A really beautiful apartment with outside space. An excellent property that had everything we needed.

Had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is large, clean and modern and is in a great location only a few minutes' walk away from the centre of Lyme Regis. The facilities provided were excellent and little touches such as the tea/coffee/coffee machine etc were really appreciated. The host contacted us beforehand to arrange check-in which all went smoothly. Would recommend.

The apartment had been thoughfully decorated and equipped.

I use crutches to get around and I found the steps from the gate rather awkward, a hand rail would completely solve the problem. My abled bodied friend didn't find them the easiest!

Wonderful ground floor apartment. Modern facilities and well thought out layout. Had to go for the ground floor cos mum is 92 and, although she's recently taken up break dancing, she still finds it a struggle to climb stairs 😁. Very smart apartment with private off road parking and outside terrace/garden.

Well, this is being picky but to make it perfect I would; a) introduce a nest of tables in the lounge b) improve the bedding (pillows are very soft and squashy, feel very cheap). Duvets are very average. c) have the cleaner dust horizontal surfaces such as the window blinds and the bars on the towel rail in the bathroom. Easy fix 😁 d) no plug sockets in the hall from the lounge entrance all the way to the bedrooms and bathrooms. That was a surprise. e) the garden gate needs some attention. Doesn't close/lock properly. f) surprised there's no balustrade on the concrete stairs at the garden exit. That's an accident waiting to happen. There are thousands of wonderful points about this apartment - I would highly recommend it irrespective of my picky points above. Well done.

A green fleece jacket and a local paper were left on the table and when we came in, it was what we saw first. It made us feel uneasy, as if someone was already there. We also were disappointed that for the price, there was not a bit of milk in the fridge…

Very clean and bedding etc. was top end quality. Far better quality than I would buy for a holiday let to be fair. 2 bathrooms too. Fantastic.

The apartment is in a good location only a short distance from the town centre. It was very well equipped including a dish washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a washing machine. The bathrooms were stylish and well-decorated.

The only down side was that the apartment was on the ground floor so, despite it being on View Road, it was almost impossible to see the sea. The view was mostly of the tops of other houses.
