This was a great place to stay. Owners were very easy to deal with. House was perfect. The golf course was good. It was great being able to keep vehicle in the garage. The swimming pools in the area wer very nice..

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was spotless when we arrived. Everything was just as stated in the online listing. Rick and Paula answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for the use of your home.

This was a wonderful trip and the home was perfect for us. Loved the big back yard, patio, hot tub and grill. Garage was large and open to use to for our cars and bikes. Drove to Usery Mtn and San Tan Regional Parks to ride mountain bikes. Also did Scottsdale eBike tour which was worth the trip. Barleen’s shows were great as well. The golf course and pools where a 1/2 mile away and very nice as well.

Great Home in a very nice neighborhood. Close to golf and pools
This was a wonderful trip and the home was perfect for us. Loved the big back yard, patio, hot tub and grill. Garage was large and open to use to for our cars and bikes. Drove to Usery Mtn and San Tan Regional Parks to ride mountain bikes. Also did Scottsdale eBike tour which was worth the trip. Barleen’s shows were great as well. The golf course and pools where a 1/2 mile away and very nice as well.

Had all we needed to enjoy 5 weeks, acting as a 'central base' to go explore AZ - from Green Valley, Show Low, Apache Trail, Phoenix, Flagstaff, Sedona, GC, Page. It also gave the kids lots of fun things to do on our down days - swim, playgrounds, hot tub, Mansel Carter Oasis Park in Queen Creek.

We had a great stay. The home was lovely and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house had everything we needed. Nice patio with hot tub and golf course views. We enjoyed the sunsets on the patio. Excellent choice.

Very clean and well decorated
House was very well maintained, clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Neighborhood was quiet and a nice area to walk or bike. Having groceries and eateries close by was a plus. Would definitely recommend this rental house, Rick and Paula were very nice to work with.

Felt like home!
My husband and I spent two weeks at this lovely house and it truly felt like home. Never have we stayed in a rental that has been so thoughtfully equipped and decorated for guests. We had visiting relatives for part of our stay and the home was spacious for four or more, giving plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. If we were ever to return to the Phoenix area, we would definitely stay here again !

Very Nice Property ... comfortable and well furnished
Property is fairly new and in very nice condition. Much nicer than a condo my friends rented. Enjoyed the backyard hot tub nearly every evening. Places I recommend visiting are the Olive Mill and the San Tan Regional Park. Lots of cactus and trails are fairly flat.
Quiet neighborhood. Community Golf course and swimming pools if you enjoy those activities.

Great place to stay!!!
This house is very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It is exactly as described and photographed. The owner's have it very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if ever in the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent quiet property and close to everything!
This is an excellent place with great owners!
I stayed two weeks and it is very convenient to stores restaurants etc. Even the little sushi restaurant down the road was excellent.I look forward to visiting next year and thanks again to Rick and Paula.

A great place to stay in the San Tan Valley
This was a great little place to stay in the warm desert sun! It was quiet, clean and had plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy meals with our grandkids. We will be back, for sure! A great big thank you to the Epps for allowing us to stay here! Terri and Claud from Black Forest, Colorado

Lovely Vacation Home
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely San Tan Valley home. The home was as good as it looked in photos--a relief when booking online! The furniture, including the beds, were very comfortable and the home was well-appointed with everything we needed for our time there. We took advantage of the Schwinn bikes and the hot tub many mornings and evenings. Paula and Rick were very nice to work with and answered any questions we had very promptly.
The variety of activities in and near San Tan Valley and the Phoenix-Mesa area in general make it the premier go-to winter getaway.

Beautiful Home in Sunny AZ
We stayed in Paula and Ricks beautiful home for 2 weeks. It was everything advertised and more. Everything about the home is comfort and relaxation. They have stocked it with all you will need and more. They were great to deal with from booking the home to answering all questions we had. If you rent this vacation home you will not be disappointed! Hopefully we will be back to the area to stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!
This home was awesome! This is a place where all you need to bring is your personal items! We enjoyed the hot tub, the bikes, the wonderful beds and the back yard. Doug and I hiked the beautiful San Tan Mountains Regional Park (just 15 minutes away) a number of times, we walked the neighborhood (where we felt completely safe), we swam at the Johnson Ranch pools and enjoyed watching the backyard bloom. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home to relax in and enjoy.

Fabulous Property!!!
I really want to thank Richard and Paula for such a great place. Our stay was wonderful. The house is decorated beautifully and was well cared for. It was a treat to have a garage to park in and they were immediately available via telephone for any questions we had. We loved the hot tub. We felt extremely safe there and the entire house was well organized and provided everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or the owners to anyone.

Great stay in the San Tan Valley
We had a great stay in a very clean well equipped home. The house and the yard exceeded our expectations. It made our six week stay very enjoyable. The owners Rick and Paula were friendly and accessible. No need to look anywhere else! Highly recommended!!
