Our son was staying at the Ywam campus so we selected this property because it looked to be nearby and in the end it was pretty much literally across the street so the location was ideal. As it turned out the location was great for everything. It’s a short walk to the waterfront and the main string of restaurants, patios and shops. We also chose this property because it was one of the few that had enough room and beds for the us and our other 2 kids (age 15 and 12). I think they appreciated having their own beds, bathroom and space. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc that was available. As many stated, the parking spot is small. When we arrived the only vehicle remaining at the car rental was a full size Ford truck with a long box. I drive a full size pickup and am used to having to park in tight spots but the long box proved to be too much so we ended up not using the parking spot. However if you get anything other than a MASSIVE four wheel drive you should be fine. We ended up parking on the street, which honestly wasn’t a huge deal. Out of the parking lot to the left we found a spot to park each day that was a 2-3 minute walk at the most. But again, if you can get a smaller vehicle this shouldn’t be an issue. We ate most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The TV had streaming services for our movie watching. The patio was great for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and this condo was just right for family of five. Walking distance to town which we did a lot. The parking was tight but not bad for my husband. It had all the things we needed to cook and had enjoyable meals out on the porch. Convenient to pool and elevator. Gets light early but not a problem after our time change. Overall a nice stay for our vacation. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Our stay was magnificent! The condo was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the lanai was spectacular (comfortable, great view). We cooked a lot -- the kitchen was well stocked. Having access to the gas grills was wonderful and we most often ate on the lanai. There were plenty of stores nearby (Safeway, Target, Walmart). We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for coffee and breakfast (I miss the coffee!), do some shopping, enjoy the farmers market, etc. We used the pool, which was quiet and we always were able to get a chair no matter what time we went. The warning about the parking spot was helpful. We rented a four door off-roading jeep wrangler and were able to park it in the spot no problem. The drawing that was sent to us showing us how to enter the spot was so helpful! We backed in every time without issue. We would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was modern & beautiful BUT the only downfall was the cleanliness of it. My family owns a cleaning company & upon arrival the floor was dirty & sticky from all the sands. Our foot got dirty from walking barefooted inside the condo. So I had to sweep & mop. The washer smelled like it wasn't washed. Under the sofa inside the living room there was a little kid's boxer from previous guest. But it was well stocked & a beautiful place to stay in for a vacation & a staycation. It's just the cleanliness that's needs to be taken care of and also the I tried emailing the property manager several times "NO REPLY" I even called the number that was provided on the paper but "BUSY". So those are the only 2 things that needs to be fixed. OUT OF ALL BEAUTIFUL CONDO MODERN LOOKING & COMFORTABLE BEDS TO SLEEP IN.

Condo Ok long review incoming: So our trips to HI are spent very low key. We go to unplug. We seldom eat out often and like to fix simple meals ourselves. So I always look for a condo that is quiet, clean, has a great pool, and a decently supplied kitchen, and comfortable beds. When we experience a unit that exceeds these expectations it makes the visit so much better! Colin, our contact person was quite pleasant and attentive. He was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The first thing I noticed, after we walked through the door was how clean everything was. Not a speck of dust, or a crumb in sight. This place has high-quality silverware and dishes, filtered Britta type water pitcher and-bonus-an electric tea, kettle, and a V-6 pour over ceramic cone. (I’m a coffee geek)- Salt, pepper, sugar, bunch of dry seasonings, soy sauce etc, garbage bags, and enough, toilet paper, and paper towels to last a week for us, since it was only two of us. The King size bed was exceptional, Tempur-pedic mattress perfect firmness not too hard not to soft not too hot. Another plus was a wide assessment of quality bed pillows to choose from. Not the flattened, pancake kind, but many different densities. Very very clean, high-quality linens. Did not try the Queen size beds. as there were only 2 two of us, but the extra bedroom is good sized Awesome big TVs in each room and the lanai was quite large. I sat out there every morning to read and drink coffee and watch the sun

My family and I had a magnificent stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a fabulous location. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept great each night. The kitchen was well appointed and the access to grills allowed us to cook a lot at home. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. It was very quiet and we were always able to get a chair and umbrella. There were a ton of beach towels and other beach items all in great shape. The balcony/lenai was so spacious. We ate all our home cooked meals outside. And we loved being able to walk to town and get coffee in the morning (or rent kayaks, shop, eat, etc.). We rented a 4 door Jeep Wrangler for off-roading. We didn’t have trouble parking in the spot once we read the instructions. It was very easy to back into. Definitely read the house manual. It is so helpful! Thank you for making the Big Island a magical stay!

This was exactly what we were looking for! If you are traveling with family or another couple it"s perfect. The second bedroom and bathroom can be closed off for privacy. The wrap around deck was lovely, overlooking the pool and ocean, with plenty os seating. The location was just what my husband and I look for. There are plenty of restaraunts and shopping within walking distance. After a full day of exploring and dining you can walk back home for a quiet nights sleep. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This property was in the perfect location with beautiful ocean views and walking distance to everything you need! The condo was beautifully decorated, comfy beds and bedding, and had everything we needed from cooking utensils to all the beach gear. Was a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. There was everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. The beach chairs and boogie boards were very handy. It would be nice to have a hot tub but the pool is nice. The location is perfect to walk downtown for shopping and dining. Underground parking was nice. The space is tight but we were able to park a fairly large SUV without much difficulty. The large lanai was great with a table and lots of chairs. The condo complex was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was almost always empty. Definitely glad we stayed here. It’s not cheap but we felt it was worth it.

