This house had a great bedroom arrangement for our family and the game room was amazing for all the kids (ages 8-16). They also enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, good internet w/several smart TV’s, an ample supply of towels and a very well stocked kitchen. The view off the main porch was amazing! Tara and Eric were readily available.

The view was AMAZING! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while still having large common areas for everyone to get together. Communication was outstanding. Only negative would be it was not as clean as I was anticipating. I would recommend this rental to anyone who has a large group and wants to make lasting memories.

We had a great time in The Lodge at Country Dreams! The location was peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. And Tara and Eric were very responsive, and took care of everything we needed. We would definately recommend this rental.

House is wonderful, perfect for our family. It is very well equipped with everything you need and it is a perfect location between Gatlinburg and PF. We will use it again.

This house was perfect for our family wanting to have a vacation "away from it all." We had plenty of space for our group of 19 people to eat, relax, and play games. We were fairly close to hiking, adjustment parks, and even scheduled a whitewater trip. The hosts were quick to respond when contacted before, during, and after our trip with minor questions. We enjoyed our week in this Sevierville lodge.

Our family of 15 loved the cabin, location, view, and surroundings. The location was perfect - out of town, yet close to town and activities. The youth in our family age 6-17 loved the hot tub and activity room. They played a lot of ping pong. Great to have a nice washer and drier. Plenty of room for meals together and seating in living room. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend.

Would definitely choose this house to go back too! We loved the view and all the amenities of the house! It was in the perfect setting, up high for a view but not too high, for the curvy roads. My whole family enjoyed their stay and everyone had plenty of room and fun!

We came in from 5 different states. Eleven ladies, with our matriarch being 75 years old. The property was roomy. It has both inside and outside areas where we could visit and catch up. We enjoyed the balcony with our coffee in the morning and the back deck and hot tub to relax at night. The drive to town was just minutes but the feel of the property was private. The hosts of the property were excellent at communicating with us from the day we booked.

The location was great!! The host was great answered any questions we had and was quick to respond.

As with anything in the hospitality industry, the experience starts with the initial contact of the host. We had originally planned on staying longer but our host Tara was very accommodating to let us move our days around do to guests plans falling though. She communicates better than any other VRBO host we’ve had! Btw, we’ve been staying in VRBOs since 2013. The house was beautiful and spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed to feed a family of 13. The views were incredible. I would DEFINITELY recommend this home to anyone in the area and will definitely reach out if we vacation there again. My one and only complaint would the cleanliness of the house. I never fault the host for this issue because it’s always been this way staying in VRBOs and it’s something I’ve come to accept. Cleaning companies cut corners and just aren’t what they use to be. Not to mention her prior guest we absolutely atrocious and left the house late and in disarray. I hope they read this review and know how they effect the people after them and how poor of guests they are. 5 stars for Tara and the cabin and 1 star for prior guests!

We had a total of 10 adults and 2 kids stay for a weekend and Tara was awesome with her communication especially because we had some inclement weather coming she definitely accommodated us as well much as she could. We loved the kitchen as it was very well-appointed and the room situation worked out great for our party. It is a bit of a trek to get to Gatlinburg just based on the location, but it made for a very quiet stay!

If you are looking for a house to host a large group, look no farther. This house has everything you need. The owner is so easy to work with and communicate with. We couldn't ask for anything or anyone better. The house was decorated so nice for Christmas and comfortable. We were a family of 17 and we never felt crowded. This was my first time using VRBO and I plan on doing it again. This house is on my go to rental if we come to Pidgeon Forge again.Thank you Tara for all your help and kindness shown to me.

There were 6 of us celebrating multiple 50 years birthdays. We loved our stay - the weather was perfect and the area is beautiful. The house was perfect for us as we each had our own room. We enjoyed the hot tub and spent everyday on the back deck chatting and playing cards. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we could need and the owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We went on a few hikes in the surrounding area, did a tour of a local distillery and just relaxed. Thanks again for a memorable trip.

