We love this location. Everything is wonderfully decorated at this location. Hemingway himself would be proud to stay here. Perfect view of the ocean. Pool is extremely clean. Condo is exceptionally nice and immaculate. You will not be disappointed

The property is just as shown in the photos. Beautiful ocean view, big lanai and overlooking the pool. The pool was very nice. Comfortable for 4 people. It comes with one parking space. Quiet.

Place was beautiful and really enjoyed having a gold cart for the week. We loved being on the quieter side of town. Appreciate the pool towels that were provided and pool noodles. Places to improve: check in was terrible. The code given for the outside keypad did not work. When we called the emergency number no one ansered. We got a call back from security 2 hours later and the fuy said his phone got wet and had intermittent service. We were let in by another resident, but the original code never rang security. 2. For the price, I expect 2-ply toilet paper in the future. 1-ply is unacceptable. 3. Primary bed mattress is unforgivable. It is absolutely worthless. We had to switch beds mid week with our teen who could tolerate the noise, lumps, and creaks of the frame. It has to be changed. The 2nd bed mattress was totally fine. 4. Consider pressure washing the patio. Our feet stuck to the concrete to where removing them after standing in place for a minute was actually painful. Maybe all the built up sunscreen?

The condo was clean, very well stocked with everything you needed cooking or cocktails. It was spacious and well equipped with beach towels and noodles for the pool. The pool itself was very nice, but not an easy time finding how to get there. I have stayed at many Airbnb's, VRBO's and other places and this is the first time I have been asked to start the laundry before I left. I was a little taken back by that, as well as the additional charge of $20 per load if you had more than two loads of laundry left behind. I did start the laundry, but felt I should not have to, it seems to me there is plenty of time in-between a 10:00 AM departure and a 4:00 PM arrival of the next guest that I should not have to do laundry especially as we paid over $200 for housekeeping. We made sure everything was clean in the kitchen and left no trace of us being there. We did depart around 8:00 AM therefore the cleaning/housekeeping had an additional two hours for cleaning, they should take that additional time and clean the spider webs off the rafters in the ceiling in the living room. I overheard another guest in the pool complaining about the same thing, having to do laundry before they departed. I would recommend, changing this process for future guests. We never saw anyone from the Management Company; therefore, it is hard to give any type of review.

Really liked the fact that there was a gated garage & secure building. The condo had an amazing view from the huge deck. It could have been cleaner & the furniture is fairly worn, one of the chairs the wicker back had broken out. But looking out at the ocean surely made up for the small conditions. The bathrooms were fantastic, beds were good but close to needing updated. Kitchen was fine, not any extras if you really plan to cook. Overall a very good experience!
