We really loved our stay in this condo on satellite beach. Pool was also fantastic, clean and well maintained. Amenities and location were also great. Very close to tons of activities and restaurants while fat enough to not have crowds. Don’t think we have ever stayed this close to the ocean even when other condos too have been right on the beach! We will definitely consider coming back. Just a couple of minor/easy suggestions to make this a 10 out of 5 property: 1) Replace drip coffee maker with a Keurig. At a minimum have some filters for the particular coffee maker in the condo 2) stock more paper products when stay is longer than 5 days for a family of 4 (toilet paper, paper towels etc) 3) replace mattress and remove foam topper in master bedroom. While not uncomfortable, it wasn’t very comfortable either. And the fitted sheet would not stay on if even one person got in the bed, let alone 2. That’s it. Everything else was simply perfect. Thank you!

Weather was great…beach was outstanding, was very disappointed in condition of condo. Not very clean, not well appointed in the kitchen area, and the mattress on the king bed should be thrown out!! Have VRBO’ing for 4 years now and this was the worst experience condo wise we have encountered.

The unit was great! Emma was amazing....will definitely stay again and highly recommend stayincocoabeach.com!!!

The location is fabulous, and the view from the balcony is incredible. The neighbors were very nice--everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. The worn out furniture in the living room and the TERRIBLE mattress on the master bed were our only complaints. Updating these items would make this a 5-star stay!!

Very nice area, quieter than Gulf side with much less traffic on the roads and beaches. Will be back!

It's not just called „Paradise Beach Club“, it's a paradise. We liked especially the interior design and viewed. We did not miss anything.

I had a very enjoyable time at this lovely place. It is conveniently located next to stores, a fabulous sidewalk and the dog beach was a short drive away. I’m looking forward to going back.

My husband and I just love coming to the Paradise Beach Club! We have Been there three times this summer with a different condo each time. All have been clean and well stocked with items that you need for the beach.The beach and pool are so relaxing! The most important thing is you can can bring your fur baby with you!! There are two dog parks on site for them also. Love love love this place!

Overall we had a good stay! You cannot beat the amazing location of this property and fantastic balcony views. We had a couple issues early in our stay like water leaks and roaches, but the Property manager was quick to resolve all our problems and easy to contact. Just a quick note, the mattresses are hard as rocks. It's truly like sleeping on plywood...all 3 of them. So if you have a bad back like mine, this may not be the place for you. Also the kitchen supplies are in short supply. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children, so we did fair amount of home cooking while we were there. There are are no baking dishes, spatulas etc. So make sure to bring all that with you or buy disposable at the store.

Fantastic proximity to the ocean! About as close as you can get without getting wet! Very clean! No sand grit, salt film, etc. Location was just remote enough to be out of the congestion and traffic but still close enough to things.

Highlights: property manager was responsive and easy to work with re: initial VRBO reservation. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful (5 stars here). Unit was clean and had everything we were expecting. The pool was clean and warm. The view was lovely. Our suggestions are: The grounds could be improved. ..The “yards” are weeds/dirt and the walkways could use a daily sweeping. The maintenance staff ran loud weed walkers at 7 am and woke us up (this we found frustrating. There must be a better time for this). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had an excellent experience going through HomeAway. Our condo was really nice, exactly as advertised. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beautiful view of ocean from living room and master bedroom. Appliances clean and in working order. Hope to use HomeAway again!

This condo was nicely decorated, but the kitchen was a huge disappointment. We visit local restaurants a couple times during our week long stay, but the rest of our meals are in the condo. This kitchen was lacking - no salt & pepper, no cooking oil, no coffee filters, no napkins, no casserole dishes, no storage containers, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap. These are all things we've found stocked in other rentals over the years. There was a cork screw, so we did get wine! We are both over 6 foot tall, so the "low to the ground" couches were uncomfortable for us. The queen bed in the MBR was adequate, but a change of sheets would have been nice. The unit also has NO ceiling fans, so it was very stuffy unless the air/heat was running - bring your own fan.. There are barking dogs and loud kids in the pool, so if you want quiet, this is not the place. We spent time on the beach - which was gorgeous and just steps from the condo. Not 5 star for the price, but nice enough!

It was relaxing; however the secondary bathroom/toilet apparently wasn’t cleaned properly. It had poop and toilet paper stuck to the inside of the bowl. We did not use that bathroom. I thought all the appliances, dishes and silverware (dollar store type) were cheap and flimsy. The spoon bent and nearly broke when scooping ice cream. There definitely could have been more utensils available and better silverware. We were very unhappy with the thermostat being locked down at 72 degrees and had to purchase a fan for the bedroom. There were also several areas on the wall, ceiling and kitchen cabinets in disrepair. The cabinets were taped together in several areas. I understand that a washer and dryer was available for “community use”, but I prefer 1 in my unit. Definitely an “old” dvd player.The best part was the balcony and I spent most of my time there.

Relocating to Melbourne Beach and needed a place to Live/Work for 40 days, and the condo was perfect - centrally located, and loved the ocean/pool. We had a small issue day 1, and it was rectified Day 1. Thanks Steve & Sandy

Nice property with easy beach access and a nice pool. Plaza across the street for everything may need: Publix, Dollar General, Pizza Hut, Chinese, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Dunkin, movie theater and more. Easy to work with! I would stay again.

What a wonderful place to get the family together and spend quality time. The rooms were excellent! We had the best time spent together. We are defintely planning to revisit and make it our yearly meeting place.

I was very happy with the condo. The kitchen and baths were updated and the furniture, including the bed, was very comfortable. I loved the built in bathroom nightlights over the toilets. I’ve never slept so close to the ocean. This is the place to go if you love the sound of the waves. Publix and Dunkin Donuts right across the street.
