We had a wonderful time exploring St Croix. This condo is in a great location to explore various beaches and a close drive to Christeansted. Spacious for our family of 5 adults and had everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful and we would stay here again.

The condo suited all of our needs. It slept 5 comfortably and the 3 bathrooms were a definite plus. Zach was quick in responding to our questions and we were able to meet Nora in person at her store. The location was central to all of our adventures, which was great. We did drive to them due to it not being a "walkable" location. Thanks for a great stay.

The description of the property was on point and a perfect location to tour about the island. It is very central and going to one side of the island or the other was never troublesome. We had a ton of questions before our trip and Zach answered them almost immediately. The recommendations on their favorite beaches were spot on and we got to visit 6 or 7 of them. I would def recommend this condo, it was perfect for our two adult families. We pretty much had the pool all to ourselves every time we went to it.

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to live comfortably. The rum that was provided was delicious also. The taxi service did get a little expensive but we were warned before hand lol. We did Ziplines, snorkeling, & sunset sale recommended by the owners & had a blast, It was a great 30th birthday experience overall.

This property was outstanding!!!! Everything we wanted and needed for our 17 year old son's Senior Trip. It was great to get away in the warm sun. The Owners were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend this property to anyone going to St. Croix.

The communication between Zach and Mora was exceptional! They were very flexible and on it whenever I emailed and asked a question. The home was very nice and reasonable for the price and length of our stay. I will definitely stay there again when I go home next year to Visit.

We had a great time! The condo was bigger and nicer than we expected it to be too. The snorkeling in site was better than expected as well. We saw several sting rays and eagle rays along with tons of fish immediately off shore as well. The owners made it hassle free too, so the whole experience was fantastic! Thank you!

This house is perfect! We were a few small families, all one big family! It was great to each have our own space and bathrooms. My younger brother had to be on zoom for school so it was great having the pool and awesome snorkeling right outside. Very centrally located and a quick easy drive to the boardwalk. So many toys and beach toys for the kids, tons of snorkeling equipment. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay again!

The listing for this property is great, but staying here was even better. It's in a great location, very safe the neighbors and office are very helpful. We had a 2 year old with us, the kids room was full of toys and sand toys. They had a beach bag to use which came in handy. The air conditioning worked great. Overall we had a great time and loved the condo, thanks Zach and Nora!!

We really enjoyed our stay here in St. Croix. We ran into two minor issues (curtain rod and smoke alarm battery) that Zach immediately resolved for us. Zach and Nora are great hosts, making our stay seamless and easy. Loved the free bottle of local rum which didn't last long so we had to buy more and hand soaps. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Thanks for helping to make our trip great.

We had a wonderful time at the property and it’s in a great location. The property was clean and we really appreciated the free bottle of Rum they provided! It was only a short drive into the city which allowed us to go back and forth while enjoying our different activities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with great owners.

We have no complaints about our stay. Any and every small issue we had was addressed immediately. Our hosts always responded without delay and were courteous and helpful. The unit was beautiful and clean. The grounds has a beach, pool, restaurant, laundromat, etc., and beautiful scenery to walk around and enjoy the sun. Free parking was a savior for us. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Adjustable room temperatures, comfortable beds, gorgeous scenery from the balcony and a free bottle of rum had us sold. We'd recommend this stay without hesitation.

We hope to return after this - our first - visit. Owner was fantastic with responses to our many questions with spot-on advice and recommendations. The condo is convenient to everything, safe (a gated property), nice pool and small beach area, very well-kept grounds/landscaping, very good food at the onsite restaurant. Condo setup was great for our needs - wanted 3 BR (2 are like Masters) and the 3 Baths were great. Owner has stocked the rental with pretty much everything needed, from complete kitchen/cooking wares, to snorkeling gear, to coolers, etc. No beach view from the unit, but the good-sized balcony overlooks a nice lagoon and open 1-acre landscaped area. We had a truly nice week.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is central to everything St Croix has to offer. I highly recommend renting a Jeep during your stay so you can get around the island. The owners are amazing. Quick to respond to any concerns and/or questions we had. Would definitley come back. Next time we will stay longer and hopefully not in the middle of a worldwide pandemic! Thanks for everything!

Our family recently came back from our visit to St. Croix and we can't wait to go back! We found Zach and Nora's condo to be a great launching point for our adventures. It's central location means that you don't have far to travel regardless of where you want to go on the island, and if you want to stay put, you can just make use of the beach or the pool at the condo. There's plenty of room in the condo, so even with a larger family everyone can find their own space which is so much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel or resort. Nora and Zach were great hosts, answering our questions before we arrived and making sure during our stay that everything was taken care of. We could not ask for better engagement!

My daughters and their friends an d husband had a great time sharing Zach and Nora's vacation home. Nice bathrooms, all kinds of cooking utensils and any glitches we had were dealt with promptly. The restaurant on the premises is open and the food is good, reasonable fun time at the wed night karejokie. Pools is nice beach needs some work.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of seven. Zach and Nora were very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. We looking forward to booking with them again. FYI:: rental car necessary, road not pedestrian friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed here with our 2 adult daughters and their significant others. With three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone had their own space. The kitchen and living area was cozy, yet large enough for us all to gather. It was centrally located with a lovely pool and a great beach, perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. We enjoyed the large balcony and watching the wildlife in the bushes across the canal. This is a good place for families or several couples. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had.