We had a few hiccups, all were addressed immediately and we had wonderful communication with the property owner! beautiful view, close to everything, 3 bathrooms, spectacular inventory of beach items including umbrella, chairs, snorkle stuff, beach towels, etc. everything you need to do laundry and wash dishes were there and ready to go! no need to buy anything, just sit back, relax and enjoy! so comfy and quiet, that was impressive! they even had 2 beers awaiting our arrival which was a perfect touchafter a long day of travel! thank you Steve & Nancy! yall have a great place!

The apartment is very big, with 3 bathrooms in a 4th floor and sea views. The worst was the cleaning. Floor very very dirty, the kitchen with a lot of ants and not very cleaned. I saw an small cockroach. Things like air conditioning from the terrace with a lot of dust. In general I didn't like yhe cleaning despite the apartment is very good and close to the Pier and Ali'i drive.

This condo had a great location within walking distance to a few restaurants, and it had a great view! The pool area was also very relaxing. While this condo does not have AC, we did not have much of a problem once we opened the windows and turned on a few fans. Our stay was very comfortable and I’d highly recommend!

We rented the property for a multiple day stay. The location was about a half block from the main street where restaurants, shopping, and entertainment were located. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook meals on and off through out our stay. The spare closet was fully stocked with beach toys. Costco was just outside town near the airport, we were able to stock up at a reasonable cost on items for the time we stayed in for meals. I would take seriously the prompting from the property manager to rent the smallest vehicle you can for ease of parking. We rented a Nissan Rouge, we would have been hard pressed to fit a larger vehicle into the parking space. Parking is under the complex and was conveniently located near the elevators. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

We were so happy with this property and really enjoyed our stay. The location was a very easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. The pool was great and we loved sipping coffee on the lanai in the mornings. The best part was how well stocked the place is with beach accessories. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and really nice beach towels for our beach days. The boogie boards and fins were fun too. And finally, the parking in the garage, despite all the warnings, proved to be no issue even with our big Jeep Rubicon. It was a little close but really no problem. We loved this place and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the Big Island. Thanks!

We had a family of 6 - parents and four teen/adult children. Property was perfect size and it helped to have 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach supplies were ample and we were so grateful!!! Also enjoyed proximity to restaurants, shops, sunset spots, beaches. Perfect perfect location for our group. It was a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave!

We spent two weeks at this beautiful Kona Pacific condo and enjoyed ourselves so much. The location was perfect for either having a local day (walking around, enjoying the cafes and restaurants, browsing shops, exploring local beaches like Magic Sands and Kahaluu) or venturing out on longer drives. The condo was spacious for four people and we loved having access to the boogie boards, comfy Tommy Bahama chairs, and very useful sun umbrellas. The hosts were friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first (but not last) visit to the Big Island very memorable!

Everything was as indicated in the listing. Well stocked for anything you'd need! The owner was very helpful with everything from golf courses to dining. You can easily walk to the central shopping and dining district or simply stroll along the ocean front.

The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels etc. The view from the large lanai was awesome, a view of the ocean. It was a short 5min walk to downtown which has everything you need. The management was great. Our flight departure was moved to a later time and the manager let us have a later checkout time. We would definately come back.

The property was as presented in pictures. One of the best stocked kitchens I have seen. Plenty of items to use at the beach and elsewhere. It was clean and ready for us to stay. We would love to stay again.

We loved our stay. The unit was conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and one or two beaches. Lovely ocean views from the lanai. The pool was rarely in use, so we felt like it was our own private pool most of the time. The unit was clean, more spacious than we had anticipated, nicely updated, and well-stocked with everything you could need for a fun day at the beach or for preparing any meal in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The ac units and fans cooled the spaces more than adequately. As suggested, the garage parking spot is a bit tricky, but with a rear-camera, easy enough to navigate. There is an elevator and stairs located pretty close to the parking spot and very close to the unit, making transfer very simple. The owners are extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. We absolutely hope to return someday.

This condo is huge! The second bedroom is so private with its own tv and master bath it’s perfect for 2 couples! The lani is wonderful. Noise does travel up from the pool but a small price to pay for this perfectly located condo. You can walk to town on 5 minutes and Honl’s beach is another 5 minute walk. I did beach yoga there. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with anything you might need. I’d highly recommend this unit. Thank you for sharing with us.

We loved staying here! It was clean, well equipped, and a perfect size for our family of 6. We loved using the boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella at the beach. The location was great, within walking distance of many amenities and activities. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly. We even requested a last minute late check out and they were so kind to allow it. We would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to stay here again some day!

Condo was great! Everything you would need for a beach vacation is supplied for you. Information provided by the owners made the whole rental process seamless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Probably the nicest airbnb/vrbo i have ever stayed in. Very large with great layout. Layout has 2 master sweets with their own bathrooms and a 3rd bathroom next to the kitchen. Great for 2 couples or a family of 4. Incredibly equipped kitchen... and closet with coolers, body boards, umbrellas, beach towels, beach bags, etc. Can easily stay here for a month and never need to purchase anything for the place.

Overall great place to stay. Walking distance to everything including shops, restaurants, beaches. Well stocked everything we needed including beach gear, chairs, etc. The cleanliness for me was not the best. The bathrooms were not very clean. The towels need updating as they appeared old. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book this place again.

This is a wonderful condo, get view, location and just a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. We appreciate the owners opening their home for visitors and letting us use their place to stay.