House was in very good location. Clean and game room was a nice piece for the kids and adults as well.

This is a beautiful, very spacious cabin. The views are breathtaking. The downstairs fridge had been left at a low temperature and had a musty odor, and we found a napkin with a candy bar in the silverware drawer. When I texted Tara, (at 10:30pm) she responded right away. Every time I needed to communicate with her she responded right away I would most definitely recommend this cabin, but bring a fly swat, the bees were very present. Can't wait to book my next trip with Tara and Eric! Tha k you so much for our wonderful experience!!

This property was very close yet secluded from the main strip of craziness and congestion. Great view of the smokies on the southern side of the property. There were some initial cleanliness and functional concerns but they were met promptly and with responses that were satisfactory and understandable given the circumstances. Only gripe was the signal strength for the wifi to the theatre room could be stronger. There are repeaters in the house so it may just be a bandwidth of the pipe to the property that is a bit slower than I am used to. But also try not to rely on that too much, it’s a beatiful home in the smokies and you should disconnect a bit. Loved the game room and the master suite, kitchen was well stocked as well. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.

We had a wonderful week at Country Dreams. The home is spacious and well stocked. The upper deck was a favorite spot. The view is awesome! The location is great as you can easily wind your way into the National Park for some beautiful hikes or head into Pigeon Forge for restaurants and activities. We all enjoyed River Rat Tubing. Tara and Eric were so helpful in answering any of our questions and sharing insights and recommendations for the area.

For a large family, this was the perfect property. Room for everyone and we did not feel crowded. Perfectly stocked and clean. Beautiful view from the deck!

We have used VRBO before and the process is painless. They notify you close to time and day of had a code to the place. Great process! Had a small problem but had owners phone number and solved issue quickly

Huge house, exceptionally well-stocked. Enough kitchenware for 20 people! One of the best things about the house is that there are so many "areas"---the living room upstairs, downstairs sitting area, game room, upstairs deck, downstairs deck, firepit, sunroom with a second dining table, hot tub with a table and chairs in that area as well. And so on. Having so many bedrooms was great because each person could have their own room. Tara was exceptionally responsive to our questions and requests. We also liked staying a short distance away from the touristy areas. The somewhat steep climb right before one gets to the house was not a problem for us since we had SUVs and it was summer. I highly recommend this house and truly without reservation.

We had a wonderful family getaway at this cabin! Very spacious and the game room, theatre room and fire pit area were a hit! Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and plenty of room for all our guests. It’s fully equipped with everything from kitchen supplies to firewood for the fire pit. I’ve stayed in lots of rental homes and this one goes way beyond to accommodate the guests. It’s very a close drive to all activities we did in the smoky mountains. I would highly recommend staying there!

My family enjoyed this house. It was. Veryb spacious and fhad everything that you needed. The view from the front balcony is nice and the fire pit was a family favorite.

Three generations of my family stayed here., 13 people in all. The house was very roomy; in fact we didn’t even use 1 of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchen gadgets, even a fancy wine bottle opener. There were 2 refrigerators (1 on the main floor and one in the basement.). There were plenty of chairs for dining. The kids really enjoyed the well stocked game room and the media room. I got great exercise walking the dogs up and down the hill. (It might be a challenge to get up that steep hill in the winter!) The owners left us a very nice gift basket which included hand sanitizer that smelled of tequila! (Good tequila at that) Communication was excellent via text. Check in was simple. Leaving instructions were posted clearly. The only issue we had was the cleaning crew left some trash in 1 bathroom and under some beds and the stairway didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. All in all, we had a great stay!

This space was great for the large group we had come! It was very clean and we didn't have to really leave for anything. Had a super fun trip!!

The entire process was awesome. The location was perfect, just the right amount of seclusion. The residence was modern with all of the amenities. Everything was well planned out for visitors... My family was completely satisfied!!!!