We loved this condo. It is well decorated, colorful, spacious and airy and has everything you could need. The condo complex has a nice pool and a tire reef out a few yards from the private beach so there is great snorkeling right there. Centrally located near Christiansted, grocery stores, and restaurants. Owners are very responsive and very considerate. Whole stay was just perfect. We really appreciated the work that Zach and Nora have put into making this a great vacation spot. Everything was very clean and new, and they have outfitted the condo with lots of vacation friendly items like snorkel gear and an abundance of beach towels. We found the beds and furnishings very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms all were updated and clean. Great place to stay at a great price.

I loved everything about this place! The people are so friendly and eager to help, the ocean with it'i divine turquoise blue waters and sandy beaches calls to me, and the food is AMAZING and top notch. As for your place Nora and Zach, I couldn't have been more comfy, curled up un my cotton sheets, blankets and towel! And waking up to some fresh brewed coffee , well nothing could make me happier! Your condo is adorable with many cool touches like all the original painting, sea shells, bottle of local rum (and rum barrels) and plenty of toys and board games for the kids. Now I can understand why they call this place PARADISE! Thank you so much, I will be back and I'll tell all my friends about your place!

lots of little things needed repairs, need new mattresses on beds, poor draining sink in shower, no washer & dryer on site(advertised available), leaky toilet , shower curtain rod would not stay up no restaurant open at the condo(was advertised being open) beach not safe for swimming due to contamination from hurricane runoff. water not safe to drink

Everything about the condo was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy, and cozy. There is original artwork covering the walls of the condo which makes the atmosphere feel even cooler. If you have any questions or issues both Nora and Zach are very attentive and efficient at getting back with answers. The condo's private beach is beautiful, kept well, clean, and generally pretty empty. It was nice to be able to take peaceful strolls anytime of the day with no stress of crowds. We had a great time snorkeling just off the condo. The restaurant in the building, Golden Rail, had delicious food and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was also impressed with the food everywhere we ate around the island. There are several activities to choose from to keep those of all ages entertained and many different gorgeous beaches to explore. I was super pleased with our stay and although it was short and sweet this time, we hope to go back for a longer stay in the future!

I want to start by saying that Nora was *wonderful* to work with and that her home is lovely. She answered all our questions quickly and seemed genuinely concerned about whether we had a good time. She's terrific. Unfortunately, uncooperative tides during our visit meant the condo's beach was unusable -- it was choked with seaweed that extended more than 10 feet out into the water (hence, not kid-friendly). Also, the beach is *very* tiny and bounded by two concrete walls, so unless your kids are preschoolers or younger, they'll likely get bored quickly. (There are larger beaches one condo community over that you can walk to, but they had the same seaweed problem during our visit. Sigh.) That doesn't mean this isn't a good, centrally located place to stay. It just means that you're going to need a car if you want to enjoy the truly beautiful beaches St. Croix has to offer. (Hiking down the trail at Point Udall leads to a gorgeous, if rough, beach; Rainbow Beach in Frederiksted is straight out of Central Casting. It's calm, crystal clear, and family friendly. We went twice during our six-day stay, even though it's a 30-minute drive from the condo.) The standard-issue pool at the condo is deep, clean, and good for kids, and it overlooks the ocean. The condo-side lagoon, alas, smelled quite swampy (not dirty, just vegetal) while we were there, but it was during an unusual heatwave (the heat index was 105 nearly every day), so that may have been a factor. The Golden Rail restaurant is laid-back, but the food is just so-so. It's great that it's right there, but you may want to walk down the beach to Breezez (two developments down) for a more varied menu. Overall, I'd recommend this condo to anyone who's looking for a comfortable place to stay and who *doesn't* mind driving to the postcard-worthy spots on St. Croix. If you want to walk out your front door and immediately be in paradise, this won't be a good fit. But if you want a family-friendly home base from which to explore the island, this is a terrific one.

This condo was perfect in every way! The owners Zach and Nora have done an amazing job with the updates. We were a family of 8 so 5 adults and 3 kids ages from 6-13. They supplied the condo with everything you would need for your home away from away. the kitchen comes with a Kuirig unless there was a coffee pot we didn't see but rather than that this condo is stocked! Beach towels, beach toys, snorkel gear, kids toys, games, cable tv, Apple TV, wi fi, ac in the bedrooms, towels plus they had extra bedding in the closest, past guest left some household items like spices, condiments, coffee, juice and such so we did they same thing. The ladies at the bar are awesome! Thanks for making our vacation awesome!! The Doughty family

We enjoyed 8 days here with 3 adults and 2 teens. The condo is spacious and convenient to everything (if you have a car), and the air conditioning was a definite plus. We also appreciated the beach equipment (snorkels, fins, skimboard), which were included with the rental. The owners were great about helping us with anything that came up and provided lots of helpful information about the condo and the surrounding area.

I would like to take the time to say that my stay was amazing! The condo itself was in impeccable condition and I could have not asked for a better location. The beach is just steps away, and the downtown area is just a short drive away. The sunrise and sunset are something very special. The cleanliness of the condo and the community will definitely bring me back for additional stays. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay in St. Croix you should look no further, because it was a remarkable experience. I will be back in the near future and I have definitely found my home away from home with this vacation property!!
