We liked everything. It is a very nice apartment.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area near the Opera and the Oslo S station, which is very convenient! The bed was very comfortable and cozy and the room had an amazing view of the city! The breakfast meal offered a wide variety of choices and they were all very tasty! Absolutely loved it! (I could easily book this hotel again just for the breakfast 😄) The staff was very kind and willing to help!

Location was great you can see the landmarks right from the balcony of your room. The shower was amazing the building is secure and safe.

The property was exactly as it looked on the images. it was beautifully presented and incredibly clean. The quiet period at night was great after a long day of exploring.

The walls were very thin so you could hear others and others could hear you.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Easy to access, instructions provided for anything you may have a question about, self service thermostat for each room ... amazing!

No full body mirror in the apartment (can't speak for all apartments), specifically room 402.

The location was fairly good and the building was renovated.

Well when we checked in and got in the room we noticed a weird smell like dead fish which was so uncomfortable. Even our clothes were smelling like that after we left the room. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the grate of the shower was broken and it was really dangerous cause if your foot stepped in there it could seriously harm it. Finally there were some minor damages on the wall but the worst of all was the weird smell.

I loved the location of the property. Not too far from the centre, but quiet and felt very safe . Would have been better if we had a microwave just to heat up some takeaways but aprt from that enjoyed everything 10/10. :)

Really enjoyed my stay at the Supreme Luxury Suites. Very clean and spacious rooms at a good location.

The only thing I would have liked different was the water heating system. Currently there is a button that needs to be turned on for the water boiler and shower will have hot water after 30 minutes. This long wait was a like anything after a long day out but obviously not a deal breaker.

We stayed 5 nights and the apartment was not cleaned and the towels refreshed only once.

The apartment was clean and spacious and in a very good location. We stayed in 503 located on the 5th floor and I would ask for it again. Only thing I would add is some tea as there is coffee. All in all, we had a great time and would prefer the property again.

Disaster of the highest order!!!!! The booking agent for this small group of hotels is extremely difficult to deal with and refused to be flexible in anyway. Be aware that photos of this hotel, which appear on the website, do not reflect the hotel. Parking here is impossible, the building smells of other people's cooking, rooms are very dark, making the guests feel confined. Don't even try to make ANY changes to your booking - they will just say NO to every request, by email, quoting the rules....

I could NOT stay even 1 hour in this property and left immediately. The booking agent, by email, offered a credit note after several hours of refusing to make any changes. I unfortunately booked for more than a week, and wasn't offered ANY alternative or change of rooms throughout the period - apparently it was booked out, but rooms were still available on the booking.com site. I lost 600 euros at this property, with a credit note I will unlikely be able to ever use in the future - it feels like I was mugged on the street in broad daylight!!!!

clean and good value

The place is really new with modern design and has everything you would expect. It's really spacious. The shower and the outdoors Jacuzzi are excellent. The stuff replies instantly and is really helpful. The location is relatively close to the center and is near a bus stop.
