The pictures in the listing were accurate. Everything we needed was supplied for the kitchen. It was a end condo so we had extra windows for viewing the beach which was nice ! My only suggestion would be to replace or fix the outdoor balcony chairs. They are made of pvc pipe and one of the pipes broke while my daughter was sitting in it. Other than that the stay was excellent ! I will definitely consider Summerlin when I’m the destin area again !!

We’ve found our favorite beach home at Summerlin! This complex was nice and small which our family needed. Our son has special needs so we didn’t want a huge place. Unit 101 was perfect for our family of four! Could not believe how big it was. The view was amazing. The description and pictures were completely accurate. No surprises at all. If I had any recommendations it would just be to change some things to make it more kid friendly (light fixture over the kitchen table, some decor) I’d also love a Keurig! However, those are minor suggestions. We are already planning on returning! Had a wonderful time!

There are few units, the beaches are not crowded and the property is great. We loved the condo but there were a few items I would definitely update being the cookware and living room sofa and love seat. The hide-a-bed was horrible. This condo is at a great location and the condo itself was great. We didn't let uncomfortable living room furniture slow us down. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

The place looks just like the pictures. It could use some updates. Parking inside is very small and difficult to get a van pulled in. Ok for a compact car. Pictures of balcony is deceiving. It is smaller than portrayed. Have to get beach chairs every morning, they will not reserve for you even though it is paid for by the owners.

The only problem we had was that there was a leak coming from the A/C closet later in the week. We called and the maintenance man came and said it was humidity and turned on the humidifier and said we should be fine. We were gone all day on Saturday and before we left on Sunday morning it had leaked all in our master closet getting everything wet including our luggage. That kind of made us unhappy. I did report it again but it was too late to help us.

Nice property but not great for people with small children. Lots of glass, carpet under dining room table, paint chips on floor in bedroom.
