Nice waterfront. Older home with some maintenance issues. Short stay of 3 days was fun. Nice pool. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Would stay again when in the area.

The house was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Laundry pods, soap, shampoo in case you forgot, wine cooler with water and a few welcome snacks. We had a great time!

The accomodations were great and very inviting. The pool was amazing! Sergey the host could not have been more helpful and provided great resources for the area. Just a couple of suggestions, there is an ant problem on the sun deck that needs addressed and more USB outlets would be an added plus. Beautiful area with great view! Had a great stay and will be back.

We were there during Hurricane and in Level A which was asked to evacuate. Host would not refund unused nights. I had paid for 8 nights and had to leave after 3 nights. He changed the booking and put the house back up as rentable after the hurricane passed to rent again. So he kept my money and wouldn’t allow me back in house after hurricane passed and tried to rent to someone else in hopes of getting paid twice. Didn’t care a family had to leave because of a hurricane and kept unused nights money.

House was nice . It is the little things. We had a problem with the pool, texted property manager and responded right way. Taken care of by end of day. Kitchen could have a little more supplies. There should be a binder in the house with restaurants and things to do in the area. Not flyers that are outdated. This helps with the people staying there to know where to go or what is good in the area.

Everything was well kept and in good order. The view is better than the pictures and the property manager is on top of everything

All of us really enjoyed this house. It was everything the VRBO pics portrayed on their website. The host Sergey did a great job. The location was very nice and private and the sunsets were great.

The house was awesome. Exactly as pictured. The host provides everything you will need and more. He was very responsive as well. The pictures do not do the view justice. We spent alot of our time fishing, swimming in the pool and enjoying the view. The location is perfect pretty much 10-15 mins from everything. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Excellent property with open floor plan and beautiful views of Sarasota Bay. Great swimming pool in a lanai with comfortable seating area. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

We absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could post pics of the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was so easy…the host is very responsive and even text me before arriving to give all the checkin info. They had some Keurig coffee cups, few snacks, and a wine fridge full of bottled waters when we arrived, which was so generous. Beds were comfy…nothing worse than a bad mattress on a trip! We loved having the pool…stayed out there 90% of the time. There were many floats and beach balls. The outdoor area couldn’t be better with the covered patio area and then the extended patio where the loungers are located. We saw manatees several of the mornings and dolphins a couple times. Great spot to kayak/paddle board. It took us about 10-15 min to get to Siesta Key public beach, which is such a beautiful area!! The house also had beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, fishing poles, and bikes. Publix and Target are just a couple minutes from the house. Lots of restaurants. We drove over to Turtle Beach and were in awe of the beautiful homes. We flew into Sarasota Airport and it took us about 30 min to get to the house. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this wonderful home for 3 days with my husband and our 19 year old daughter.....we also brought our small dog. This was our first VRBO experience and we were so happy we picked this home. It was extremely clean and the owner had thought about almost everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We are very grateful to the owner and had a tremendous experience. Only 2 words to say to our host THANK YOU!.

The house was perfect and everything we expected!

The perfect mother and daughter get away! This property met and far exceeded our expectations of peace and relaxation. First and foremost, Sergiy is an amazing host. I contacted him many times prior to and during our stay. Each time we recieved a response right away. The home is immaculate. Plenty of beach towels, extra blankets, and bath towels. Fully stocked with shampoos, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc. Laundry and dishwasher detergent, dishsoap plentiful. There is also some pool floats, 2 bikes, beach chairs with built in coolers, umbrella and wagon. The master bath has a door that opens straight to the lanai, so no need to track water through the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable. During our stay, the commute to siesta key beach varied from 8 min-14. Beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the fish jumping every night and saw dolphins one day. Cannot say enough great things about our experience. We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this home on Sarasota Bay! The house is beautiful and updated inside, and the HEATED POOL was amazing! Every detail, from the the new tile floors and the updated decor, to the amazing pool area and view was just lovely! This was a trip spent with me, my husband and our adult children and their partners. We all enjoyed our time together, staying at this BEAUTIFUL HOME. This home included everything you would have in your own home +! We also spent one of the afternoons with other friends visiting us from Port St Lucie… We all raved about how gorgeous and comfortable this home this was. I would recommend staying at this VRBO! It was a trip we will never forget and included every amenity! Worth every penny! Thank you Sergiy!!

