We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house with beautiful views. Felt very safe on the deck and throughout the house with our 1 year old and 3 year old. By far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in.

Over all was great. As we were checking out the house to make sure we did t leave anything behind, I happen to see a kids bed in the closet in my daughters room that my baby could of use. Over the house an property manager are a 10/10.

We enjoyed a very short stay here but perhaps we can stay longer next time and have fun with the kayaks. The house is very clean, overlooks the lake, and is very welcoming towards pets. Thank you again!

Beautiful house placed on a great location of the lake. Views are amazing and house is well lit. Parking is extremely limited, with not enough room for a second vehicle if one is towing. Construction next door is all day, and on weekends. Many many steps required to access boat dock and lower portion of property. No additional toilet paper provided. Board games are missing pieces. Dishwasher door is broken.

Very nice property. Great for a family or for two couples who don't mind sharing a bathroom (a second bathroom is available but out side the house). Beautiful view and access to the lake (wonderful to kayak on the lake). comfy kitchen, and an open space for sitting around and enjoying the quiet.

The house was in perfect condition, well stocked and decorated. My family was very comfortable. The views from the house were gorgeous and the deck was great for meals. Most items were new and the kitchen has all the cooking items you need to prepare a meal. Few things renters should know: second bathroom…you will need to leave the house and go down some stairs. Getting down the stairs(many) to the dock is the steepest I have experienced at Clearlake. But in exchange you get some of the best views I have seen there and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. We caught fish and had a nice relaxing time.

My adult son and I just completed our stay at this wonderful property. Before arrival, the instructions and information received by the owner were accurate and helpful. We found the house without problem. The entry was easy (just a door code to use) and the place was very clean inside. Slight smell of cleaner was in the air, but once we opened the place, it aired out nicely. Everything was in its place and easy to use and find. Beds were comfortable and clean. Second bathroom and laundry are available on the lower level but access is outside the house and down some stairs. It's great for using after visiting the water and swimming. The views out the back of the house and onto the lake were remarkable. Sun rises on the left and sets on the right. We never stared into the sun. We were able to enjoy the balcony each day and into the evenings. For me, the water access, despite being historically low, was excellent. I brought a fishing kayak and was able to launch easily. No mud, just a nice stony surface. The dock still had water under it - maybe 5 feet. We didn't use the dock much, but it would have been usable for swimming. If you have similar plans with a kayak of your own, just know that the property is on a steep hill with 60 stairs down (and up!), so it's a bit of work to get to the shoreline. Once we got setup, we left everything down there and in the boathouse. I was able to fish early, all day, late, and even in the middle of the night. We had a great time and would definitely use the property again. Thanks to the owner for making this property available.

We had access to a dock on the property. My husband and I caught two large catfish and two bass on that dock. It was a great experience, being able to wake up and head down to our own dock and fish. We did not use the kayaks, but, that’s another great addition to this property. The balcony gives a wonderful view of the lake. We would stay here again!

The location was great for access to a restaurant, a cove for wakeboarding, and a 180 degree view of the lake; the views were impressive, days, evenings, and nights. The owners were communicative and friendly! We look forward to a return visit!

A great place on the lake. Clean, quiet and comfortable with a large open area for relaxing and a big deck overlooking the water. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Nicely located on the lake with quick access to great fishing spots. Will definitely be back.

Martine was fabulous at writing back on questions we had prior to our visit. The house had a cozy feel, the view was picturesque and the lake tranquil. We had a splendid time. The 1 piece that I should have read more carefully is that the 2nd bathroom is detached and at a different level than the rest of the living area which was a tad of an inconvenience in the mornings and after dark since our 2 families had anticipated 2 bathrooms but I realized the the listing was correct and I had just not read it as such. Overall a great place to relax and the kids had a ball on the bunk beds, the little green area and the pier too. Thank you Martine for being a good host.
