We loved the place, but never received the check-in process. I contacted the owner and was provided an alternative way to access the property. Extra toilet paper not found, no Kleenex available. We did love the place and would consider it again.

This was a very pleasant house. The kitchen had everything I could have wanted. The patio was very nice, we spent a lot of time out there. Very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Larry offers top of the shelf customer service as well as providing my family a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home to stay in every year when we have our annual family reunion. As long as we have family reunions here in Tri-Cities, I will make sure my family from out of town enjoys this beautiful home. Thank you Larry!!

The home was beautiful! Everything was great the beds were very comfy, the house was very clean, and the kitchen was a perfect size. Check in/out was so easy. Owner was very sweet and accommodating. Outdoor area was very nice, bbq grill was great. Owner left us a full propane tank. Would definitely stay here again.

We being in our 70's like the NO stairs! Bedrooms were real nice size and comfy beds! Larry the owner was sooo helpful to us old gals! So close to everything we needed!

This property was very clean and perfectly located for things our family needed to do while staying there. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and nice. The house was great,no problems what so ever.

We love this house! The layout is perfect for a large group—my mom was able to come for dinner with her walker and had no access issues ( no stairs) and my nieces were able to enjoy the fully fenced backyard while the adults relaxed and visited. Beds are very comfortable and the home is in great condition.

This home was more than ample to house a large family with all the comforts of home. We liked it so much we will be scheduling another stay next year. Can't say enough good things about this lovely property!

Our family loved this overall quiet neighborhood and home. Everyone received a spacious bedroom and their own bathroom during our two night stay. The padio out back was cozy to sit outside for chatting and playing “heads up.” Not knowing where we would be playing ball, we ended up about 15 mins from the sports complex. The home was for the most part clean (bathrooms can be tricky) and friendly. Mr. Larry was wonderful! Only had to call him once due to misunderstanding the Kevo keyless entry. I missed the message on how to open the door on the app, but Mr. Larry was super friendly and courteous, as it was our first time using that type of system. Would defiantly stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks again Mr. Larry!

From renting to communication before arrival, checking in and out was seamless. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling with a party.

This was perfect bc NO stairs to climb for 2 of 'em. Very comfortable, nice decor. Plenty of room even the bedrooms n the beds! Well stocked with supplies. Didn't use the patio area bc of the wind! Very close to many restaurants, stores, mall etc. And the owner was the best, very helpful!

Well taken care of, well stocked kitchen, definitely would stay here again.

This was the ideal home for this trip. Mom and dad are 89 and 85. We took them with us from Texas to Richland. WA to visit family and great grandkids. The house had plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and coffee pots. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

This rental property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but is very close to shopping. We cooked in several nights and they had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental if you want to see the tri-city area.

This property was basically pretty nice and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It could definitely use a little bit of upkeep though. The carpet in the master closet was dirty. I shouldn't find empty cheese wrappers and used zip ties on the floor. The squeegee in the master shower needs to be replaced as do some of the night lights. Our friends said the mattress in the second bedroom was horrible, so they moved to sleeping in the third bedroom. The vertical blinds on the patio door were so hard to operate that the cord broke. Looking at how frayed it was, it obviously has been that way for a while. The front yard looks nice, but the back yard could use some maintenance. Especially the planter beds.

What a wonderful house to stay in. It had all the amenities anyone could ask for. I definitely would book it again!

Larry was so easy to work with. We had adults from several different families in town and this house was perfect for them. Bathrooms for each bedroom was so appreciated. They told me other than being a bit dated it was a great place to stay. I was so happy to find a place near to us and near to all the shopping and dining areas. Thanks again for the ease of use, and the quick response to all inquiries.

We were sad to leave this oasis away from home. The house was immaculate, equipped with anything you would want or need. Easy access to highways for craft shopping and dinners out. We will be back.

The home’s three bedrooms and bathrooms were great for the five of us during our stay. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked and offered all the amenities of home. Larry was very accommodating and he obviously works hard to ensure guests enjoy his home.

There were 3 different couples occupying this home and yet we were never in each others way. Everything we needed was on board and it was beautifully decorated.

First let me say the owner was extremely responsive which is a plus when renting a house. The kitchen was well stocked and great for preparing meals. The patio was a nice respite for a relaxing afternoon and evening drink. There are 3 complete bedrooms and bathrooms which make it nice for couples and plenty of linens. There is plenty of parking and 3 TV's so that everyone can watch what they want with enough overall space that everyone is not bumping into each other. The living room is large enough to visit comfortably. The couch in the living room was nice and firm which made sitting easy for us old folks. This is a relatively modern house in a nice quiet neighbor hood. The house is located close to shopping (less than 2 miles) with many restaurants and a Costco close by. I highly recommend this house if you are in Richland, largely because the owner is very caring and wants his guests to have an enjoyable experience. There was one small downside--the mini-master bed was extremely noisy which caused our friends to leave a day earlier because they could not sleep due to the constant creaking and extremely soft mattress on the bed. The other beds are great. The laundry room is large, with a utility sink and any supplies you need to wash clothes etc. However, the dryer is very slow to dry anything (takes over 90 minutes to dry a load). If we are ever in Richland, we would definitely stay at Larry's house again. Like I said, a caring owner is everything!!! Thanks Larry.

The home is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the barbecue and comfortable furniture on the backyard patio for our summertime visit. We’re definitely planning to book a stay and make more fun family memories.
