Everything was great except for the refrigerator breaking

Stripes was a great spot for two small families! Plenty of space, great pool and location. We were able to walk to Duval and several other restaurants and shops. Shana the property manager was amazing and made our check in experience amazing and smooth! We Would stay here again.

Fantastic place. Absolutely loved everything about it. The pool was a perfect way to start or end each day. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Great communication with the host. Even splitting the house with a different set of guests downstairs was no problem at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and bedroom space matched our needs. Refrigerator on second floor did not work well. Half of the bedrooms did not have air conditioners that cooled. Termite frass in the second floor kitchen. No loud noise after 8PM- that is nuts!! Not even dark outside. 9PM or 10PM is more appropriate. Manager was rude when I discussed with her about the refrigerator. Would recommend house for location but not for total needs and comfort.

The location and our bedroom accommodations met our needs very well. The manager was rude. Wasn't pleasant when dealing with issues. You are not allowed to make "loud noise" after 8PM. CRAZY!! This is a vacation destination. We could not allow the kids in the pool after 8PM.

This property is great for family or friends who want to stay in central KW where most everything is walkable. The property offers a great pool and bedroom options. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are connected where you have to walk through one to get to the main living area, but each room also offers outdoor patio access, which was nice. Each room also locks from one side to help others from walking through. One of the bathrooms has both a claw foot tub & a walk-in shower, and the other has a traditional bathtub and shower. I highly recommend all this property has to offer.

Close to everything. shopping, water sports, restaurants, bars and music. Great to get back to the property and jump in the pool.

We rented Stripes (floor 2 and 3) for our trip with 3 adult children. I chose this property based on the location and the flexibility of the sleeping arrangements. It was a great choice. We had a birthday pizza party with other relatives who came to Key West and stayed at other properties around the pool. Our only problem was that the driveway has one parking spot to share between the two units. We left our cars in the city parking garage which is expensive, but worked out.

We had to book this property last minute after already arriving in Key West due to unforeseen circumstances. We booked late on a Sat night for rental starting Sun and were even allowed a slightly early check in. The property was ideally located within walking distance to everything that we intended to do. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. A hair dryer was not working and a new one was immediately brought out. We occupied the 2nd & 3rd floor of the property and another group of 8 occupied the main floor rental. The pool and laundry are shared space but we enjoyed talking to and hanging out with the other renters. The only suggestions I would offer are that drying racks for clothing would be helpful as there are no closets to hang items in the property we rented.

I've been coming to Key West with friends and family for many years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The location is great. Easy walk to Duval and the marina. The washers and dryers are outside and shared with the downstairs unit but we never had an issue with not being able to use them when we needed them. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating around it so those who didn't want to get in could still relax and enjoy it. The balcony on the second floor was also great to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Shana, the property manager, was wonderful. She contacted me a few days ahead of the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We had one very small issue that I had to contact her about and she got back to me immediately and got everything taken care of quickly. Overall it's a great place to stay for a wonderful Key West vacation.

The property was amazing. I went on a trip with 6 friends and there was plenty of room for us to spread out throughout the house. The location was amazing and right in the middle of everything to do. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 and hope to be back next year!

We had 8 of us, all 20 and up. Had second and third floor. Location was great, house clean and comfortable. Loved having the pool and porches. Would love to come back again. Only downside was no closets, and limited mirrors. But we still loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for our group (8 adults), we loved the access to the pool and it’s just two short blocks from everything. The place was clean and check in/check out was simple.

If you are coming to Key West to have a good time and stay in a nice place, don’t hesitate just book this place. Host was amazing and the place was just like the pictures, even better ! Also great location

We rented this with a group of 9 adults and all in all had a great experience. Kitchen was very well equipped and the property was lovely. There are two washers and two dryers which was really nice since you share the laundry facility with the downstairs unit. Having the private balcony for a sitting space was really nice. Some of the bedrooms it was difficult to store any clothing due to no closets and the drawers in the dressers could not be opened in one of the bedrooms, so that presented a bit of a challenge, but it all worked out. The pool is shared downstairs and it happened to work out that we were using the pool at different times- we didn’t have any trouble with the neighbor, which we were a little worried about because we had read in other reviews that he can be a bit difficult. Location is great, blocks from duval and if you’re taking the ferry to the dry tortugas it’s a five minute walk away. All in all we would for sure stay again and had a great time!
