Interesting mud brick house Nicely furnished. Gret views. Everything there and some nice surprises. Visited the Zoo and took drives and walks to lookouts and waterfalls.
Various lounge areas at the house allowed us to spend time with some family members and then time altogther.
Was a great space for our family.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Views on High. The house had all that we needed. The view was magnificant in peaceful neighbourhood. Easy drive into town and local attractions. The fire pit was a highlight for us. We had lots of birds visit and even kangaroos in the back yard! Thank you for complimentery chocolates milk and eggs. Pantry had a few of the essentials which was handy! We will surely visit again. Thanks again Fiona.

Brilliant location for a family and friends getaway. The photos don’t do the house justice and we had a great catch up over the weekend we stayed. Thoroughly enjoyed and will book again!

Fantastically and generously appointed with a quirky and personalised touch! Lots of extras: eggs, coffee pods, milk, all very thoughtful and appreciated. Great for our long awaited family getaway!

We were very pleased that we had chosen to stay at Views on High Road. The house was more spacious and comfortable than the photos indicated.
The house was very clean and well set up, perfect for our family that included small children.

Well laid out with separated zones for family groups. Nice fire that warmed the place. The kids loved watching the wallabies out the backyard. Will stay again.

Seriously stunning - pics do not do this place justice! So much more space than the pics will have you believe.
We absolutely loved our stay. The house has everything you need and more! The scenery is stunning in all directions and the kangaroos in the yard each afternoon were an added bonus.

Couples weekend away April 2022
Very lovely property. Very well equipped kitchen and great spaces inside and out to relax in the Grampians. We stayed as two couples. The master bedroom has a queen and ensuite. Other bedrooms are set up with double beds and single bunks so is perhaps better suited for families with kids/teenagers who need to spread out. There are two living areas and a separate sitting area so plenty of space indoors. Photos could be updated to better represent the property as we were really pleasantly surprised at how much better the place is physically than what is shown in the photos.

The high view
We had a pleasant stay on high view road. It was well equipped with kitchen necessities. We were surprised to see the complimentary eggs, chocolate and ice cream!

Weekend Getaway
This property is lovely and well located in the heart of Halls Gap. We loved the back yard and had the fire pit going - it was really great. Would definitely stay again

We self catered for the weekend, and trust me they had thought of everything in that kitchen. Neat tidy and very cosy with the fire in the background. Highly reccomended.

Rustic getaway, ideal for groups
We loved our stay at your house. The views, fire pit, fireplace, electric blankets, bed comfort & space around the house were definite highlights. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working well & we needed to resort to hand washing. Thanks for a warm & comfortable stay.

Cozy and great place.
The home is rustic yet cheerfully decorated, a hit with the teenagers. Kitchen was very well stocked; loved the coffee machine. A cozy place to be while holidaying in Grampians, with ample of 'private' space for the teenagers and adults - perfect for families. Highly recommended.

Fiona was lovely to deal with and even sent us texts to see we were OK when there was a huge downpour. The house is really thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d need. Very well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker with plenty of pods, tea, milk in the fridge and even complimentary eggs! Several things in the pantry. Outdoor fire pot, which we didn’t get to use as it rained - but it had been stacked, ready for use!Would strongly recommend Fiona’s place.

Great place for s girls weekend
Fionas property is a gem. It has heaps of space and is beautifully decorated, warm and has a huge garden with animal and bird visitors. A great base for exploring all the Grampians have to offer.

Family stay at Halls Gap
We loved staying at Views on High Road, it was great to be near the town and the Grampians at our doorstep. The kids loved the space in the home, they basically had half a house to themselves and the adults were able to enjoy a wine in front of the fire. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Lovely long weekend
Had a great time in the house. Managed to catch a yabbie from the creek, met all the local wildlife including kangaroos, emus, cockatoos and Rosellas. Went on some amazing hikes. There were 11 adults staying and we didn't run out of hot water as we kept to short showers. Enjoyed the fire and the fire pit outside. Worth mentioning we had a few bats flying round inside the house later in the evening which was actually pretty funny. Thanks Fiona and Jamie!

Fabulous Bush House
A fabulous house for a weekend in Gariwerd/Grampians. House is charming and all as per listing. Easy to check in and owners are very responsive. The house is enough out of the village to escape the crowds. The only crowds are crowds of birds and animals! But also handy to the bike path/walking track to venture by foot or bike into the Halls Gap village.

A perfect holiday home in a perfect location with all one could want for a perfect holiday
We have a family holiday each year Id rate this holiday home as 10 out of 10 The complimentary eggs and chocolate were a great surprise The pantry was very well equipped However, The entrance at the back and front were precarious and,as we were 3 generations I.e.
