Perfect property in a perfect location for an enjoyable vacation. The owners, Joanie and Bob , are terrific, and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy their lovely home! We will return!

We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Joanie was beyond helpful and wonderfully friendly. The home is right on the beach which was amazing. The kitchen actually has quality cookware, knives and baking and serving dishes! Plus so many staple pantry items. There were tons of beach accoutrements and lots of fun games for the rainy days. The second story media area with coffee bar makes for a great grown-up get-a-way. It was the perfect set up for our family, we won't visit SGI unless we can stay at Oceans 1116!

The only thing this place is missing for fun is you. The home is well stocked and prepared for visitors. Kitchen is modern and has enough quality cooking and serving items for the capacity of the house. There are beach towels for the group, beach chairs for everyone, a beach tent (not my SEC school, but wonderful shade all the same), paddle boards for the older kids, floats. The two sitting areas allow everyone to be together and then some private space. Bathrooms are wonderfully prepared. The layout of bedrooms accommodates everyone's schedule. Owners are a delight to work with from the start. There to welcome us, answer questions, and make sure how they could be reached at anytime during our stay. Sending a welcome packet before we arrived was an added surprise and helped plan some activities. It's a great place to come again and again to get away from it all, with all the details of a great house.

Our family has been going to Florida for a number of years. This was the best year and the best house! The grandchildren ( 21 and 16) loved being so close to the beach. They were able to come and go with no worries. There were plenty of chairs, beach towels and beach floats and supplies. The house was just a real treasure. The kitchen was modern and was fully equipped. Any dish, utensil or pan was available which made meal preparation easy. All the extra touches made us feel at home and our week was wonderful. The owners are very responsive and they went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. I can't imagine any problems but should something come up I'm sure it would be handled immediately. This house was a perfect fit for our family and we have already reserved our week for next summer! Our week was so great we all hated to leave. Looking forward to next year!!!!!
