We had a great time. Walked trails, fished, worked out, played pickleball and relaxed. Definitely want to book again next year!

this is a wonderful property on the lake. There were hiking trails near the dam, which is walkable from the house. We had plenty of room with the upstairs .The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order and clean.

Perfect house for our sibling weekend. Plenty of room in the kitchen for hanging out with wine & snacks, playing games & cooking meals. We'll definitely be returning!

Amazing house. We VRBO often and I’m serious about my cooking. This kitchen ranks in my Top 2 among all the VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. The lot is beautiful with several deer in the yard. I give this place an A+

This large lovely property was a great getaway for my birthday. Andy was quick to respond with flexible hospitality. Access into the home was very easy, and once inside the layout is perfect for large groups. Andy made his home welcoming for our olde dog, also. We loved working in the large well-planned kitchen with views of the lake. Beautiful sunlight beams thru the large windows & bounces off the hardwood floor. Dramatic! After a fun day kayaking and canoeing, we hung out on the deck with our beer & prosecco for sunset. If we had more time, we would have gone swimming and played a game - there are many activities to choose from right inside the house. It was so nice to have quiet days and dark quiet nights; we appreciate Innsbrook's policies to keep the peaceful setting. We will remember this home for our next - hopefully LONGER - getaway.

The property was amazing, everything that you needed for a few days get away.. Beautiful lake, only a few yards from the house. We took the canoe out a couple of days. The canoe was easy to paddle around on the quite and smooth surface lake. We saw so much wildlife just walking around the property. A very relaxing place to spend time with our family. We will return to unwind again..

Wonderful property with expansive and private views. With lots of toys -- including professional grade paddle boards and kayaks and canoe and on and on! Have never seen so many floating and paddle options. Alpine Lake is pristinely clean. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths -- perfect for our family. Beautiful road with easy to use 3 car garage. Plenty of trees and bushes to almost make front of house invisible from road. Private, large cove with lovely, expansive views of lake. Great golf course we enjoyed.

This is a beautiful place at Innsbrook with 4 bedrooms and alot of room to spread out or plenty of places to gather for meals and games. This is family time meeting halfway fron Kansas and Chicago. We enjoyed ourselves on the beautiful lake. Andy is wonderful to work with and answer all my questions quickly.

The home was perfect for a family gathering. The 2 decks were nice for grilling and relaxing around the fire The grandkids loved to fish and paddle board

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious and well maintained lakefront home. Large Kitchen/Dining area, living and family gathering areas, beautiful view, and nice bedrooms/baths all contributed to a great stay. Made excellent use of the owner-provided kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys.

What a perfect place for family and friends. Innsbrook is such a hidden getaway and this house had everything to make for a perfect week. The owner was a great communicator and answered all questions we had promptly. We will be back!!

The house is perfectly stocked and we found everything we needed (kids life jackets, paddle boards, towels, stocked kitchen, blankets and games). We enjoyed it proximity to the pool, courts and cafe. It is also very convenient to the St Louis airport. Andy was a very helpful and communicative host.

We hosted a bridal shower one day. Had a family gathering one day. The bride and bride's maid had hair and makeup done professionally in the master bathroom. We really enjoyed the property and was a perfect space for our needs

This was a perfect home for our family! We came for our son's wedding in downtown St. Louis and this gorgeous home was a wonderful place to spend time with family relaxing away from the busy wedding activities. We had a wonderful time staying here. All of the furniture and everything in the house was very nice and comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of our family. The views out the windows were amazing and so serene. We loved that the owners provided water activities for us to enjoy when we were at the house. We were able to paddle board for the first time ever! Such fun! We would definitely stay here again!

Andy is a thoughtful and responsive host. We loved the large windows and high ceiling. The house was immaculate and inviting. It is a relaxing and peaceful setting. We all plan on coming back. We’ve been renting homes in Innsbrook for close to 10 years and this is our favorite home.

This home was absolutely beautiful, had more than enough room for me and my 4 kids to spread out and relax. The lake view is amazing and property grounds are lovely. We loved the furniture and decor. We were impressed with the available items - coffee pods, kitchen items, towels and extra blankets, as well as the super cool couch in lower level that had phone charging stations! Andy was so kind and thoughtful, and he stayed in communication with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely book this place again!

This property was fantastic! It had everything that we needed for a family of 12. Lots of room! The view of the lake was spectacular! Andy was the best host I have ever dealt with! Made our family Christmas memorable!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, impeccably clean, and has stunning views of the lake. There is plenty of open, comfortable space for the family to gather on both levels of the home. Our host was great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had a mini family reunion and this house was awesome for such an event. Location was perfect. Kitchen is spacious and the house had lots of room to spread out. Had a great time!

Property was perfect for our needs. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was completely stocked and they had plenty of stuff for the water. Access to the backyard around the house was a little steep but there is a walk out door in the basement. Overall great property and close to beaches/hiking.

The house is spacious with many great features, including access to the lake with a large dock, paddle boat, plenty of rafts, a patio at the back door, and a huge deck off the well stocked, well organized kitchen. Andy is a very responsible host, just a text or phone call away if needed. If you can't have fun here, you are not even trying!

This is our second year staying at this property and we just love it! Andy has such great communication and did everything to make our trip amazing!! We love all the amenities of the house and he has a ton of lake toys and boats to enjoy!! Thank you Andy, we’ll definitely be back!!

Enjoyed our time at this house! Played pool and swam most of the time! Paddle board was a great hit with the grandkids! Would highly recommend!

Very spacious home, with beautiful lake views. The home was very well-kept and access to owner very easy. We had a fun week there, swimming everyday and made a couple of treks into St. Louis! Only negative for us was it was a small lake and not much boating activity.
