more than any other. We would definitely recommend this home to our best friends to assure a great stay in Park City.

This is our second year staying at the house for Sundance, and I would recommend it any time of the year. It's a beautiful home set against an idyllic backdrop. It's a quick Uber or drive to Main Street, and you can also get to Kimball Junction while avoiding most of the in-town traffic. The house itself is 5-star quality, the fireplace is a dream, and it's perfect for hosting large groups. Best of all, the owner and management company are amazing to work with, very accommodating.

This is a beautiful home. It’s in a great location. The home had everything we needed for a family of 10 ranging in ages from 3-62. The owner and his staff were accessible and returned calls promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time staying at Eagle Cove. The house is in a great location 5 minutes from either the Canyons or Park City main lifts, and less than 10 minutes to Main Street. The view of Park City from the several house is stunning. There is plenty of space. We were 5 men on a trip and everyone was in a king or queen size bed with their own private bath. The house is decorated very nicely and well equipped with everything you could need including a hot tub to soak in after a day on the mountain.. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we have rented the home in Park City and we were pleased again! Actually there was an improvement in that the owner upgraded the heater to have a humidifier so it was not so dry in the house. The home is close to Park City HS and a short drive from Deer Valley and Park City. You can now take the gondola over to Canyons so the location is perfect. The views from the house are fantastic and the house itself is very warm. 4 bedrooms and room downstairs for more with some additional mattresses. Large fireplace and a real cook's kitchen with Wolf oven/range I wish I had at home. Beyond the house(which we love), the folks we dealt with at TR Davis were super professional and got us everything we needed. They promptly returned our deposit and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely rent the property again, 5 stars for the team that took care of us!

We stayed here for 5 nights and were so happy with this house. We had 7 adults and 1 child stay and had plenty of room in the house. The house was super nice. We had everything we needed and we cooked a lot while we were there. The owner (Tom) was so helpful, nice, and really fast at getting our questions answered when we had any questions for him. The location was amazing. So easy to get to everything. We skied Park City and the Canyons. It's pretty much in the middle between the two resorts. I would say maybe a little closer to the Canyons, but pretty much in the middle. We were also close to main street, restaurants, shopping, and ski rental places. The view was amazing. We would just sit out on the balcony and soak up the view. The hot tub was super nice after a day at the slopes. We loved having the pool table and tv downstairs. The fireplaces were nice to sit by and were really warm and cozy. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great, spacious home with chef's kitchen. Perfect for our March ski week. We were 6 adults and were very comfortable, could have had more people without feeling crowded. Very close to three ski area (Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley) and close to Main Street, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, bowling and former winter Olympic site. Would rent it again.

We could not have had a better week in February for skiing. We loved the house and everything was in great condition. Dealing with the owner and property manager was great, they could not have been more accommodating. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room in the house. The two master bedrooms and huge living room have great views of the mountains as does the hot tub. The game room with the foosball and pool table was great and gave some separation for the large group. The Kitchen was perfect and had a huge island, so made for great family dinners. It was just a few minute drive to Deer Valley, Park City or Canyons and we skied all 3. Being 5 minutes from town was perfect as we had tons of space and a nice area for hiking as well. We will be back next year for sure!!

Home was perfect for our extended family of 10 (ages 20-60) for a week in January. Everything was very high end and it was really even nicer than all of the pictures. The views of the mountains are spectacular and they seemed much closer than in the pictures. Tom and his staff were very helpful and accommodating. Fireplace, kitchen, hot tub were all great. There is a lot of space here and we never felt cramped or crowded. It is an easy 5 minute drive to Park City lifts and 10 minutes to Deer Valley or The Canyons.

Clean, spacious yet cozy house. Perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. The fireplace was epic and the kitchen was fun to cook and entertain. I'd go back for xmas in a second.

Absolutely fabulous!!!!! Everything about this home is perfect. The location is close enough to all resorts and within 5 min from downtown Park Citiy. The home is really large and all bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable. The way the kitchen and great room flows is perfect for chilling or entertaining and I love the vaulted ceilings and large fireplace. I go back every year I can with my family of boys and we enjoy the hot tub, pool table and relax watching t.v. on the awesome a/v equipment. Also renting from owner is fabulous as any issue is immediately taken care. I have rented other places and this is by far the best.

This home was absolutely perfect for my group of friends. We're a group of 9 young professionals from Los Angeles and we do an annual ski trip every year. This home provided plenty of room for everyone. The common area is inviting, the kitchen is big and open, all the rooms were nicely decorated, and most importantly, clean, the jacuzzi worked great, the ski resorts are very close by car and the house is just gorgeous. Tom was a great host and easily accessible. The fireplace wasn't working in the master bedroom during our stay, but I'm certain this has been fixed by the Owner. Would highly recommend this home for any family or groups of friends.

Tom's Park City house is beautiful, spacious, and luxurious. It has all the amenities you could ask for -- we stayed in for a very nice dinner one of the nights. The garage is available for parking and stowing gear, the hot tub works perfectly and gets nice and hot, and the rooms and bathrooms are all top of the line. Wood floors, fireplace, and living room area with entertainment system is great for relaxing after a day on the slops.

Amazing and more Amazing. You never know what you are going to get in a rental sometimes....well, we got exactly what this luxury home states on this site. Our family has stayed the last couple of years and will always come back to park city and this charming home. The mountain views and sunsets are spectacular. The home has everything that you would expect in a luxury home from the furniture to the high end kitchen to all the games as well. We loved that we could sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine and have those fantastic views. We will be back again, thanks for the hospitality.
