This was a wonderful experience and we were so impressed with the house. It was perfect!

We had a great time here and this is an excellent property and location. I normally do not complain but numerous improvements needed for this property to realize its potential: Pool table needs leveling and room needs rearrangement to eliminate interference of walls while playing pool. Pool ques have no tips! (Why have a pool table if it cant be enjoyed?) Ice Maker not working . Pot holders dirty.. Upstairs small bedroom, dirty bedspread, Canoe has serious leak. No darts for dart board. Floor register near window in great room broken. Broken board on stairs down to lake. Downstairs bedroom walls dirty and bad water pressure. Insufficient number of ziplock bags, paper towel rolls, and plastic wrap.

This is the perfect house for family! We had 10 adults and 3 children and still had plenty of room! The kitchen is nice and large and has literally everything we need, including a refrigerator in the kitchen and in the garage. We love the large amount of room for dining, both inside and out. The bedroom/bathroom space is perfectly sized and everything is so nice and clean. There are plenty of fun water "toys" to use including a canoe, two kayaks, a water board, flotation devices, life vests, and lots more. We stayed at this property last June and plan to come back next summer as well. I highly suggest renting this property. You will enjoy!

Brought in 10 high school friends from 1975 from Denver. Loved our time here.

We enjoyed the fire pit, the kayaks, and just being together. However, the showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Mildew was all along the edges.

Nice house good location the Beach and Boating area was very nice. The Property owner very accommodating when I needed to add a nights stay and responded to my emails quickly. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family.

We had a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. Well equipped. Beach area was great for the kids (and the adults). Lots of water gear/toys. The firepit was great for the mandatory evening S'mores/ marshmallow fest.

Great house - great amenities and we had a wonderful time. Looked like maybe the housekeeper left before she/he was completely finished - we had some things to clean, but the property was a perfect location and we had a blast on the lake! Thank you!

We enjoyed everything about this property. It was very roomy for the 10 of us. Everyone enjoyed the beach and all the water toys. We would definitely consider renting this house again

This house and location are wonderful! It is a large home and fit my family (6 adults and 5 kids 4-8yrs) very comfortably. As other reviews have said, it does really come fully stocked! From the kitchen stuff, water toys, blankets, & towels etc. They provide everything for you. The extra fridge in the garage was great! The lake was great, we swam, fish, and used all the water toys. They had a lily pad, which the kids loved! The dock is great, but there are old wooden posts in the water that are hard to see. We just had to be careful we out little ones getting in and out of the water. We look advantage of the golf course and pool. Both are very nice and broke up our days nicely! We went Sun-Thursday and a lot of the restaurants/bars were closed on site. But that was fine, just would suggest checking on that as you plan your trip. This a a quiet community and very relaxing! Rules for the lake are 7am-5pm and you are not allowed to be outside after 10pm (including fire pit/deck). We were on a kids /family trip so that was fine for us, but it did take us off guard a bit. After the kiddos go to bed we do like to sit outside, but we followed all the rules to be respectful of this beautiful property! I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I can only image how great Innsbrook is on the weekend when everything is open and activities are going! The house was perfect and would go back!

This was the fourth time we've rented this property since 2016 for our family vacation. Its perfect for a large family. We hope to be back next year!

We had 8 adults and 9 kids ages 2-13, and this house was perfect. Nice lake with all swimming equipment supplied, plenty of life vests for all ages, kayaks, canoe and beach toys to enjoy the nice sand area. House has 2 complete living areas so kids could be separated when they wanted, with games and books - really well equipped, and very clean. 5 stars for a large family.

This was probably the best VRBO property at which we have stayed. It was all that was advertised and more. We had 11 family members of all ages there for our 50th. wedding anniversary celebration, and none were disappointed. Particularly fun was the fact that the fish practically jumped on to our hooks in a matter of seconds. We made great use of the lily pad and various boats, and had everything we need for our 4-night stay. The only minor complaint from everyone was that all of the beds were very, very firm. That being said, we would still book again, taking along memory foam toppers! The setting is beautiful, convenient, and peaceful. As a bonus, we loved watching all the wildlife. We are all very grateful to have been able to stay in this wonderful home.

