This condo was very clean and cozy. Big enough for our 11 family and friends. We loved and enjoyed our stay. The host Mr Sal was very friendly and attentive to his guess. We had fun and would definitely recommend this place to stay. When ever I’m in Myrtle Beach I will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mr Sal for making your home our home away from home!

This is our 4th time renting this unit. It is absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed. From start to finish everything is always perfect. Sal is excellent, always there to help in need of anything. The view is priceless. Please do not hesitate to spend some time in this 4 bedroom home away from home!!!

Sal made the check in process very easy and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. The pictures don't do this place justice and it was just enough space for my family of 8 adults to have space to be all together and have space for alone time.

This is our second stay with this host in this condo and he is wonderful. We actually got to meet him this time and he kindly helped us get our things up to our condo and even gave us a tour of his other condo in the building. We will be back to stay again and we even plan to try the higher unit next time. Either one is great so stay here and enjoy the privacy of 4 beds, 4 baths, it’s really incredible!!!! Great location, central to everything, great views, and the peace of mind that your host is on top of things!!!

This was our 2nd year celebrating the New Year
at Barefoot Marina!!! Condo is absolutely perfect and in pristine condition. The view from the balcony breath taking. I could sit out there for days. Everything is perfect. Sal is a fabulous and courteous owner. Do not hesitate at all booking your Mrytle Beach getaway here!!!! You will not be disappointed.

We really loved the area and the property we stayed at. Beautiful pool, great views from the deck, and plenty of room in a very clean condo. The property owner responded quickly with any questions I had and even reminded us to watch the fireworks (which were spectacular) right from our balcony. We will definitely visit again!

Me and a family of 10 stayed here and had plenty of room to do whatever. It looked just like the picture. This place is absolutely gorgeous....especially the views. You are close to dining, shopping and the beach. Mr Salvatore was so attentive ( our host)...that was a big plus! Will definitely be coming back!!!!!!!

Fabulous Ending to 2021!!!
Our New Year’s get away was fantastic. Barefoot Yacht Villa 1 is the perfect location for any type of get away. The 4 bedroom unit exceeded our expectations. The pictures on VRBO capture the entire unit so well, but I’m person it is even better. So clean and fresh. Everything was perfect from the Kureg machine to Air Fryer microwave combo. Beds comfortable and cozy. The views were amazing.- from the 3 balconies Sal was professional and available for questions.
Please do not hesitate to book this unit. No issues at all. We will be back.

Graduation golf trip
Took my son and some friends down to North Myrtle Beach for his college graduation present. Great Villa, perfect location, and Sal was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a family vacation
Spacious condo on 8th floor with amazing views of the water and boats. We couldn't have imagined a better place for a family vacation and the owner, Sal, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Let me start off by saying, GREAT place, GREAT location and GREAT HOST! We went with a family of 10. We had plenty of room and best of all each room had its own full bath. The kitchen, dining room and living room area were spacious. The view from all 3 balconies …BEAUTIFUL. You will not be disappointed with staying here!
Now let’s talk about the host….he is GREAT. Very responsive and reachable when you need him. We would definitely go back and stay in this condo.
((Oh, fireworks are every Monday at Barefoot landing and all you do is sit on the balcony and watch a great firework show))

Beautiful Condo
Salvatore made this vacation seamless! The condo was spacious and equipped for all of our needs. The view was spectacular and the pool was very close and relaxing.

We are not hard to please as long as it is clean. Freezer needs fixed and it needs some more forks

Great getaway
We stayed over the 4th and absolutely loved it. Easy access to the pool, short drive to the beach (there is a shuttle available), and kid friendly. We watched the fireworks from the balcony on the 4th and there was also a show on the 5th, great view!
The only downside were all the extra fees through Vrbo which totaled almost $1k on top of the rate per night.

Great place to stay!
This condo worked out perfectly for our golf getaway week--it's so spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Nice views from the balcony as well, and the owner was very accessible in the event we had any questions or concerns. Would have no hesitations recommending this condo to others--hope to return next year ourselves!

Spring Break
This condo is exactly what is advertised/pictured and is beautiful. It was spacious enough for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids). We had a last minute change of our dates and Sal (owner) was more than willing to work with us. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. I really can’t say enough about how perfect this place was! The pool was awesome and kids spent hours there. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great spring break week spend with friends!
