We loved our stay!! The house was a perfect location to downtown, private backyard and pool, stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The house was enough room for our girls weekend! We can’t wait to book again!

We have been renting homes for 20+ years for our family of 8. This is one of the best we have stayed in. Owners have thought of everything . The kitchen has everything you need and the home is lovely. Highly recommend!

Loved it! The living areas were spacious and neat. The screened porch was where we spent a lot of time hanging out since the weather was chilly but we were still outside. Kevin was tremendous and always available if needed. Would stay there again.

Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. The porch was the favorite gathering place when not at the fabulous heated pool. The living room had a comfortable seating area for all. The location was perfect! Downtown, shopping, and restaurants are steps away. Our host, Kevin was easily accessible, accommodating and a joy to work with. We are already making plans to come back.

This property was such a great location within walking distance to the beaches and town. It was nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, tableware, cookware,etc. The pool was enjoyed by all of us! The property was clean and well supplied. Kevin was great to work with and readily available when needed. It was wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family. Located just a short walk into to town or to the beach, pier, lighthouse , etc. The pool was a great addition; the kids had a blast. SoHa is just so quaint and beautiful! The owner, Kevin, was super easy to work with. We would not hesitate to vacay here again!!

Awesome property two blocks from downtown. Pool was large and there was a large, screened in porch we used all the time. Well stocked and comfortable place for our group of 10 plus two little kids.

We had a perfect family vacation in this home. It was just as described. Plenty of room for 7 adults and two children. The pool was perfect and so much fun. We walked almost everywhere: downtown for shopping and restaurants, North Beach for sun and sand, down the pier to the lighthouse, saw the fireworks on the beach and even the Fourth of July parade ! So close we hardly used our cars. Highly recommend

Love this house!! We had a great stay in South Haven and Kevin was a great host. The backyard pool is amazing and a big hit with the kids. The house is basically around the corner from town so it was a quick walk to all our favorite restaurants and shops. The beach was also an easy 10 minute walk, even with the kiddos. Kevin was super accommodating and responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

It was our first time in South Haven and this house was perfect for our stay. Kevin, the owner was friendly, accessible and helpful in answering any questions we had in regards to the house, places to see or restaurants. Walking distance to town. We had a great time!

We had 3 couples that stayed and we had tons of room! All the appliances and fixtures are high end. The owner was great at communicating and was close by if we had any issues. The location was perfect for walking downtown or to the beach. The wineries were just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kevin!

Great Fall weekend getaway. This property was in the perfect location, close to town and South Beach. It was exactly as described and Kevin was very responsive. Thanks for the North Point hiking tip, the views were spectacular!

My family(which consisted of elderly parents, spouse, sisters, adult children and a host of grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our stay!..It's the perfect family gathering spot...with the pool being the highlight of the week! This property is close to town and the river and not far from the beach. It was a great location for our family.

This home in South Haven was perfect for our family group that ranged from 5 to 7 during our week's rental. We figured out how to share bathrooms with no problem. The house was well equipped and comfortable both for sleeping and lounging around (PS it has very fast wi-fi service). The only bed that's difficult for sleeping is the queen bed with a single suspended above it - it would be better if the single could be raised higher above the lower bed. So that room is best for children or tolerant adults. There are three dining tables, which is great: one in the dining room next to the kitchen, one on the screened porch and one next to the pool with a shade umbrella. Each is scaled for 6 large chairs but can be squeezed for 8 or 9 (the owner provides additional chairs - 2 folding and 2 side chairs - to supplement the main seating). Best of all, there's a very large in-ground swimming pool surrounded by attractive plants and flowers. Unlike some other reviewers, we found the pool to be plenty warm, during a week with some 82-degree days and a few 72-degree days. One of our nieces called it a "bathtub" but it was not quite that hot, just pleasantly warm. You just leave the pool covered overnight; it gets warm in the sunlight, then you roll back the cover and float to your heart's content! The pool was so great that our beach-loving family spent most of their time around the pool and barely visited the beach! And downtown is so close that there are many restaurant options. The large propane grill did a good job when we chose to cook at home. We'll be back!

My family stayed in this home in August during the Blueberry Festival. It was a great location where we could hear the music and walk to town in just 2 minutes! A walk to the beach wouldn't be bad, but with kids and their toys, it would have been hard to do. But, having a private pool and fenced in yard on the premises made it all worth while. The house was very clean upon arrival and the pool and yard were kept up by the owner. We never knew he was there since he would come in the morning while we were still sleeping. This location was very accommodating to 7 adults and 3 children. The kids especially loved being in the pool (which had its own pool toys and rafts, even suitable for kids), and they loved going to town since it was a short walk. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants the luxury of both downtown and beach. It was a great experience away from home!

This is a great house and location to enjoy all that South Haven has to offer. The house was clean and well equipped and the owner was helpful and stopped by during the week to clean the pool and care for the flowers. Everything was in walking distance - downtown South Haven shops, restaurants and the beach. It was great to have the pool to relax by - although it is not heated - we found it very comfortable if you kept the cover on when not in use. Would return to this house again if in the area.

Great location. Walking distance from most everything. Very clean house and in good working order. Pool was clean and clear as could be. The yard was landscaped beautifully and very well kept. The owner stopped and cleaned the pool a few times during our stay and was very accomodating. Quiet neighborhood - very relaxing site. I would highly recommend a visit.

Thehouse is in disrepair and it was very dirty by our standards. I spent 2hours cleaning the kitchen upon arrival so we could use it and put ourthings away. The pool is *NOT* heated and not usable for small kids.The pool was so cold our little one's lips turned purple after a fewminutes of swimming.