To sum up, everything was perfect. We had an excellent time. This home was clean and had everything we needed to cook! Close to Sarasota shops, Siesta Key and St. Armands Circle. There were Kayaks and fishing poles. We saw a ton of Manatee. Sergey (our host) responded quickly to our questions!!! Thank you for this excellent memory.

We stayed at the property with three families with for a soccer showcase event at IMG Academy, and really enjoyed are stay. The setting on the water is beautiful and relaxing, and the description and photos of the house on VRBO were an accurate depiction of the property. If you enjoy fishing, its also a great fishing spot with several different species that you can fish for right of the backyard.

We enjoyed being on the water while being close to shopping and restaurants. Sergey (our host) responded quickly to our questions. Everything was as shown online.

Wonderful place for a vacation. The view is spectacular. Host was wonderful.

This property was perfect for the two couples staying there. We loved the water views, the sunrises and sunsets and many water birds visiting the mangrove islets. We were particularly impressed at how roomy and comfortably furnished the whole place was. The multiple gathering places came in handy for dining indoors or outside, playing board games or just kicking back and relaxing. It was truly a home away from home and we were happy to be there.

This property was in a beautiful location. The pool is wonderful. Well stocked with everything you might need!! Owner responded quickly with any questions we had!!

Very nice house and location. Unfortunately on our last day I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool or sit outside to enjoy the view while sipping my coffee. At 7:30 am the lawn was being cut and the pool was being cleaned and we had to be out by 10:00am. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had the best time enjoying this beautiful home. We visit Sarasota at least once a year and this home had it all. Breathtaking views away from the hustle and bustle so that we could enjoy family time. We will definitely look forward to visiting this home and neighborhood again.

We stayed here on our girls trip. The house was prefect. We sat outside in the mornings enjoying our cup of coffee and the view. After spending the day at Siesta Key Beach, we came back to lay out and play in the pool. Everything you need is nearby. It was a perfect place to kick back and relax. We never turned on the TV, The host was very responsive when we reached out. I am looking forward to returning. This was a hidden gem. The house was just as it shows. Coastal vibe!!!

Our short vacation in Siesta Key was great. The house where we stayed was very clean, had great views of the water and a nice pool. We watched sunset's every night and enjoyed the house itself and the floor plan if offered us.

We loved the location and the house was Perfect for us. It was super clean and the layout was unique and worked really well. The hosts were great!!! Highly recommend this place!

My grandson was going to be on leave 20 days from the Marines before shipping off to San Diego for 3 years. I thought it would be lovely to have the family together for a few days before Memorial Day. I came across this property which looked so inviting. Was I glad that I booked it! Such a lovely house. Looks just as the pictures. From the moment you open the door the view is spectacular. Breakfast every morning by the pool patio. Dinner as well. Or just having your feet in the pool in the late evening while conversing with family. One of my 5 year old grandkids (twins) learned to swim in that pool. She was so proud of herself. All in all, we had a great vacation, made new memories and great family time in this house.

We loved everything about this home from the layout to the view of the bay. The outdoor pool was amazing. We didn’t want or need for anything as the home was fully stocked. We would love to stay again next time we are in Siesta Keys.

The house was very nice and just like the photos and in great condition. We had a very nice stay in the Sarasota area. The house was very neat and clean, we appreciated the bottled water and K-cups provided. I have no complaints with the only exception being, I would suggest better quality bed pillows for the master bed and it would've been perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We had a wonderful visit at this house. The house was clean and spacious, and there were amazing views from everywhere. Sitting out on the bay and watching the sunset while seeing all the fish jumping was so relaxing. Multiple sitting areas inside and out, and the second living room with TV on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms was very practical for our infant with an early bedtime. We appreciated the little touches like water, snacks, toiletries, and sunscreen that were provided. Lots of towels, blankets, and anything else you could need were also available. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. Conveniently located near Target & Publix to get any essentials that we forgot. Was an easy drive to get to multiple different beaches. Overall a wonderful visit, and we will try to stay here again next time we visit Sarasota.
