We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. Short walk to the beach. I will say it’s hard to carry all of your items in the soft sand, if you are older. My feet moved but I didn’t seem to get far. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The grill for outdoor cooking was nice and new. There is a closet with items to use for the beach. Most umbrellas and canopy’s broken unfortunately, but tons of toys which is awesome. The beds were very uncomfortable and the master bed has a big dip in it. The carpet needs replacing. Quite a few electrical outlets do not work. The TVs wouldn’t work….showed weak internet. The Wi-Fi worked most of the time but maybe not strong enough for the TV channels. However we weren’t there to watch TV or use our phones constantly. It would have been nice to watch TV at night but not a deal breaker. We typically don’t have phone service at the beach, which is kind of expected. The outside water faucets are great for washing off. There is a big table and chairs under the townhouse and a nice breeze that flows through. Great for relaxing or cooking outdoors. The bathrooms are very nice, tiled showers and beautiful lit mirrors. There is a filtered water system attached to the kitchen sink which is great for making coffee. We brought cases of bottled water for drinking. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the water was perfect and the beach was gorgeous. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beach location! House was great and furnished nice. The baths; especially Master suite, was gorgeous! Our only issue was carpet(stair carpet buckling; trip hazard), outdoor PVC chairs need repair and ice maker needs replaced. Our family had a great week,met Tim&Nora and couple from Atlanta on other end! Hope to book with you again...Thank You

The condo was amazing. The owners are very responsive. Would rent the Summer House again.

Overall it was a wonderful place! There were WI-FI issues and the BBQ grill was broke but the owner strived to get Wi-Fi fixed and brought a new grill. I would stay here again!

I have stayed at many locations on Navarre Beach, and this is one of the better places. It was very clean. I left some valuables behind and Mike, the owner, was very helpful in getting my property back. It was a very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely go back again.

First, this place was cool and clean when we arrived. We've been down to this western portion of Navarre Beach before and absolutely love the decreased people density on the beach! Same case this time as well; no competition with the commercial umbrella service or other adjacent tenants whenever we set up our beach spot. Although the Gulf was quite active, including several days where no swimming was allowed (two red flags), we managed to get some beach time. There was NO algae in the water or on the beach for our entire stay, YAY! Specific to this condo, it was a great space for us, and a well stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans etc. (not food of course). The grill was a bit funky, but useable. We do cook a lot instead of going out and so this unit was perfect in that regard. There was also an ample amount of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the storage closet to use on the beach when we did get out there. It was a great family gathering for us all.

We loved the location to the beach and the convenience of the location to Navarre. We will definitely try and stay in this home again.

Nicely furnished and well appointed. Short walk over the dune to the pristine beach. Lots of toys available for use if you bring kids. Beach chairs, boogie boards and a ‘tent’ for shade.

The location of the townhouse is perfect, away from the condos and public access areas. If you want a low population beach, this is the place for you. The Summer House’s has everything you need. The grill (and grill utensils) was perfect for our easy burger night and the fully stocked kitchen was a plus! Beds were comfortable and AC worked great! We were happy to see the extra beach chairs chairs and other beach stuff in the closet. We will certainly be back!

This was the perfect set up for our young family. Everything was clean and organized. There was plenty of space throughout the townhouse, with tons of storage and extra amenities. Ample hang-out space was available on both decks as well as in the sandy area in front of the dunes, and we appreciated having access to the beach chairs and toys in the garage closet. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. You just cannot beat opening your back door and having such close access to the beach, especially with young kids. The beach was never crowded and just beautiful from sunrise to sunset. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The Summer House! Michael and Tina made the check-in process easy. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and having the private deck and balcony made enjoying the beach convenient and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and furniture was comfortable. This beach view and convenience of the beach access would be hard to beat! We hope to stay again soon!

So glad we chose to stay here. The home was beautiful. It was right on the beach and exactly as described. The house was clean when we got there and had everything we needed. We ran into a couple hiccups (nothing huge) but the owner was immediate in response and remedied everything swiftly. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Amazing memories made.

Mike part of your cleanup crew needs to check the air conditioning filter we changed it out and had about a quarter of an inch of dirt and dust on the filter it it plugged up completely Charles we did change the filter out

We had a wonderful at the Summer House. The location, being steps away from the beach with numerous amenities available right on site and being less than 10 minutes from a grocery store was great! The furnishing in the house we’re also nice an updated. The reason I'm not leaving a perfect 5 stars is there we're some items on the property in despair that need addressed. The top balcony railing is quite wobbly and therefore we would not let the kids out on it or rest on it ourselves. The majority of the high top chairs on the middle balcony were broken and unable to be used as the fabric in the seats were completely ripped out. The upstairs bathroom remodel is absolutely gorgeous and most of us took turns using it. However, the other two bathroom tub shower units are very dated and could stand to be replaced even with just new tub/shower inserts. Now with that being said I still would definitely recommend this rental to anyone! The owners were very responsive and friendly with any communication needed. But when your paying $4,000 a week for your stay you don't expect to run into these things.

The home was clean and well equipped with most anything you could need. Had a fabulous time with my 95 yr old mother. She had lots of exercise to and from the condo and to the beach. She was a trooper and had a fabulous time. Great place!!!

Beautiful & well stocks with all the essentials. The owners were very prompt to respond to any questions. We will be back, loved it.

Quiet place with great beach access.

Great location, no surprises, listing was accurate and check-in/check-out was painless. Exterior of building could use some updates and attention, and glass table needs corner protectors. Lastly, while the neighbor did her best to be very considerate, it’s still frustrating to have a smoker next door when your trying to appreciate the gulf breeze. Overall, we had an excellent stay and look forward to visiting Navarre Beach again.

The condo was great. It had lots of room and everything you need. This was the most fully stocked condo we have stayed in. It was also really nicely decorated. Of course the location right on the beach was amazing. We will be back soon!

Amazing ocean front access to private beach! It was just what oir family neede for some much needed relaxation. It had everything we needed for it to feel like home away from home.

I would stay at this property with these owners EVERY YEAR! I've never rented a property that was any better furnished. All of the amenities that you could possibly want or need. It was awesome.
