We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the penthouse for 10 days. Lots of windows/natural light/intracostal view and sunset views, while being close by the beach and restaurants (5 min walk). The condo has everything you need to enjoy your family meals indoors and outdoors, and you can even do your laundry. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, high chair, pack n play, roll-out bed, etc. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends and family! Thanks to Lars from iRenta for the warm welcome!

It is a close, 5 minute walk to the beach with a view of the inter coastal which is absolutely stunning in the evening. The openness and availability of windows throughout the condo allow for ample views of surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to all sorts of conveniences. Within walking distances are restaurants, bars, shopping, convenience store, bike rental, ice cream, etc. etc. etc. You truly can spend the week at this property without ever having to drive anywhere! The property is VERY clean and we never lacked for anything. It is filled with every amenity one would need as a traveler. The kitchen contained every appliance, tool and supply we required for our 10 day stay. There were MORE than ample linens and towels along with toiletries which we had not expected. There were beach chairs which were a huge asset to us as we traveled by plane along with sand toys and floats. The beds are extremely comfortable in both of the bedrooms and the master bedroom is particularly spacious. We spent a great deal of time and enjoyed sitting on the decks eating our breakfast or just sipping drinks before dinner. The infinity pool is magnificent. Pool area is clean, water temperature was perfect, and there are ample comfortable chairs for lounging. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this property. I give it my highest recommendation and would never stay at another property when visiting this area of Florida. There is nothing negative that I can say about this property and cannot imagine anyone staying here and not being happy with its magnificent accommodations. Five stars and two thumbs up!!!!

Unit was very dirty; dirty floors, bathroom and kitchen.
Bathroom towels were very dirty; either heavily stained or not cleaned.
Extensive mold in both showers and washer/dryer.
Outdoor patios off of Master and kitchen where so dirty that you could not even use them.
Burned out light bulbs everywhere; hallway, refrigerator, microwave and lamps.
Powder room door would not latched, (door broke).
Toilet seats in both bathroom where broke and stained.
In 2nd bedroom; glass shower door hinges are missing several screws which makes this extremely dangerous. Glass door could possible fall off. And all the screws in the drain in shower are missing.
There is a very dangerous exposed outlet (no cover) in 2nd bedroom.
Ceiling repair work in hallway (possibly from a water leak) is not complete. Looks terrible!
Master bedroom shade on sliding door was replaced with ridiculous looking drapes that do not match the existing drapes and are 2 feet to short.
Missing items: no dishtowels, no wash clothes, no laundry detergent, no kitchen or bathroom cleaner and no way to clean existing dirty floors. Vacuum cleaner does not work, it has absolutely no suction.
All rugs were covered in sand and dirt. Probably because the cleaning crew was using a broken vacuum cleaner.
The pictures shown describing this unit are inaccurate. There is different furniture, (not as nice as shown) and accessories and cheep plastic plants littering the lanai and there is no outdoor drapes as shown.

This condo was exactly as listed and then some. It was clean, well equipped for a family of four and plenty of room. The views were amazing from the condo and it was the perfect location, only a few blocks from the beach. The pool was great too!

When you check in be sure to push * before code instructions are not great but once you get in you get it. Place is amazing close to everything and beautiful! My family truly enjoyed the break.

The property is nicely laid out, with two bedrooms each with a full bath. Another half bath in common area. Very spacious common living area (kitchen, dining room, living room). Loved the windows and views of the sunset. Outside porch is a little crowded but has place for dining and for just sitting, which is nice. Comes with two parking spots. Easy walk to beach. Came with umbrellas and chairs but rentals also available at the beach for full lounge chairs. Pool area lovely, covid safe - chairs spread out from each other but we hardly ran into anyone the whole time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only reccs are: 1) needs new toaster with a button that actually works to set darkness level that doesn't burn every item 2) needs wooden tongs to take items out of toaster 3) needs more 8 oz sized drinking glasses. Only negative is that the huge roller shade in the master bedroom that covers the sliding doors was broken. It was stuck in the down position, making the room very dark and making us unable to use the sliding door to the balcony. I texted the property manager twice before being told that a new one was on order and due any day but never heard anything else the rest of the week. They obviously knew it was broken before I got there and never said anything which is disappointing. I would, however, definitely stay again. We very much enjoyed the rental.

Therefore,leaving the sliding glass door to the back balcony(facing the ocean) was not accessible.we had fixed the ice maker in the freezer ourselves. Difficult communicating with management company

The apt was located in a nice neighborhood, very clean, neat and beautiful. It's located within walking distance to the beach and shopping. check in was nice and easy. If I come back will stay at this place again