This property suited our needs perfectly. It was just as pictured and even better! We had 10 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of room for everyone. We always search for a rental that can accommodate all of us around the dining table and this one was perfect, both inside and outside. LOTS of space for everyone to gather together for meal time and board games. We loved the 2 bedrooms on the main level, especially for my mother-in-law who has a hard time with steps. The bedrooms on the lower level were perfect for our adult children and one grandson. The kitchen was nice and spacious and had plenty of room with great appliances, dishes, and all we needed. The amenities were perfect, from the beach towels to the boat, kayak, fishing gear, life jackets, sand toys, you name it. There was plenty for everyone to do. The fire pit was also wonderful at night for s'mores. Lots of space, very clean and tidy, everything we needed was there. We couldn't ask for a better place. Everyone wants to come back again next year.

An ideal location for a few days with family. Even with cold temperatures, everyone enjoyed the convenience of being on the shore of a small, beautiful lake. The house came with all possible toys needed to enjoy the lake: paddle boards, kayak, canoe, life jackets, and floating platform. The living and dining area provided an expansive view of the lake and plenty of room for our family of fourteen. The deck, the dock with table and chairs, and the open fire pit provided lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. We appreciated the owner allowing us time for putting up birthday decorations before our daughter arrived. We recommend this place.

We stayed with four families with several older children. The house and yard were beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and the towels were plentiful. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!

We had a fabulous time celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday. Plenty of fun things to do right at the house: bird-watching, kayak/canoeing, fire circling, cooking. Everything you need is there. The house is the best-equipped VRBO I have experienced. We even went to a hiking trail nearby and toured their historic log cabin. Really a beautiful area and a great house for gathering. The house has an amazing location, beautiful views and is stocked with everything that we could need. I have never had a house so well stocked and had enough plates/glasses/silverware for all of us. So much space to spread out! A wonderful weekend!!

We stayed here during our kid's spring break. We have been in a virtual learning pod with 3 other families since August and this was our second trip to Innsbrook with everyone. We have 8 adults and 8 kids between all of us and each one of us loved the house. It was perfect for our group! It was fully stocked to easily cook for the entire group. All of the kid friendly dishes made meals with the group very easy. We did not have to worry the kids would break any dishes.The entire house was equipped for our large group. Plenty of seating indoor and out, which was wonderful! Plenty of life jackets in all sizes and a giant tub of sand toys. The extra fridge in the garage was perfect to store extra food and the adult beverages. The spaciousness of the made traveling with 16 people not seem confining.Lauri was very responsive and answered my long list of questions before our trip. As well as very helpful when we accidentally left a drawer filled with our son's clothes. We will most definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

For our first visit to Innsbrook, my parents, husband, kids and I celebrated a mini-spring break at Lauri’s home. The home is as advertised. We enjoyed the kayaks, fireplace and fire pit. The fishing was great. Lauri is obviously an experienced host as she has anticipated virtually all of your needs. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out. The kids enjoyed the lounge areas downstairs while the adults tended to linger by the fireplace and kitchen upstairs. With almost everything closed, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. My family left wanting to come back to Lauri’s house, the ultimate compliment. Thank you Lauri!

Have never renting a house with so much extra from plenty of silverware to solo many water toys. The family had a blast!!

We had a family vacation with 8 children and 8 adults and we LOVED this home!! It seriously has everything you need to keep everyone entertained and happy! Our family will definitely be coming back!! The owner was also very quick to respond with any questions I had before and during our stay. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

The house fit our needs perfectly for our annual "Girls" Trip. There were plenty of places to sleep. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock with our rafts in the water. And the large table/sitting area was perfect for our dice games in the evenings. We are hoping to come back next year.
