We loved our stay here! The view is amazing! The driveway is really steep witch might be mentioned for older people taking the trash out. Would have loved the fire place to work since it was January. Just small things. We really loved our stay at this great house!!

Our stay was wonderful! This home happens to be in walking distance to my in-laws so it worked perfectly for our holiday needs. Thank you to the great property manager for fast communication upon arrival.

Well kept home with a gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots and pans, etc. Kitchen table seats six and is perfect for family game time. Peaceful place to sit in a spa and gaze at the stars. Fun perch above the garage with an amazing view. Plenty of clean towels available. Close to grocery stores and Starbucks.

We enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills. The location of this property was great. The sunrises were spectacular, could see them from the master bedroom and living kitchen area. The out door patio could have used some attention along with the grill. First day there we got to watch yard maintenance do all day clean up, not on the menu of what to expect. The weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool and water wasn't heated. We spent time indoors on the uncomfortable couches. My only suggestion for this property would be replace couches and not have yard maintenance do a major clean up while rented.

You are the King of the Hill!!!! The home has some beautiful views and has a very nice open layout. There’s a good flow from kitchen to living room to outside. The pool added to some great views from the side. We had a blast!!!! First time in Fountain Hills as well…cute little town with some good spots and very convenient to roads and any shopping you may need. A very nice stay.

We love everything about this home in fountain hills! The views of the sun sets & mountains are breathtaking!

Everything about this property was good, Linda was prompt to response if needed. The only thing we didn’t like that 3-4 days prior to our staying there we were asked to pay extra for heating “The Hot tub “ otherwise we had very pleasant stay

Every day was a pleasure at this property. Super views of the sunrise every morning. Hot tub is great. Kitchen could be outfitted better. Master suite is awesome. TV channel selection is limited to major networks with no cable.

House overall is excellent with outstanding views of the mountains to south and East. Can see the fountain from the pool. House itself is nicely remodeled and very comfortable. The home is on the side of the hill which means the pool is very private on the front of the house and above the neighbors. The only downside is the hill also makes the driveway steep. But you can turn around in the drive as well as park in the garage so it is no problem one you get used to it. Will stay again when we return to AZ.

The pool and spa are key features of the house and the view of Fountain Hills and the surrounding mountains is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet with dining, groceries, etc. being only a few minutes away. Owner Jeannette was responsive, and Property Manager Linda lives very close in case anything is needed. Please be sure to inquire about propane gas charges as they were not spelled out clearly in the house description when we rented and were not included in the rental quote along with the other taxes and fees. We were notified four days before check-in that there would be an additional charge for propane gas if the pool or spa were to be heated. Depending on the weather the pool may or may not need to be heated but the spa always will. The propane can be expensive since there is no cover for the spa or pool and therefore needs to be heated daily. I was told this is common in Arizona but has not been my experience when renting in other parts of the country. The propane tank on the gas grill was also empty which required replacement although we only used it once. Other than that, the house and the Fountain Hills area is very nice.

We rented the home for one month. For the price paid for this home rental we expected everything to be up to date and working. We had to take apart and unplug the guest bathroom drain as taking a shower water would stand and not drain. The ice maker on refrigerator did not work as Linda said it was slow. My husband cleaned out ice maker and we finally had ice. Very poor lighting in the kitchen and dining area in particular. The electrical on the west end of house outside is in shambles, open boxes, loose wiring everywhere, unsafe. Renters we feel should not have to make repairs, maybe property manager should check property to make sure everything is working. The front yard was very untidy, needed clean up of dead plants and weed control. Tall weeds around pool area amongst plants. Disposal of dead rat on right side end of pool.

Great location, great view! Everything about the house is great!

It was a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. everything was just perfect, from the heated pool and to the mountain views. Will definitely come again and stay at the property.

The house, location and pool were perfect for our family getaway. The house had all of the tools and amenities we required for cooking and pool lounging. I'm missing the view already.

Fabulous house with everything we needed for the week in Fountain Hills. The house is wonderfully furnished. Linda is available at all times for any of your needs! Pool & hot tub & patio overlook the Red & McDowell & 4 peak mountains !! Beautiful sun rises & sunsets!! Hoping to come back next year!!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for our first out of state travel since COVID began. It was quiet, relaxing and all around perfect!
