Great location. Property manager was very responsive. Ocean view from second floor patio. Lots of food and fun in the area including the boardwalk. Had a great vacation!

Highly recommend this place if you’re staying at mission beach. It was steps away from the beach and a short walk to Belmont park, food and shopping. The location was prime. We will definitely stay here again.

Great beach location

Property covered everything we needed and expected from cleanliness, spacious living area, in house washer and dryer. a well stocked kitchen and a full size garage. Would consider future stays! Highly recommend the property to those considering a San Diego beach vacation. Great family rental! A couple of minor things to check the electrical outlet in the East wall of the downstairs bedroom needs replaced and the light to dark control on the toaster is broke. Minnie was easy to communicate and work with!

Would rent again. Response time was fantastic!

Our group had a great time at Mission Beach!

This was a fantastic location and close to everything. Steps from the beach and being able to see and hear the ocean from the patio was amazing. We loved having the garage. This home had everything, lots of room and when beach towels. Highly recommended!! We had no complaints or issues with anything during our stay!

It was perfect for graduation weekend.

This was a fantastic location and close to everything. Steps from the beach and being able to see and hear the ocean from the patio was amazing. We loved having the garage. This home had everything, lots of room and when beach towels. Highly recommended!! We had no complaints or issues with anything during our stay!

This property was amazing for our 10 person family vacation. Very clean, extremely well stocked, and enough room for all of us. The balcony is amazing and where we ate most of our meals. We even watched dolphins playing in the ocean while eating breakfast one morning. Bunk beds were perfect for the kids. It was great to have 2 parking spots!! Can’t beat the location. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended for larger or multiple families.

This was the perfect location for us and just the configuration we needed, 2Bath 3 BR, for two adults and two teens. The remodeled kitchen and baths were lovely and very functional and well stocked. The cleaning crew had the place sparkling clean from top to bottom; we felt very secure since this is a tricky time with the virus. Families on the beach were careful about their physical distancing too, so we were grateful. The check-in and communication with the property manager was simple. There were no problems with check-in or the entry codes, and we were were glad for the quick response when we had a question or two. We really appreciated their attentiveness to reach out and keep us informed about the parking situation too. Thank you! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

We loved our stay! The Beach House was just what we were looking for...The location is perfect just steps from the beach! We so enjoyed the nicely renovated space with a lovely view of the ocean from the dining room-kitchen and a gorgeous ocean view from the sun deck. We enjoyed cooking our meals with everything we needed in the newly renovated kitchen and the open living area was comfortable and perfect for our group gathering. The manager was very friendly and helpful and we will definitely hope to stay here again when we return to San Diego!

Great location! The space worked well for our two families. If you’re using all four beds in the second room upstairs, make sure you get good instructions on the pull out sleeper chair. The owner was very attentive and helped us solve the sleeper chair mystery. The owner tells us she’s planning to update the downstairs including the kitchen, which will be good. The kitchen could be better stocked for those who want to cook (I.e., measuring cups), and bring your own spices because the only ones there are salt and pepper. We were there over Xmas and got a great deal on bike rentals with Ray’s on Mission.

We enjoyed the home and how close it was to the beach and walking distant to shops and resturants. Everything we needed the house had. Wee look forward to coming back to San Diego.

We just stayed in this place with a large group of family and friends. Spacious for us. The unit inside is newly painted, very clean. Although kitchen is th original tile and cabinets, but it functioned well for us. We also noticed that screen doors upstairs to the deck, grills and mattresses, etc. were all newly replaced. We enjoyed our time on the deck with beautiful ocean views and fireworks from Sea World. We had a nice time .

The place was very run down. Pull out couches did not pull out, furniture was worn, doors did not work, in fact one bedroom door to the deck had a note not to use because the track was bent, light bulbs were burnt out, the charcoal grill’s lid had no handle, the shared gas grill was so rusted I would not cook my dogs dinner on it, one bed had a ripped mattress with a board for support, etc. We felt completely misled by the condition of this property. There was duck tape patching something on the living room ceiling. I DO NOT recommend this property whatsoever.
