We had a great time st Larrys place. Had a little snafu getting in, but Larry quickly helped us get in.
We were amazed by all the amenities and the place was spotless.
We appreciated being able to use the garage.. it was really hot and the air conditioning was fabulous.
Thanks again, Larry, we will be back

Everything was just perfect, as advertized, easy check in, perfect location beautiful neighborhood.

The property was great. Lots of room for five of us. Well appointed with all our cooking and visiting needs. Back patio was great. Property is close to the river, shopping, and entertainment in the area. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We had the good fortune of booking this home for our stay. The location is great, on a quiet street away from traffic. Loads of space and very well appointed. We would definitely book here again for our next stay in Richland.

We truly enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean with great showers. The kitchen fully stocked and the patio perfect for a big group. We would love to stay here again the next time we play tennis in Tri-Cities.

Great bargain! The house was great, very comfy and spacious. It had just about everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and quiet. The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

We always rent this property for our daughter and her large family when we have our annual family reunion. This property is super clean and super nice with enough sleeping arraignments for a family of eight. The patio is very comfortable and cool during the dog days of summer. The owner, Larry Davis is a super cool guy that will work with you with any special needs that you may have. Five stars for Larry and his beautiful home!!

We loved the place, but never received the check-in process. I contacted the owner and was provided an alternative way to access the property.
Extra toilet paper not found, no Kleenex available.
We did love the place and would consider it again.

This was a very pleasant house. The kitchen had everything I could have wanted. The patio was very nice, we spent a lot of time out there. Very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience
Larry offers top of the shelf customer service as well as providing my family a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home to stay in every year when we have our annual family reunion. As long as we have family reunions here in Tri-Cities, I will make sure my family from out of town enjoys this beautiful home. Thank you Larry!!

The home was beautiful! Everything was great the beds were very comfy, the house was very clean, and the kitchen was a perfect size. Check in/out was so easy. Owner was very sweet and accommodating. Outdoor area was very nice, bbq grill was great. Owner left us a full propane tank. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this place
We being in our 70's like the NO stairs! Bedrooms were real nice size and comfy beds! Larry the owner was sooo helpful to us old gals! So close to everything we needed!

We love this house! The layout is perfect for a large group—my mom was able to come for dinner with her walker and had no access issues ( no stairs) and my nieces were able to enjoy the fully fenced backyard while the adults relaxed and visited. Beds are very comfortable and the home is in great condition.

The home was for the most part clean (bathrooms can be tricky) and friendly. Mr. Larry was wonderful! Only had to call him once due to misunderstanding the Kevo keyless entry. I missed the message on how to open the door on the app, but Mr. Larry was super friendly and courteous, as it was our first time using that type of system. Would defiantly stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks again Mr. Larry!

This home was more than ample to house a large family with all the comforts of home. We liked it so much we will be scheduling another stay next year. Can't say enough good things about this lovely property!

This was perfect bc NO stairs to climb for 2 of 'em. Very comfortable, nice decor. Plenty of room even the bedrooms n the beds! Well stocked with supplies. Didn't use the patio area bc of the wind!
Very close to many restaurants, stores, mall etc. And the owner was the best, very helpful!

Traveling with elderly parents.
This was the ideal home for this trip. Mom and dad are 89 and 85. We took them with us from Texas to Richland. WA to visit family and great grandkids. The house had plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and coffee pots. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
