This was one of the top VRBOs we ever had. The house is absolutely spotless. The kitchen has every amenity needed to prepare meals. We didn’t eat out for any of our meals because we enjoyed the home so much. Jason is responsive and available for anything you might need. All of the added touches really made it feel like a home away from home. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

The property is amazing, it has plenty of space, and we were so impressed with the level of organization arranged in the house and cleanliness Everything was just organized exactly as it should be, we had real silverware, plates, and specific liquor glasses. We have stayed in quite a few rental properties over the years but nothing like this one. Jason made sure we had a good time. We will be back again when the occasion comes up again!

It's located close to restaurants, shops and easy to get around. We would highly recommend!

What a spectacular home, wide open floor plan, the pool, hot tub, and host/ owners are awesome. Sooo convenient to the old city, great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we wanted to do. I promise this place will not disappoint you.

Property is a hidden gem. Immaculate, well stocked and has everything you need for a vacation in the Palm Springs area. Jason responded promptly to any questions we had, housekeeping came each week during our three week stay, pool serviced twice a week and yard attended to as needed. Safe area that is gated and house can be armed too. Literally the only thing we found a bit distracting was the busy street adjacent to the property. We have rented through VRBO numerous times and this by far has been the best property. Well worth the cost.

We found the house and yard perfect for our group for Thanksgiving week. There are many comfortable spaces where people can be together or hide away . The pool and spa are so well designed. The whole house had so many nice details to make us comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. We would love to go back!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked, very nice back yard with heated pool and hot tub. 8 adults had our own beds. Great option for a group of adults or a couple families. Close to La Quinta, Indian wells and stores. Jason the host is very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and check out. We were very happy with our stay!

We had the most wonderful weekend getaway for a friends 40th birthday! The home was beautiful, inviting, and had everything we needed in the pantry! Pool was perfect with just the right amount of shade and sun! We loved all the areas we could sit and play games at or have conversations. There was an issue with the AC but the owners were wonderful! We were in constant communication and remedied the problem as fast as they could. We cannot wait to book another weekend getaway here! Our family wanted to get away for the last weekend before school started and wanted to go somewhere nearby (we came from Carlsbad). All of us noticed right away how well kept the house was and clean! The house felt nice and cozy even though there was plenty of room. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had regarding the property and super helpful. And to top it off I left some valuable items in the house after we checked out and he quickly had them overnighted to me! Our family would definitely love staying here again.

The home was beautiful and plenty of space. Inside and out the home was cleaned and had everything necessary to have a comfortable stay. The host Jason was always responsive if we had any questions. The home had all the amenities, perfect for entertaining or a romantic getaway.

We spent the July 4th holiday weekend there with another family and had a lovely stay. We were 4 adults, and 4 kids (ranging from 5-12), and had a great time. The home is very comfortable, beds were great and the home is immaculate. I've stayed in many vrbo homes, and this is the most well stocked home I've ever stayed in - they have everything you need from quality shampoos and body wash, to seasonings for cooking, foil and ziplock bags, plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies - they had it! Just bring your clothes and come for the fun. The kids loved the game room, and the pool was great! Conveniently located very close to Costco and a Ralphs, we stocked up the kitchen and never left the house! Our host Jason was super responsive, and helped us with anything we needed. But, we didn't need much - this house is great!

5 Star accommodation! We stayed in this amazing villa during the first Coachella weekend and it was just perfect in every way. Jason had thought of everything and it surpassed our expectations. Just completed a month's stay here. The house and yard are both great; loads of space to spread out and relax. Jason was terrific to interact with; very prompt and helpful. House and outdoors are both well-equipped to make the stay comfortable.

We had a great trip staying in this property. We had kids and grandparents with us. The house perfect for all. Air hockey was a big hit, the pool was perfectly heated and the beds were super comfortable for all. The owner was quick to respond to questions and takes wonderful care of his home. Nice layout that includes two double bunks great for kids. Lots of pool and hot tub time for all. Comfortable for all 11 of us to stay.

We came to Indio for a lacrosse tournament at the Polo Grounds and everything about this place was perfect! Communication with Jason was amazing. He was so helpful! The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. And the location just can’t be beat! Thank you so much!!!

This house is as beautiful as the photos. It was a great place for an extended holiday vacation. The host is super organized and responsive and proactive about checking in to make sure everything is working and to address any questions. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and so welcoming. We loved the pool that was heated and ready to use upon our arrival and the hot tub. The games were also fun, especially the vintage arcade games. Thank you Jason! We had a great time and look forward to staying with you again.

Lovely home with 2 master-suites (;-). They had all the dishes and glassware, pots and pans, and kitchen equipment that we could ask for. Plus an outdoor BBQ, tables, pool and hot-tub, air-hockey table and arcade. Lovely gated neighborhood where our grandkids could ride their scooters in safety. Perfect for 3 couples and 6 small children. Thank you Jason, you were very responsive to our questions. Everyone had a great time and even the children were impressed with the amenities.

We are a Canadian family of 7 adults and one 11 month old child. We cannot say enough about how perfect that our stay was in Jason’s home. Jason was a superlative host … checked up regularly to ensure that all was well and that we had everything that we needed. The home was very clean , well stocked , luxurious and spacious. The back yard was a family wonderland…. Beautiful pool , hot tub, pool toys, games …. truly perfect. We stayed for 10 nights and can hardly wait to return to this gorgeous home for vacation again. Stayed at this property with a total of 6 adults and 3 children and let me tell you it was so amazing! Property was more than big enough for all of us, kitchen was great and everything was very clean with a lot of amenities. The hosts really go above and beyond with everything provided so it feels like a home away from home. Pool was great and kids spent practically the entire day there. All the kids said this was one of the best vacations they have had! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed here with 9 cousins total and not one of us had a single thing to complain about! The property is beautiful, location amazing, and Jason was amazing!! There wasn’t a thing this house didn’t have, all the appliances, and plates and everything in between. Plenty of pool towels & shower towels! Overall, do yourself a favor and stay here. We’re a pretty loud bunch but didn’t have a single issue! Thank you very much Jason!!!

Definitely exceeded all our expectations. Jason was very easy to work with, responded to all our questions/needs promptly. We booked this back in April when there was still a lot of covid restrictions, number one on our list was playing music outdoors since we've heard of horror stories of getting fined just for being loud playing volleyball outside. We were able to play music as loud as we wanted ofcourse til 10pm. Check in process was a breeze, we were allowed early check in but we met traffic on the way. The place was immaculately clean, and beautiful. kitchen had really good serveware and more than enough paper towels, even had oil and condiments all costco size. everything you would need! even the pans and barware were top quality! The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms with loads of toilet paper, costco/kirkland toiletries, and he even provided loofas in every bathroom. We wanted to use the grill and outside patio dining area but the weather was too much, it was 120 this past weekend. But other than that we definitely had a good weekend and would definitely recommend and want to book this property again. Thank you so much Jason.
