Overall this property is all what we expected!

This place was perfect for my wife and I celebrating our 35th anniversary. 1.5 blocks from Broadway and next to Printers Alley. Nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Small store 2 minutes away for groceries and beverages. Highly recommend for two people!

Found out I can book a lot cheaper through them directly! And 4th night free!

Everything was exactly as advertised. We really liked the location.

Property was amazing.. so close to everything .. that was the perfect part of it.. even though we knew about roof project, it wasn’t supposed to go into the weekend.. it went every morning/day from Wednesday-Saturday. WiFi was iffy at best, lost connection on our phone and couldn’t get it to connect on TV. Would recommend different pillows (I know, it sounds like a nit pick, but made it difficult to sleep). Again, place was cool and location was INCREDIBLE! Just a few minor things.

Was exactly as stated and very close to downtown

First time to Nashville and it did not disappoint.

Comforter on bed was not clean. TV unable to find a connection to watch a movie.

Property is in great location. Communication was excellent in terms of getting in bldg and checking out. My only comment would be to push back checkout time to 1100 am.

We had such a great stay! Centrally located, easy to find, easy to access, and really lovely. Late night music in Printers Alley was just steps from our door, and just a couple blocks from so many great venues. Highly recommended!

This is a great property in an excellent location. Awesome live music at Alley Taps in the basement. Looking forward to coming back.

Located very close to the action

As pictured, no surprises. Very close. Ryman less than one block, mid Broadway 2 blocks, Bridgestone 3 blocks. Good security and we had normal city noise. Building itself was quiet. Admin was responsive. We'll be back and likely stay here again. Can't think of an reason to look further.

This was a great condo for our group of 3 girlfriends for our long weekend in Nashville. Very secure, clean, great communication from the property management. The location is really ideal! Printers Alley is very cool, an unexpected surprise for us. Just a couple blocks off Broadway, and walking distance to the Hall of Fame. Great spot!

Excellent

If you have come to Nashville to spend time on Broadway, this is THE place. Check in and out were a breeze and communication with the property managers was great. All the amenities were excellent, but the key to this property is the location. Being two blocks from some of the best music on the planet makes this place a steal. Lots of restaurants in the capital area and another two blocks from the Cumberland River Greenway are two more great reasons to stay here. All in all a superb stay.

Great location and layout, however the bed sheets were cheap and dirty, including some old bloodstains on comforter (it had been washed and dried, many, many times I'd say). Pillows were old and uncomfortable, as was mattress. Wine glasses in cupboard were dirty when we took them down. Toilet is loose and bangs into wall when you sit down. WiFi was unusable most of the day evening, Living room dimmer switch over sofa does not work. Layout is really cool, location is awesome, this place needs some TLC like a new mattress and better bedding, and a secure toilet. And the WiFI has to be upgraded. A better sofa would be a nice upgrade as well. Access in and out/communication was very easy.

My group thoroughly enjoyed staying in this loft! It is so close to all the action on Broadway and an easy walk to most everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch!) and we loved having a full kitchen to eat breakfast in before we went out for the day. The bathroom set up was great - one person could be showering in a separate room while others were getting ready at the same time. So much more roomy than a hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived early and found a luggage storage place that was just a few blocks away which enabled us to start exploring Nashville prior to check-in time. Check-in was extremely easy and felt very safe with the door/elevator codes. Host was very quick to respond with any questions I had prior to arrival and did not need any assistance after arriving. A Starbucks nearby was an added bonus.

This is our second time staying in this building and is a great place, easy walking distance to everything!

Clean, Enough room for 2 people, Modern and Music feeling interior, and the best point is close from everything! We enjoyed stay there!!

Professionally managed room. Detailed instructions that obviously were made throughout the years. It’s that way to go if you love the downtown

The loft was 1-2 blocks from honky tonk central which made it very easy to get anywhere downtown. There was quite an incline so may not be great for some folks. Overall had no major issues but keep in mind the walls are semi thin and you can hear your neighbors (we heard the tv on loud in the unit next door) and there appears to be a lounge space in the basement where we could hear a band playing late one night. So if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

This was convenient to parking garage, somewhat of a hassle getting in and out with all the combination locks... Getting the trash out was something else...Don't understand with the fees charged why this wouldn't have been taken care of. Being fined for not taking the trash to a dumpster? Never in any other VRBO did we had to do this. Overall it served us well with the exception of it being extremely noisy with people partying till the wee hours. We finally had to ask them to tone down at 3:00 am in the morning.

This was the perfect rental for our stay in Nashville. Everything about the process was easy. The location was excellent and the place was clean and bright. We would absolutely stay here again during our next trip to Nashville.

Satellite TV was a pain. Would go in and out too much. Other than that, I would highly recommend the loft. Can't beat the location.
