We had a great stay at Casa Sailfish. The house was spacious and worked well for couples. Interior of house felt clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space including the pool. The exterior of the house could use some love. The lawn desperately needed a mow, the outdoor furniture cushions were stained and some dirty/moldy areas around front door and back patio.

This home was a perfect for our family of ten. We had infants- adults who had to work on their laptops. There was space for everyone. A short walk to the beach and Commercial street made the location perfect.

Very clean and comfortable and the layout is perfect for keeping an eye on the pool in case of accidents.

The house is perfect for family fun in the sun. Close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. We walked to the beach almost everyday - and thank you for providing umbrellas and a trolley to make the walk there enjoyable as well! All in all a perfect house in a perfect area.

Walking distance to the beach but my kids really enjoyed the pool all day! I will definitely go back there next year. The place is very clean and spacious.

This is our second year in a row and it felt like home. The home was sparkling clean when we walked in and every single thing was as expected. We had a slight issue with a cabinet and maintenance was out the next day. We had a flight delay and were able to pay for extra time in the home which was an absolute blessing! The heated pool was so warm and great to end the day with the family. The neighborhood was nice and the location to the beaches was fantastic! We did lots of trips into the little downtown area of LBTS and enjoyed drinks, dining and live entertainment was so much fun. You won’t be disappointed if you book Casa Sailfish. Side note, if this house ever goes up for sale, we’d be interested!

I Had Minimal Complaints Like The Pool Not Being Heated Upon Arrival Due To Miscommunication, A Dirty Bathtub & A Funny Smell But Aside From Those The Property Is Beautiful & Comfortable.

Completely stocked house with everything needed to enjoy days at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon) or a day at the pool (house is stocked with pool towels and pool toys as well). Beach is 10 minute walk and you enter off A1A right before the SeaWatch restaurant. Having the private pool was amazing! Can’t say enough about this location, would definitely come back.

Thinking about renting this property? Just do it! The house layout was fantastic and allowed for privacy. The color scheme is bright and inviting. Property manager were a delight to work with and handled every request we had in an expedited fashion. The pool was a great added bonus and there were plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable. The location was fabulous! We walked to the beach and drove to LBTS downtown area as well as Pompano. We will definitely rent again! Thank you for making our stay amazing.

this air b&b is by far the best we've been to! it is beautifully decorated and feels cozy all around! the pool is the perfect size and we loved the heating option! wonderful kitchen and living space, as well as bedrooms/bathrooms. this is the first time i've been open to staying at a ranch house - it just makes it feel so much cozier!

Lovely house but needs a little attention to maintenance.

Great vacation spot. Renters should be told to expect unexpected visitors - iguanas! Most are small, but there were a few big ones - on the roof, in the trees, in the pool. Once some of the bushes were cut back, the problem was tolerable. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. Ten minute walk to the beach.

The property was a little run down and not as fresh as the pictures. My husband had to repair the freezer, grill and the toilets. All the burners on the stove were not working either. The outside furniture was worn out and dirty. Looks like the updates that occurred were pretty but no attention was paid to detail. We loved the location and private pool.

We had a wonderful time. The property manager was great. If we had any problems or questions they responded immediately. We would recommend the house and would love to return again.

My friends and I came down from Virginia to do a fantasy football draft which we set up outside by the pool. We enjoyed having the pool and the house was big enough to accommodate 10 adults. The neighborhood was quite. We had trouble finding direct access to the beach but we made it work. We had to uber to a lot of places but that is what we were expecting. We definitely recommend this place.

Everything about the property was as advertised and the pool was great! There is some walking involved to the beach and restaurants but there are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around so that can be avoided.

We enjoyed our stay but probably would not stay at this property next time. The house was very clean upon arrival and property management was very responsive! The pool area is the best part of this property and gets sun most of the day. The overhang and outdoor fans provide a break from the sun when needed. The kitchen is updated and has all the tools and utensils you'll need if cooking your own meals. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was nice. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is about a 12 minute walk from the home. Most restaurants (Lauderdale by the Sea) are about 2 miles away. There is one restaurant within a 10 minute walk. We Ubered/Lyfted most places. This home has been updated but there are parts of it that need fixed, especially for a home at this price! The ceiling in kitchen has 1'x1' spot of drywall that is falling down. Two of the bathroom showers do not have full doors and soak the floor with water every time. The couches are uncomfortable as you can feel the bars under the cushions. The worst part of this home is the sliding glass doors that provide access to the pool. They are old and do NOT open or close easily. Most times, two hands have to be used to move the doors. The children in our group struggled with this all week. I give this house 3 out 5 stars. It's a decent place with a great pool area. At this price, it does need a few more updates. The homeowner also might want to consider providing a couple of bycyles considering the location.

Vi var 2 familjer som hyrde huset en vecka. Huset var bra planerat. Kök, vardagsrum, sovrum och två av tre badrum var i bra skick. Det tredje badrummet var i sämre skick och kändes ofräscht. Huset generellt har nog sett sina bästa dagar, men kopplat till priset så var det mer än man får för samma pengar någon annan stanns. Det som sänkte omdömet från en fyra var att golven inte var rena när vi kom, samt att avloppet backade i två av badrummen med vatten över hela golvet, med en tillhörande avloppslukt på köpet. De kom och städade hela huset, vilket var smart och professionellt gjort.

Nice location for beach and Lauderdale by Sea. Spacious villa, nice bathrooms and good pool for our children to enjoy. Would stay again.

We were 4 adults and 3 children and have rented properties through VRBO numerous times. This property was very representative of the description. It was recently renovated and there was lots of room. It certainly met our needs & would rent it again. The rental office personnel were great to deal with. The pool and lounge area at the back of the house was perfect. Very sheltered yet sunny and the BBQ worked well. As can be the case sometimes the general cleanliness on arrival was lacking but that is due to cleaning contract personnel not the property. There was a lack of hot water in the bathrooms at far end of house. This may be due to the distance hot water has to travel, size of the tank, etc.This property would be 5 stars if the few items mentioned were corrected.
