This house was well suited for our group of 4 adult couples. With two bedrooms on each end of the house, each with its own bathroom, we all had plenty of privacy. There are several common spaces to eat, play games, do puzzles and enjoy one another’s company. The outside pool and grill area was enjoyed by all. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We had a great time and would return to this house.

Family of 6 travels to a destination every Christmas season and I find and book the house. At least one person always gets an inferior bedroom, Not here! The entire house was amazing. The polished floors shined and the 4th bedroom was used for Christmas wrapping. The hot tub was used several times. We opened Christmas presents in the living room which looks out onto the pool. We had the gas fireplace blazing. It's a beautiful house. Cooked steaks on the grill one night. It is hardwired natural gas so no concerns about an empty propane tank or getting charcoal. Everyone appreciated the two large washers and two large dryers which were really fast. Fred was great to work with. Book this house. It took me from zero to hero!

We enjoyed the warm water pool and hot tub. ThE house is fabulous, Thie management with Fred and assistant was responsive and friendly. Overall, a wonderful true vacation escape.

Our stay at this property was very nice. There were a few minor issues which we addressed and they were attended to by the owner and property manager. Great neighborhood and convenient location.

The property and the location was superb! It was very well equipped with everything we needed! The host kindly heated the pool for us in advance of our arrival in readiness for our grandson. The house was immaculate beds extremely comfortable, everything we could have wished for and more. We really hope to return!

Comfortable immediately upon entry - truly a relaxed stay. A couple of issues were noted at check-in and they were immediately addressed. Beautiful time in a great area-lots of good walks and convenient to all PS has to offer!

We loved staying here! Looking forward to booking again. Home was beautiful and comfortable. Loved that all bedrooms has their own on suite. Layout was cool and home stayed nice a cool when 100+ outside. Spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and bbq area.

The house is huge. Pool is heated. All appliance work as expected. This is not the house thing but Palm Springs thing, make sure to take some drinking water for yourself. Otherwise it was a great place.

We are a group of eight women who travel together once a year. This house is far better than the photos let on and it was beyond perfect for us, with plenty of room to spread out, lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture, a table big enough for all of us, and a great backyard. The kitchen is fabulous and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the home owners was easy. The house was spotless, which is always so appreciated. The neighborhood was great, quiet and peaceful and lovely to walk around. Easy access to downtown and the airport. If we head back to PS we would love to stay here again.

Eight friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay. The outdoor area was such a wonderful space where we could lounge in full sun or shade. The outdoor table near the BBQ was always occupied and the pool was everything we had wanted. The indoor areas were much larger than expected and the house was very clean. I would easily stay here again!

We loved the layout of the house with spacious bedroom suites and pool area with plenty of places to lounge or sit together to eat. Making meals was easy with the well-stocked kitchen & barbecue area. So impressed with the huge collection of table games & pool toys & so many other thoughtful items to make our stay comfy, entertaining & enjoyable. We'd love to return again! ***Just a FYI, the pool guy came on day 2 & discovered the heater was on! We all thought that the water was unusually warm due to the 100 degree plus weather, so didn’t even think to check the heater. So somehow the heater was left on before we even arrived. After he turned it off, the water was much cooler. A few recommendations - The highchair was a godsend for us! Surprised it wasn’t mentioned among the amenities – definitely recommend that you add it to your write-up :-) Young families would find this helpful. (we didn’t need to use the stroller or booster seat but both are bonuses you could also highlight) Also, it would be very helpful to mention in the write-up that bath soap & shampoo are not included – not a big deal, but more convenient for guests to easily pack those instead of having to make a run out to the store. Also, while the SUMMARY SECTION accurately lists the number & location of showers & tub, your write-up mentions several tubs. This was confusing.

Our family had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful, spacious home! Paul and Karen were very responsive and check-in was super easy. It’s close to downtown Palm Springs but in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood. Loved the decor, sunken living room with gorgeous fireplace, and the comfortable beds. The layout of the house is great, how it wraps around the pool, and the bedrooms are spread out allowing for privacy. The garage had lots of pool toys and a ping pong table for the kids, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - including a margarita machine in the bar area! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a quiet and elegant home furnished with many lovely Spanish style, mid-century vintage pieces. Bride and groom, family, and members of bridal party enjoyed fireplace in sunken living room area. Bride's family lives close by and especially liked being able to clean up after 2 parties at their own house and to have a place to put a bin's worth of recycling! Manager Paul was extremely gracious for allowing some flexibility for check in for religious reasons. Loved chatting for a minute with him about local architecture !

We enjoyed our getaway at this mid century modern home. The house has ample space, with areas for all to relax and spend time together. We loved the pool and outdoor areas as well as the neighborhood and close proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Paul was responsive and a great host - we look forward to staying here again!

Nice location, nicely furnished, pretty much everything in working order. Three of the four bedrooms are large with furnished sitting areas in addition to beds, all 4 bedrooms have own bathroom. Appreciated the holiday decorations.

Every year (for 30 years), my friends get together to do holiday crafts. We recently decided to make a trip out of it, booking a few nights’ stay together. This property did not disappoint! We had two to a room with each our own bathrooms. The large dining room table served well for our crafting, laughing, and gabbing. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the living room was quite cozy with the fireplace (it was actually quite cold). Wish there would’ve soap in the showers and not a limit to towel usage (without getting charged). But overall, it was great!

Our family gathered at this house for the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. Katy and Paul were very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely, so everyone felt like they had a bit of privacy. The pool and spa were lovely and the kids loved the air hockey and pool table in the garage. We enjoy taking walks each day in the neighborhood and walking to the downtown area. The house was an easy drive to Joshua Tree as well. The layout of the house is great and the outdoor pool/patio/grill space is fabulous. I would highly recommend!
