Great location, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Was also quiet and private. The host, Sheena fabulous as well. Very accommodating with our enquiry. An easy 10 minute walk into town too!
Nothing really, although along with the other reviews, the actual moving the car into the parking area (which was fine) was a bit tight and took a few attempts to get into the right position to park.

Everything was great. Lovely quiet location next to the river and a 10 minute stroll to the beach/ town centre. Beautifully decorated and well equipped throughout. Very clean. Lovely garden with chairs and tables for eating in the sun. Couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, with parking ( a real bonus in Lyme Regis). Very clean. Beautifully decorated. and lovely Riverside walks. I shall miss the really pretty walk into town.
Larger cars may struggle to park, my Kia Venga was fine though.

The location was excellent. Peaceful but really close with an easy (flat!) Walk into Lyme. The place was exceptionally clean. Really appreciated the welcome gift.
Probably a personal thing, but we found the sofa was uncomfortable. As expected and fairly warned parking was tight.

We loved how cosy the place was. We loved the aesthetic style of the place. We liked the short walk following the river to the town centre. Our host was happy to accommodate a change to our booking at the last minute AND contacted us during our stay to let us know we didn't need to rush off on our last morning as the property wasn't due to be filled until a later date, we really appreciated this. We appreciated bits left in the fridge for us on our arrival, 'proper' coffee (!) and logs and kindling ready to light a cosy fire

wifi logged you out overnight, which was annoying as lack of mobile signal. Metal toaster gets extremely hot to the touch

The location was perfect just a short walk to my Sister's new place, great there was a parking space and the property was furnished to a very high standard.
Everything had been thought of with regards to Kitchen equipment, everyday basics and it was a lovely touch with the Christmas tree really home from home.
Very minor but I would have like the water to be slightly hotter for a shower, I do tend to like it hot and the others found it ok for them.
Other than that Homestead is faultless

Location is great. Lovely walk into town. Homely and comfortable, well equipped parking is really useful as difficult to come by in lyme
Garden needs a little tidying but didnt distract from us enjoying our stay

Lovely accommodation. Had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated being left some basic household stuff (paper towels, kitchen foil, washing up liquid etc). We really enjoyed it!
Only slight issue was parking was a bit tricky. Might be helped if hedges could be trimmed back a little if possible.

Lovely property and so close to the river walk. All the facilities you need including a washer dryer! Worth every penny.

We loved everything about our stay at Homestead.
The location is perfect because it’s lovely and quiet yet close enough to walk into Lyme along the river.
The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Our only negative comment is the sofa and chairs in the lounge aren’t very comfortable to sit on apart from that everything else was perfect.
