Ideal location- SO close to the water. Close to everything in Sarasota and the village on Siesta. Loved having bunks and a queen in the second bedroom- very spacious.

The view was incredible and steps to the beach. The unit is a bit dated but very clean. There were a some minor hiccups at the beginning but the Lisa and Greg (maintenance) were on top of it. The only complaint was bed and sheets. The mattress sags and needs to be replaced. Also the sheets were like sandpaper. For the price, I expect a bit more but the view made up for it.

The view from the sun porch is fantastic. Loved watching all the different marine life swim past in my mornings. Would love to come back soon.

Had trouble with lock at condo. Condo was nicely decorated. Nice towels and beach towels. Need a grab bar in bathtub. View was wonderful. Wi Fi was out when we got there but with work we finally got it. Could use new mattresses. Facilities were clean and staff were helpful.

This condo was the perfect size and location for our family of four. The condo is dated but well-maintained. We absolutely loved the in-suite washer and dryer—it was great to be able to launder our beach towels and clothes every night. Sleeping six would be a stretch and pantry space would be tough with a longer stay if eating in all the time. Due to pandemic, we stayed mostly at the beach or condo and I have no complaints.

Property is right on the beach and has a room to relax and enjoy a perfect view of Turtle Beach and the Gulf. We'll be back next year!

This was a great family get away! The water, Shells, fishing and wildlife were amazing. The only negative would be that I was under the impression that Kayaks/paddle boards were included but they are not.

The condo was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for our one week stay. The location was perfect. Close to everything, including the trolly, if you need it. We felt comfortable staying during the Covid-19 pandemic, because of our timing of our stay and the location of the condo unit. We enjoyed the private beach and the few people on the beach were appropriately social distanced. The only hiccup was upon check-in because the cleaners were not done cleaning the unit. We could not check in until 4:30 pm. But even that would not deter me from renting again. The accommodations were great and the view was spectacular.

The property was just as described. It has a fabulous ocean view. We would recommend more fans for the condo as there was only one floor fan. Some mats for the showers as both were pretty slippery. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to go back!

Wanted a vacation and be able to safely socially distance. This was perfect!

We loved Fisherman's Cove! The view from the lanai on the 2nd floor unit was great and we could even hear the surf with the windows closed at times. The short walk to the beach was awesome and there were tons of shells! We hope to stay there again!

This was a wonderful condo. The grounds were beautifully manicured with lush landscaping. The bay was a wonderful addition to the view from the front. There is a nice window in the kitchen to look out while preparing meals. So cool to be able to see the "manatee footprint"! Kayaks and paddle boards were available for rental. We saw a dolphin playing from the expansive windows. The view is incredible! We were very fortunate to be able to stay at a practically deserted beach. The shell variety was plentiful and amazing from the beach. My daughter and husband really enjoyed snorkeling and fishing! It is like 10 minutes to the famous Siesta Key Village filled with cool shops and restaurants. The public beach there is very different, but beautiful. We spent a day there. The sand is powdery, white and so cool to the feet. We found many live sand dollars that day! Sarasota is a close day trip and a beautiful city! We went kayaking in the mangrove tunnels which was breathtaking and the city is cool as well! There are so many different shops, piers, bridges and restaurants to see. We enjoyed the Sarasota Jungle Gardens where we took in a reptile show, saw some beautiful birds and got to feed the flamingos by hand! The appliances in the unit were brand new and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. The added coolers and new beach chairs were a very nice addition! We had one bad morning when someone decided to do hammering construction beginning at 6 AM and lasting several hours, but we brought it to the attention of Greg, the wonderful local maintenance guy and he made certain that it didn't happen again for the remainder of our stay. The views were perfect with a nice palm out the window loaded with coconuts! There was so much wildlife to enjoy including lots of beautiful, harmless hermit crabs and various birds. Thank you Lisa for use of your wonderful condo!

The condo is very nice and clean. It has every kitchen and beach item you would need for a stay (4 beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys, 4 beach towels, ice maker, cooler, gas and charcoal grills, and washer/dryer in unit.) The master bed was very comfy. There are tons of places to eat at and shop within a 5 mile radius. The beach at high tide made me very nervous with a small child. There is a deep drop off from the edge of the water for about 25 feet to a sand bar. At low tide the beach was wonderful. The Siesta Key public beach access is only a few miles up the road and a lot milder for young kids. There is a free trolley stop about a block away that will take you around Siesta Key. This was very convenient. One downfall for the area is that the complex shares a road with the public beach parking lot for Turtle Beach. On the weekend this appears to be a local hangout/party spot. On Friday night at 9pm we had trouble leaving the complex. The road was blocked by people fighting who refused to move for traffic. We eventually made it out but still had an issue getting back into the complex due to people hanging out in the roadway. Overall it was a nice trip and a beautiful place. The owners made it an easy booking process.

This is a 2nd story unit in a low rise condo complex (I think 3 or 4- level total). It has washer/dryer in unit, gulf front with glass enclosure balcony that you can open for fresh air when weather is nice, or close with AC on when it’s too hot. The unit was covered with a layer of dust on every surface and floor was littered with dead love bugs when we checked in. Everything else was relatively clean, so I don’t know if it was because the cleaning didn’t extend to sweeping the floor and dusting, or if it’s because the unit had been unoccupied for a long time before we checked in. Kudos to Gregg the handyman. The kitchen sink leaked on the 2nd day we were there. He came promptly to check on things but couldn’t find anything wrong with the pipes. Then it leaked again on the 4th day, and Gregg came promptly, did a more thorough check, and discovered it’s the faucet pipe that’s leaking. He changed the whole faucet and cleaned up everything. For those with bad back, know that the mattresses were the soft sinking kind but you might be able to make do with the bunk bed in 2nd BR. I liked that beach chairs, umbrellas, and initial set ups such as toilet papers, kitchen towel, soaps, laundry soaps, garbage bags, were provided thoughtfully. Overall, it’s a good quick getaway and I’d stay here again.
