dirty floors, bright lights in my windows, property was building a retaining wall during my visit. lots of construction was going on

Only that i didn't notice there was not a public hot tub/spa. Not the hotel's fault though!

The beds were wonderful and comfy! Very clean rooms and beds! Loved the balcony view and the proximity to the beach. Lovely little strip of beach to stay on!

Loved the location, we loved being right on the beach! Beds were comfortable and great having the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella already there.

Had the typical FL bugs in the kitchen. Had no hot water the first night but called the next day and they came right away and fixed it!

Great location, nice decoration, direct ocean view from the dining room and the master bedroom

The sliding door in the dining room was impossible to open! We called the manager and they sent a technician who told us it could be replaced but it would require a lot of work and time, so we told him not to do it, but we don't understand how nobody noticed the problem before the room became available for us to stay. Also the outside pool shower was broken, nobody fixed it for a week, no way to take a shower before getting in the pool. The bathroom towels weren't so clean, we noticed a few spots from previous use.

USB and power chargers fir electronics in all rooms. Views from master and LR were awesome. Love the outdoor grill even though we didn't get to use it. Parking was great! Direct beach access. Pets welcome. Cable TV plenty of channels. Decor was pleasant. Citrus juicer was nice to have. Guest shower is great. We ended up using it after first day. Vacuum and broom in unit to keep up with sand that gets tracked in. Elevator. Beach towels, umbrella Beach chairs small cooler boogie boards available in room. We stayed first week in December and it was very quiet. No late night noise.

There are some items in need of repair. The vent on the microwave fell off and was laying in the floor when we came back one evening. My hubby is very handy and went to repair it and learned it was taped on. The pots pans and cooking utensils aren't the greatest. No cleaning products other than dish soap. Could have used on extra roll of TP and paper towels. Shower in master bath water runs out all over the floor. Had to use our towel rations to clean it up. Hair dryer needs replaced had burning smell.
